The present study emphasizes the impact of coping strategies on the management of stress among health professionals in Kerala during COVID 19. The Kerala health departments have proven their quick and efficient responses in handling the Nipah virus outbreak and the COVID 19 pandemic. Health professionals from Kerala are working all around the globe, and many of these countries have openly acknowledged the contribution of these health professionals to their countries. At the same time, this group faces a lot of challenges in their occupational as well as their family life. They are forced to work beyond their working hours, in several shifts, thus managing their children and family are also affected. This directly or indirectly affects their patients, colleagues, family, friends, and every other person related to or depended on them. It will negatively reflect on the health system of the nation. A healthy population which is the pillar of a nation's strength is in the hands of health professionals. So it is necessary to study the issues faced by the health professionals.

Bioethanol is one of the most important alternative renewable energy sources that substitute the fossil fuels. Lignocellulosic substances such as agricultural wastes are attractive feedstocks for bioethanol production because agricultural wastes are cost effective and renewable. The main objective of the current study deals with the conversion of lignocellulosic waste materials such as Banana pseudostem, Bengal gram husk, coir pith, cotton pod and wheat bran into liquid based energy fuel. The experimental studies have been carried out to optimize the pretreatment process of ligncellulosic substances and efficient conversion of cellulose to sugars using the enzyme cellulose, isolated from Trametes sp. In the pretreatment process, the lignin, hemicellulose, and cellulose are separated to enhance the hydrolysis process. The cellulase was used for the hydrolysis process, which helps in converting the cellulose to sugar which was analysed using Dinitrosalicylic acid. The reducing sugars were fermented to produce bioethanol using the yeast inoculums and the yield was estimated using HPLC. Among the lignocellulosic substances used in the present study, wheat bran found to be a good producer of ethanol.

Angiotensin- Converting Enzyme (ACE) inhibitors are very frequently used as a standard therapy in treatment of hypertension and heart failure. They are also prescribed in the management of diabetic nephropathy to prevent its progression. Moreover, they have other indications. Side effects of ACE inhibitors drugs like dry cough, hyperkaliemia, hypotension, renal failure, proteinuria are very common. They can cause other side effects such cutaneous manifestations that are rare and not very recognized. However, they rarely cause cutaneous vasculitis. We report the case of 65-year-old male who had history of dilated cardiomyopathy with severe left ventricle dysfunction, treated with ramipril with good tolerance at first and who developed cutaneous vasculitis after second introduction.

An investor is any person or other entity (such as a firm or mutual fund) who commits capital with the expectation of receiving financial returns. Investors rely on different financial instruments to earn a rate of return and accomplish important financial objectives like building retirement savings, funding a college education, or merely accumulating additional wealth over time. Investors typically generate returns by deploying capital as either equity or debt investments. Equity investments entail ownership stakes in the form of company stock that may pay dividends in addition to generating capital gains. Debt investments may be as loans extended to other individuals or firms, or in the form of purchasing bonds issued by governments or corporations which pay interest in the form of coupons. Indian consumers already aware and enrolled in health insurance schemes, the industry faces the continuing challenge of keeping them happy. Customer satisfaction levels for health insurance in India have consistently ranked below comparable levels elsewhere, with critics frequently citing the low coverage of plans in terms of both the diseases and number of hospitals covered. Unlike other homogenous general insurance products, premiums for medical plans are based on the health of an individual policyholder and this had lead to confusion and fraud in the Indian market and increased policy cancellations from customers who do not find any value in their health insurance policies.

Hypermethylation is an important process of gene regulation. Gene silencing through methylation occurs through the activity of DNA methyltransferases, enzymes that transfer a methyl group from S-adenosyl-L-methionine to the carbon 5 position of cytosine. DNA methylation levels and aging are strongly linked. The general trend seems to be the establishment of global hypomethylation and regions of CpG-island hypermethylation with age. Speculatively, this overall decrease in 5mC content could lead to less efficient gene regulation, and the CpG island hypermethylation could cause inappropriate silencing of specific genes. Aging and age-related diseases include defined changes in 5-methylcytosine content and are generally characterized by genome-wide hypomethylation and promoter-specific hypermethylation. In this review promoter hypermethylation in different aging genessuch as GSTP1,p16, p14 RASSF1A,ESR1,GSTP1,NKX2-5 and APC has been discussed.

This study explores the various factors responsible for material cost overrun and the corresponding gap in the estimated and actual material usage. Construction projects in India are often undertaken by Small to Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs), and are heavily susceptible to an increase in cost from the estimated value leading to the SMEs not being able to arrange for the required additional funds.

Framed reinforced concrete structures are most commonly types of structures constructed all over the world due to ease of construction and rapid progress of work. Generally, brick or block work masonry is done in these frames which act as an infill panels in the framed structure. Infill walls provide the lateral stiffness to the structure. Its behaviour is very different from the bare frame structure.in this research we are trying to find the structural behaviour of Rcc structure when subjected to lateral loads and applying the bracing with changing the position of infill we observe that the position makes a huge difference in structural behaviour. nowadays typical structures with irregularities in it becomes a trend to change the infill with glass panel. our is to find the location of infill which is good for structure and its stability. Methods adopt here by taking the different type of structure like T-shaped and inverted T-shaped structure and applied different positions of infill to check the effects on structure. The results of this is compared with the bare frame and we observed that the bare frame shows maximum deflection, reduction in stiffness, story drift maximum. Infill in the structure shows comparative stability in the structure. As per our results we can suggest the stable positions of infill our aim is to provide the best possible positions of infill in irregular structure.

Bricks are mostly used in construction throughout the world. Traditional bricks are made up of clay which is treated in high temperature kiln firing. The removal of top layer of the soil and clay from the resources cause soil erosion. The conventional technique of masonry bricks production has caused severe environmental pollution due to the massive emissions of greenhouse gases which lead to several climate changes such as haze, fog, air pollution, acid rain and global warming. Consequently, the main objective of this paper is to study the development of eco-friendly interlocking bricks for masonry applications by incorporating silica fume. Interlocking bricks are the enhanced form of conventional clay bricks. Each brick is constructively designed to lock itself to the other bricks around without the use of mortar. The self-locking is achieved using shear-key and lock mechanism. Based on the design, the shape of shear-key will vary and a complimentary lock is provided on the opposite side of brick. Load transfer is achieved by shear transfer and gravity. Silica fume is a by product of producing silicon metal or ferrosilicon alloys. One of the most beneficial uses for silica fume is in concrete. Because of its chemical and physical properties, it is a very reactive pozzolan. Partial replacement of cement with silica fume in interlocking brick by 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30% were used in this study. Compressive and Water absorption test, Block density was conducted to find out the characteristic changes.

Fog Computing is a paradigm that expands Distributed computing (cloud computing) and administrations to the edge of the network. Comparable to Cloud, Fog gives information, process, stockpiling, and application administrations to end-clients. The inspiration of Fog processing lies in an arrangement of genuine situations, like Smart Grid, keen traffic signals in vehicular networks and programming characterized networks. Nowadays usage of cloud computing has increased broadly but there are some issues which have not been solved due to inherent problems of cloud computing like unreliable latency, no mobility support and location awareness. Fog computing is also known as edge computing . This can resolve all those problems by providing elastic resources and services to the end users. This paper discusses the definition of fog computing and its applications in IOT (Internet of Things). It also gives some advantages and challenges of fog computing.
