Cancer as a disease is specially characterized by its early silent and chronic phases. Due to deceptive painless presentation at the very onset, its early diagnosis is often missed. Few types of Cancers can be screened at the onset of the early symptoms. Examples of such Cancers are breast and uterine cervical cancer in female where Mammography and Pap smear are used respectively. Understanding certain alarming signs can ensure early diagnosis which in turn improves treatment results. But such knowledge can be propagated in the society only by proper health communication through an appropriate media. This paper examines knowledge of cancer among the newly diagnosed cancer patients attending a Tertiary Cancer Centre of North East India located in the small hilly state of Tripura. The level of awareness of the patients, their profession and media usage were correlated for getting better directions for health communication. The study revealed that more intensive drive was needed to make the people properly aware about the alarming signs of cancer and about common screening tests. Use of television would serve as the most proper media in the studied population.

There is an error in Review in AN OVERVIEW ON CORONIL DRUG Dr. Shashank Tiwari* 1 and Ms. Shreya Talreja2 that by its Immune boosting property , Covid positive patients became negative 69% in first three days and 100 % in a week claimed by After the probe into the authenticity of the Coronil drug by the authorities mainly National Institute of Medical Sciences Jaipur as said by Patanjali Ayurved Limited (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=McEKPfw9pgg ) . The Error is Coronil being food supplement having immune boosting property does not trigger immune boosting effects from day one ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gvZrWZGXgnM ) rather it takes months and years to boost immune system . How these results were framed [1] is a different story but it is sure that there might be chances of fake conclusions or the covid positive patients might be having a good immunity by virtue of their diets or life styles that made these results possible not by treatment with Coronil drug as claimed by Patanjali Ayurved Limited. The Second study [2] has an error that where it has been claimed that Coronil, a Tri-Herbal Formulation, Attenuates Spike-Protein-Mediated SARS-CoV-2 Viral Entry into Human Alveolar Epithelial Cells and Pro-Inflammatory Cytokines Production by Inhibiting Spike Protein-ACE-2 Interaction has been discarded by Ministry of Ayush [1] . Claims of Cure: that the Coronil drug was a cure for COVID-19 but this claim was rejected by the ministry of AYUSH because there was no substantial research suggesting that the drug can cure corona virus by virtue of above mentioned properties that Attenuates Spike-Protein-Mediated SARS-CoV-2 Viral Entry into Human Alveolar Epithelial Cells . Hence a fake claim has been hitherto made by Patanjali Ayurved Limited claimed [2] with regard Coronil drug . Hence the nomenclature of the drug is not by virtue of its attributes . Hence it requires to change its nomenclature or Drug Trade Name CORONIL . The third part as regard Coronil drug is that by virtue of its crude form and being food supplement it should not be called a drug ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gvZrWZGXgnM ) as drugs have drug sciences with regard pharmaco dynamics, pharmacokinetics for the treatment of disease ( Anti viral property etc ) that Coronil is lacking . If Coronil has a immune boosting properties by virtue of phyto chemicals , then it is a more food supplements ( A Part of Preventive Sciences ) rather than a drug of treating sciences like Allopath ment to treat the disease . The preventive sciences of immune boosters fail with the onset of disease . The diseases ( Congenital , traumatic , inflammatory , degenerative and cancerous ) are triggered by a separate thoughts . Hence the preventive aspects of Coronil ( Phyto chemicals ) fails to maintain a good immune response ( host cell response against different diseases of which it has been claimed to protect from that particular disease may be infective , malignant or degenerative involving CVS . (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AYIE039NAH0 ) . Hence Role of treatment by allopath is required or needed . With onset of death thoughts , treatment thoughts of allopath drug gets failed to work . The death is triggered by First order of Universe by Almighty God BBB or Highest Center of Universe BBB or God particle Or I. . Message Comes to S.A Node by Quantum entanglement to heart and it stops expressing thought of rhythmic cardiac impulses that leads to generation of effect of electrical impulses that are recorded as ECG and finally Heart stops and we find straight line on ECG and death thoughts are triggered ie rigor mortise and decomposition or lysis of cells . The preventive sciences of Ayurveda through phyto chemical or food supplements , the treatment sciences of Allopath drugs get effective or failed by virtue of wish of Almighty BBB that designed the Creation through expression of different thoughts ( Atomicgenetics ) triggered by TM ( Time Mindness ) as programmed in Precreation Era of Origin of the universe . Hence what sciences would work or get failed depend upon Programming of Universe by Almighty God BBB or Highest Center of Univese . Last but not the least if treating doctor wants to manipulate destiny , he could use Atomic genetic Engineering as a tool ( AGE or intercessory Prayer ) which is advocated as adjuvant therapy in all diseases or sick cells to make it healthy . ( Conclusions Remote, intercessory prayer was associated with lower CCU course scores. This result suggests that prayer may be an effective adjunct to standard medical care [3] . Arch Intern Med. JAMA--Vol-159, N019 , Oct-25, 1999 :2273-2278 ) .

Rural south Tamilnadu students who step into their colleges are found to be in lower level in their second language English. The researcher intended to prove this condition and conducted a diagnostic test in writing skill to the first year under graduation students.340 first year students from various departments participated in this study. A qualitative study is made to analyse the inter lingual and intra lingual skills developed by both English Medium and Tamil medium students. Inter lingual and intra lingual errors are identified, analysed and categorized. It is found that the Tamil medium students, even after 12 years of English language acquaintance, still suffer from mother tongue influence and have committed a lot of inter and intra lingual errors. Those students could not construct correct English sentences. The students who have studied in English medium have improved their proficiency level than the Tamil medium students. This study is significant and will be useful for the teachers to know the level of the students so that they can give them the suitable remedial measures and assist the students towards successful English language learning.

Stock price forecasting is a popular and important topic in financial and academic studies. Share Market is an untidy place for predicting since there are no significant rules to estimate or predict the price of share in the share market. Many methods like technical analysis, fundamental analysis, time series analysis and statistical analysis, etc. are all used to attempt to predict the price in the share market but none of these methods are proved as a consistently acceptable prediction tool. In this project we attempt to implement Network approach to LSTM based predict stock market prices. The aim is to predict the future value of the financial stocks of a company. The recent trend in stock market prediction technologies is the use of machine learning which makes predictions based on the values of current stock market indices by training on their previous values. Machine learning itself employs different models to make prediction easier and authentic. The project focuses on the use of Regression and LSTM based Machine learning to predict stock values. Factors considered are open, close, low, high and volume.

Antenatal exercises aim at improving the physical and psychological well-being of an expected mother for labor and preventing pregnancy-induced pathologies by various physical means. Health professionals who care for pregnant women should discuss potential health benefits and harms of exercise. Although most pregnant women do not meet minimal exercise recommendations, there are a growing number of physically active women who wish to continue training throughout pregnancy. During the first trimester, pregnancy brings certain changes in the body for example: morning sickness, fatigue or low energy levels, nausea and increased secretion of the relaxin hormone. Exercise helps to overcome these changes and improves the mood and energy level of the mother. Healthy pregnant women should exercise for at least 150 min per week or 20-30 min everyday in moderate to vigorous aerobic intensity.

Abstract Introduction:Thalassemia, a hereditary autosomal recessive disorder, imposes a major public health burden in an area known as thalassemia belt. Thalassemia belt extends from Mediterranean region to middle east and south east Asia. To avert the fiscal and social burden on health system, countries have devised and adopted preventive strategies. Although, WHO developed and disseminated a preventive strategy for prevention of hemoglobinopathies, including thalassemia, countries must adjust it according to the prevailing sociocultural determinants within countries. Objectives: This study aims to investigate acceptance of the preventive measures for thalassemia i.e. premarital counselling, prenatal diagnosis and abortion in existing body of literature. Furthermore, it seeks barriers towards successful implementation of these preventive approaches. Methodology:Online search engines (Google scholar and PubMed) were used for exploring related studies that meets the inclusion criteria. Studies conducted from 2000 onwards were illegible for the study. Result: With strictly following PRISMA methodology, 11 studies were included for the full-text reading from the total of 4097 articles. The results of studies varied widely; for instance, the acceptance of premarital counseling ranged from about 59% to 84% by different studies that had been investigated fully. Similarly, Acceptance of prenatal diagnosis was reported from 100% to as low as 74% by studies conducted in India. Conclusion: With the variations in the results of studies conducted in this area, further investigations are crucial to reflect the true acceptance of each of preventive approach. This will contribute in successful development of strategies that can halt the raising trend of thalassemia in India effectively.

ABSTRACT Nowadays circular polarization is very important in the antenna design industry as it gives much more flexibility to the angle between transmitting & receiving antennas. Also it enhances weather penetration and mobility. It is widely used in commercial and militarily applications. In this project a broadband circularly polarized monopole antenna is designed and simulated using Ansys HFSS Software. This circular microstrip patch antenna with a asymmetrical slot at the centre resonates at 2.4GHz frequency. The slot is added to obtain the proper axial ratio. The antenna is designed on an FR4 substrate with dielectric constant ?r = 4.4. The height of the substrate is 1.6mm. Coaxial cable (or) probe feed is used for excitation. From simulation, the antenna characteristics such as return loss, radiation pattern and axial ratio are studied. The designed circular patch antenna shows return loss value of -15.16 dB at the designed frequency. The antenna gain is equal to 1.52 dB. The axial ratio is 0.57 dB (less than 3dB), which satisfies the required criteria for circular polarization

Abstract - A problem faced in major metropolitan areas, is the search for parking space. In this paper, we proposed a novel way for automatic parking lot detection. In our approach, we first extract features by generating detection patches and building Gaussian ground model from input video frames. Then this model is used to train an eight-class multi-SVM classifier. Finally, the classification is optimized globally via applying Markov Random Field. Current systems detecting vacant parking spaces are either very expensive due to their hardware requirements or do not provide a detailed occupancy map. While several sensor types feature individual parking space surveillance, their installation and maintenance costs are relatively high. The system developed in this research group has minimal hardware requirements, which makes it less expensive and easy to install. At the same time, our video-based approach offers flexibility regarding information usage and site of operation.

The objective of the study is to examine the influence of brand identification and brand love on customer engagement with specific brands on Twitter. To test research hypotheses, the study conducted a quantitative survey of 300 Twitter users in Thailand. Based on structural equation modeling analysis, the findings indicated that the major indicator of customer engagement in a social media site (Twitter) context is brand identification. It positively impacted brand love and customer engagement on Twitter. In addition, it was found that brand love did not significantly influence customer engagement. However, brand love influenced customer engagement and its three dimensions (i.e. cognitive engagement, emotional engagement, and behavioral engagement) on the Twitter platform when brand identification was not included in the model.

Agriculture is the main vocation of Indian people. Detection and counting of fruits manually are arduous when implemented in sizably voluminous scale projects. Manual counting of fruits has been carried out but it takes a lot of time and requires more labor. The purpose of the system is to minimize the number of human-computer interactions, expedite the identification process, and amend the usability of the graphical utilizer interface compared to subsisting manual systems. Raspberry Pi hardware module is used in this project and all the operation is being implemented using this hardware module only.

With the huge demand for high speed railways across the world, major emphasis is laid on safety and a reduction in the journey time. There is much talk about high speed trains plying at over 200 km/h in certain sectors of India. The first of such sectors being talked about is the Mumbai-Ahmedabad corridor, which would drastically slash the journey time by around 5 hours. This leads to huge quasi-static and dynamic loads on the track, which further accelerates the process of the formation of fines, ballast degradation (through abrasion, attrition and grain fracturing) and a potential accumulation of excess pore water pressure and high vertical deformations in the subgrade. Furthermore, this pumping action generated leads to an infiltration of fines into the subgrade. Under poor conditions of drainage and workmanship, severe cases of fouling occur where the sleepers are surrounded by mud that retains a pool of water around them. To prevent such formation of mud holes in the soil, the implementation of proper drainage is essential to prevent stagnation of water at the ends of the sleeper. This also contributes to the stability of the track substructure by ensuring separation of the fine subgrade soil underneath with the coarse ballast above. Certain advances have been made in the field of mud hole management. In their manual, A.R.T.C. Ltd. (2001, 2013) pointed out the stagnation of water due to the lack of drainage being the major contributor to mud hole formation. Various methodologies for the modelling of the ballast and subgrade layer have been suggested. Kruse and Popp (2003) suggested the use of the Molecular Dynamics method to model the granular material, where every single stone of the ballast is taken into account along with calculation of the contact forces from the overlap areas of particle geometries. Modelling of resilient rubber pads with future applications to a reduction in the ballast settlements have been performed by Knothe et al. (2003)

Strengthening techniques of reinforced concrete (RC) beams are used to meet the current design requirements, serious errors made in design calculations, and poor construction practices. CFRP has significantly improved the flexural capacity of strengthened beams especially when grooving technique has been employed. This project discusses the result of an experimental investigation conducted on CFRP (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer). The tests demonstrate that this innovation with end self-locking can overcome the main shortcomings in reinforced concrete beams strengthened by externally-bonded CFRP. It is by means of avoiding end debonding and restraining the later development of intermediate crack debonding. This investigation consists of conventional RC beam, CFRP wrap RC beam and CFRP wrap by end locking RC beam and investigate the ultimate flextural strength, failure modes of beam and deflection of beams. It is capable of simulating the overall responses of the complicated structural system containing debonding process, failure mode and ultimate strength.
