This study considers multi-period inventory systems for optimizing profit and storage space under stochastic demand. A nonlinear programming model based on random demand is proposed to simulate the inventory operation. The effective inventory management system is realized using a multi-objective grey wolf optimization (MOGWO) method, reducing storage space while maximizing profit. Numerical outcomes are used to confirm the efficacy of the optimal solutions. The numerical analysis and tests for multi-objective inventory optimization are performed in the four practical scenarios. The inventory model's sensitivity analysis is performed to verify the optimal solutions further. Especially the proposed approach allows businesses to optimize profits while regulating the storage space required to operate in inventory management. The supply chain performance can be significantly enhanced using inventory management strategies and inventory management practices. Finally, the novel decision-making strategy can offer new insights into effectively managing digital supply chain networks against market volatility.

: This study examines the financial risks faced by Azeotrop Pvt. Ltd., The main purpose of the study is to understand how financial risks affect the company's performance and to suggest ways to manage them. Two main tools were used: correlation analysis to study the relationship between different financial factors, and comparative balance sheet analysis to compare financial data over the past 10 years. The results show a strong connection between the company's assets and its profits, meaning the business depends heavily on its assets to make money. However, there are weak links between revenue and profit, which may point to cost or tax-related issues. The balance sheet comparison shows ups and downs in the company's financial position, reflecting periods of growth and reduction. Overall, the study highlights the need for the company to use its assets more effectively, control expenses, manage taxes better, and plan financially for the future to stay strong and successful.

This study explores the impact of reward systems on employee motivation within Style Union, a dynamic fashion retail brand. The research aims to evaluate how effectively the current reward structure enhances employee motivation and productivity. Using a descriptive research design, data was collected from 101 employees across various roles and analysed through statistical tools including Chi-square and correlation analysis. The findings reveal that while a majority of employees receive monetary rewards, overall satisfaction with the reward system remains moderate. Notably, reward frequency and employee perceptions of fairness and recognition play significant roles in influencing motivation. The analysis suggests that timely, performance-based rewards and clear communication from management substantially improve employee engagement and efficiency. Although demographic factors such as age and qualification show limited association with motivational perceptions, the study concludes that a more balanced, transparent, and customized reward system could lead to enhanced employee satisfaction and organizational performance. Based on these insights, recommendations are proposed to align reward strategies with employee expectations and business goals.
