Currently, job satisfaction is seen as a success of work who also regard it as one of the core issues in organisational growth. The definition of job satisfaction and its effect on work and life balance is more than just a matter of interest. The performance, productivity and survival of all organisations are decisively determined by employees. It is necessary to understand the motivation and the degree to which the organisation and other contextual variables are fulfilled. The employee can help further to the success of the company, who can maintain a balance between private and professional life and has a high level of satisfaction. The satisfaction of work, and work and life balance can be determined by a variety of factors, which can include social factors, psychological factors, the work environment, the nature of work, job satisfaction, family history, home and life schedules (Bailyn, Drago & Kochan, 2016). In the 1970s, scholars and academics began trying to combine work and personal lives and find the best way and balance work. The balance of work-life is highly competitive and workers feel that due to higher job demands, they are unable to manage their personal lives and families. They face difficulties in fulfilling family responsibilities and their impact on productivity that must be understood to recruit employees and make them productive within their organisations (Krishnan & Loon, 2018).

A contract is not a property. It is only a promise supported by some consideration upon which either the remedy of specific performance or that of damages is available. Every breach of contract upsets many a settled expectation of the injured party. He may feel the consequence for a long time and in a variety of ways. The consequences of a breach may be endless, but there must be an end to liability. The defendant cannot be held liable for all that follows from his breach. There must be a limit to liability and beyond that limit the damage is said to be too remote and, therefore, irrecoverable. The problem is where to draw the line.

An important part of our life, internet has enabled many machines and devices we use in everyday life to be monitored and controlled remotely through Internet of Things (IOT) technology. Thanks to IOT technology, smart health applications have become a rapidly growing sector. For individuals with heart disease, the Heart Rate (HR), Heart Rate Variability (HRV) and Body Temperature (BT) values are considered vital signs that must be measured regularly. In this study, an android-based application is developed that can monitor HR, HRV and CT parameters for cardiovascular patients who should be under constant observation. The measuring system, which consists of wearable sensors, constantly measures patient signs. Then send the measured signals to android interface via wireless connection. If the predetermined critical values for the patient are exceeded, the HR, HRV, CT values and also the real-time location of patient is sent both to family members and doctor as e-mail and twitter notification. The wearable measurement system allows patients to be mobile in their own social environment, allowing them to live their lives in confidence.

Farming is the most important factor for yielding the crops. India is the agriculture-based country and many people are completely depended on agriculture harvesting because it is a major source of employment. For this reason, we proposed automatic irrigation system and soil moisture controlled by Wi-Fi module. Here we developed an automated watering system which can help farmers in water level management for controlling the motor and tests the soil moisture. In this project we also proposed a solar system for power consumption and providing a security for protecting the crop fields from animals. The main aim of this project is to help farmers by reducing water use, increasing soil fertility and saving time.

Chromatography is defined as a set of techniques which is used for the separation of constituents in a mixture. This technique involves 2 phases stationary and mobile phases. The separation of constituents is based on the difference between partition coefficients of the two phases. The chromatography term is derived from the greek words namely chroma (colour) and graphein (to write). The chromatography is very popular technique and it is mostly used analytically. There are different types of chromatographic techniques namely Paper Chromatography, Gas Chromatography, Liquid Chromatography, Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC), Ion exchange Chromatography and lastly High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) HPLC is the dominant separation technique to detect, separate and quantify the drug. A number of chromatographic parameters were analyzed to optimize the method like sample pre treatment, choosing mobile phase, column, detector selection. The objective of this article is to review the method development, optimization and validation. HPLC method development depends on chemical structure of the molecules, synthetic route, solubility, polarity, pH and pKa values, and functional groups activity etc. Validation of HPLC method as per ICH Guidelines gives information regarding various stages and knowing characteristics like Accuracy, specificity, linearity limit of detection, limit of quantification.

The interest of National Archives in some Arab countries in developing the skills of records managers, and preparing qualified and trained staff to work in records centers is growing steadily. This trend on the part of the Arab National Archives coincides with the initiation of National Archives in some developed countries to provide training programs for records managers to provide them with sufficient knowledge and skills for the requirements and practices of electronic records management. This study presents the types and contents of training programs of records management in a number of foreign and Arab National Archives to extract the most important guidelines and practices that officials in the Arab archives centers can benefit from in planning and developing continuous training programs for electronic records managers. The study uses the descriptive analytical method in collecting data related to training programs in the National Archives it covers. Yet, it uses the comparative approach to compare some features of training programs among National Archives. In collecting data, the study relied on several tools, including a list of questions sent by e-mail to those responsible for training in US National Archives, and e-mail communication with those responsible for training in the other National Archives covered in the study so that the researcher can complete data related to the training programs provided. The study examined the features of training programs of electronic records managers provided by National Archives, such as training objectives, training techniques, trainers, trainees, training curricula, program duration (short-term or long-term), regularity of the program, the means of its presentation (seminars, webinars, etc...). Among the results of the study is that some document laws in the Arab countries (such as the Sultanate of Oman, Tunisia) emphasized the role of the National Archives in assisting the document departments in institutions to train records managers to be qualified to work in document departments. Moreover, Arab archives need to adopt long-term training programs to develop the skills of records managers in electronic records management, and to provide through its websites e-learning packages (webinars, workshops, video recordings, etc.) which can be used as a part of the training and update of information related to records management and the technologies used.

Today information handling is become an integral part of our day to day life as it is available in abundance. The information from the internet can be used for various purposes from Security to Healthcare management. It can decrease the load on a human being to handle the data manually. So, to highlight the importance of information handling to the society we choose medical field where images are in abundance on the internet. The analysis of images for decision making in medical perspective can be a boon to the medical field and decrease the work of the doctor and increase his productivity to a new level. The cancer has become a menace these days. Cancer is a major health problem. Computer-aided diagnosis (CAD) systems can be used to provide an insight to the cancer specialist and help him to diagnose the various stages of cancer using images and CAD. So, we thought of designing a system which will help in cancer detection and handling various stages of cancers using cancer images as the backend of our application. In our proposed system we are going to accumulate a lot of images from various cancer image databases which are available free on the internet. Then we will apply machine learning to it. Thus, our results will be divided in three categories benign, malignant and normal using machine learning algorithm CNN. Thus, our system will help and improve the decision making and productivity of a medical practitioner.

Recently, within the family of FACTS, the distributed power flow controller is an additional device. This paper highlights on voltage sag mitigation which is one of the burgeoning power quality issues. It deals with the working concept of distributed power flow controller for compensating unbalanced three phase line currents in the transmission system. The single phase series converters of DPFC are able to compensate. The unique control capability of the UPFC is given by the back-to-back connection between the shunt and series converters, which allows the active power to freely exchange. To ensure the DPFC has the same control capability as the UPFC, a method that allows active power exchange between converters with an eliminated DC link is required. An unsymmetrical fault (L-G fault) is considered near the load end side. A proper selection of controlling variables of DPFC relieves the load voltage sag, compensates the unbalance and diminishes the load voltage harmonics in few seconds. Furthermore the performance of DPFC is simulate using Matlab simulink and results denote an improvement in power quality
