In this work, We have proposed an algorithm for position and path estimation of mobile Robot in dynamic environment with the help of fuzzy approach. The ability of fuzzy techniques to handle imprecision and uncertainties that are often present in the many real world problem and mobile Robot navigation is one of them. Rules of a Fuzzy Logic Controller (FLC) which a Robot uses to navigate among moving obstacles. A mobile Robot can then use this FLC to navigate in presence of moving obstacles. Fuzzy approach can produce efficient knowledge base of a FLC for controlling the motion of a Mobile Robot among moving obstacles.

Paneer (an Indian soft cheese) is popular throughout India. It is being utilized as a base material during the preparation of various culinary dishes. In this study an attempt has been made to develop spradable product by using paneer and tried to replace milk fat fwith soy oil at 25, 50 and 75 per cent levels to assess the chemical and sensory characteristics. The increase in moisture from 63.15 to 64.11 per cent was observed. Whereas fat and protein content showed non-significant (P?0.05) difference. The per cent total solids decreased from 36.85 to 35.89 per cent and penetration valuse showed significant increase in the values from 165 to 231(mm/5s) were noticed. All the sensory attributes indicated significant improvement in the sensory scores but not flavor this could be due to decrease in the milk fat content in term loosing typical milk fat flavor in the product

The present paper analysis revealed that all sample farmers were found to utilize the loan both for productive and non-productive purposes. The worth of utilizing debt was observed to be more economical on large farms as compared to all other farms. The major part of the total loan utilized for economic purposes was more on large farms. It was also observed that the share of loan that was utilized for productive purposes was very high in the case of institutional loan. Hence, the outreach of institutional loan could be enhanced on account of making the worth use of loan for economic purposes. Moreover, institutional loan is available to the farmers at subsidized rate of interest which could control over the malpractices being practiced by the non-institutional sources especially the commission agents.

The paper introduces a new symmetric key cryptosystem for ASCII and binary files. This technique makes use of context free grammar because of its cryptographic property which states it is easy to generate and validate strings from a given grammar, however it is difficult to identify a grammar given only the strings generated by it. The proposed idea comprises of following modules: Encode, Encrypt, Decrypt and Decode. Firstly the ASCII/binary file is encoded using the Base64 encode algorithm to obtain an intermediate text. To get the cipher text file the intermediate text is then encrypted using context free grammar along with the secret key, generated using random number generation algorithm. The cipher text file at the receiver side is then decrypted using context free grammar followed by Base64 decode algorithm to obtain the original ASCII/binary file.

India was historically a Country with diverse cultural acceptance. Through generations of Regression rule and Colonisation, individual identity and rights were diminished enough to be non-existing. Some communities had to fight the freedom struggle even after being conferred with communal rights. Rather recently, judicial proclamations were made for reparations to the LGBTQA+ Community in India in an attempt to undo the centuries of communal hatred and oppression and subsequently, a legislative backing to ensure this protection against exploitation and to preach acceptance of the right to self-identification of gender as an integral virtue of dignified living. The guiding law that was brought into force suffered from lack of expertise and ambiguity of procedure. Some parts of the legislation directly refuted the object of the ratio stated in the NALSA judgement and even after expert reports and the response of the target community reflecting criticism of flawed approach and unconstitutional vice, the Legislation was made enforceable. This article is a humble attempt at framing a structured outline of discrepancies in the Law to play a marginal role in a long drawn struggle. As Justice Chandrachud said, It is difficult to right a wrong by history. But we can set the course for the future, deeming acceptance of identity to be protection against discrimination is only a half hearted attempt at inclusiveness.

Agricultural works are associated with a variety of unique occupational health hazards in the form of physical factors like extreme weather conditions, chemical and toxicological hazards including different forms of biological and mechanical improvements. Considering the above significance the present study was conceptualized to assess the effect of moderization on health status of the agricultural labours in West Bengal. A total number of 200 male agricultural labours data has been collected from Birbhum district of West Bengal, India and then stratified into two different groups i.e. 35 - 45 years and 46 - 55 years. The Body Mass Index (BMI) and Waist-Hip Ratio (WHR) data were compared with the World Health Organization's standard norms. The Overweight characteristics has been established in both the age group and they falls in the category of increased risk of co morbidities in respect of average BMI and moderate level of health risk in respect of average WHR. The Overweight and the moderate level of health risk characteristics of the agricultural labours could be prevalent due to the modernization in the agricultural field where the physical labour has been decreased and may be first time noticed in this study.

Abstract: Whey, a protein complex derived from milk, is being touted as a functional food with a number of health benefits compared to other constituents. The terminology WPC is being used for the dried whey having more than 25 per cent protein and as such there is a wide variation in composition of resultant WPC, ranging from 25 to 90 per cent protein. The special nutritional significance of millets and WPC, their beneficial effects have made the present research to develop value-added millet-based food products with improved functional & Rheological attributes. The corn-wheat was replaced with foxtail millet at various proportions of 25, 50, 75 and 100 per cent levels and subjected to extrusion process followed by oil frying. From the various physico-chemical, functional, rheology tests and sensory perceptions, it was found that replacement of 50 per cent foxtail millet was best suited for formulating foxtail millet based RTE food. Further RTE food was enriched with WPC at 4, 6, 8 and 100 per cent levels among various levels of addition of 6 per cent WPC was found to be acceptable.

Issues of gender inequalities and denial of women rights to land have attracted widespread attention both at national, regional and international levels. This will continue to remain in the public domain for as long as the land tenure system and reform programs of the third world nations support the existing system of land holding. The paper assessed the system of land ownership and the place of women in a traditional Idoma setting in order to examine the recent shift in land holding, the level of gender disparity as well as suggesting ways for achieving gender parity in land holding within the community. To achieve the aim set for the study, proper identification of land acquisition or ownership system in the communities was done, policy gaps identified and its impact examined. A survey of 145 respondents comprising of village heads/chiefs, family heads and women was embarked on. Findings of the research work revealed significant level of land ownership disparity between men and women in the area. Out of the total sampled population, 131 land holders were men, representing 90% of the sampled population while the remaining 10% are women. High rate of rural women illiteracy, finance, archaic custom/ inheritance system among other factors were identified to be the causative factors for gender disparity in land holding. The paper recommended gender parity through the promotion of gender inclusiveness and full participation in family and community decision making. This can be achieved through the overhauling of the existing custom, land policies and the reformation of land management system and development programs in the country.

Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Jojana (DDU-GKY) is the skill training and placement scheme launched by the Government of India which focuses on the development of the rural poor youth through need based training and sustainable employment. The special feature of this scheme is that it mandate for the placement of at least 75% of the trainees of different trades. On this backdrop, this study has undertaken on the basis of secondary data of last five years to examine the performance of DDU-GKY in the state of Odisha in term of training and placement of rural youth. The performance of the scheme implemented through Odisha Rural Development and Marketing Society (ORMAS) is found satisfactory as 75%of trainees have provided employment in 3 years out of 5 years under study. However, the identification of skill of youth in particular trade, lack of formal education, dropout from school and marketable skill are the major challenges for the effectiveness of this programme.

What is contempt? In its simplest form, contempt is the state of being despised or dishonoured; disgrace. Any act which leads to disrespect or disregard the authority and administration of law is considered to be contempt of court. The law of contempt has gradually evolved over recent years. Judges have altered and modified the contempt jurisdiction in order to deal with the issues faced by them. Most studies of the law of contempt rely upon the assumption that we must adapt to the contempt jurisdiction as we find it and that a historical analysis of how the contempt jurisdiction was evolved is unnecessary. Nevertheless, there is a lot to learn from the historical development of the law of contempt. In this research paper, I have made an attempt to scrutinize and analyze the origin of the concept of contempt of court. This paper will cover all the aspects linked to this concept including the constitutional provisions and judicial interpretations. Further, this paper also throws light upon various landmark judgments dealing with the issue of contempt of court. With utmost respect of the judiciary, this research paper will be dealing with the comprehensive analysis of the concept of contempt of court. The main concern behind this concept is to protect the administration of justice in criminal as well as civil cases.
