 Abstract

The textile industry is a significant sector worldwide, providing employment opportunities without requiring specialized skills. It plays a crucial role in the economies of many countries. However, textile production involves the use of various chemicals and substantial amounts of water, resulting in effluent that often contains high levels of pollutants, particularly colorants. These colorants are highly toxic to living organisms and can have hazardous effects on their health. Therefore, the removal of color using natural flocculants is an important step towards protecting natural resources. Coagulation flocculation is the most widely employed method for removing color, even at low concentrations, in wastewater from textile industries. This paper presents the results of investigations conducted to remove color and physicochemical characteristics from wastewater using natural flocculants such as Cactus, Aloe vera, and a combination of Cactus and Aloe vera. The efficiency of the flocculants in color removal will be evaluated using a batch-wise coagulation flocculation method. The study will examine the impact of various important parameters on the percentage of color removal to determine the optimum conditions for achieving maximum color removal. These parameters include pH, coagulant dose, flocculant dose, coagulant mixing time, coagulant mixing speed, flocculant mixing time, flocculant mixing speed, setting time, and wastewater concentration. The expected color removal efficiency for all parameters should range from 85% to 100%.

 Abstract

This survey aims to investigate the marketing of Reno, an insecticide, in the Ujjain district of Madhya Pradesh. Its purpose is to assess the impact and effectiveness of UPL Ltd.'s promotional strategies among farmers. The research objectives include examining farmers' awareness of UPL Ltd., their methods of insect control, and their knowledge of chemical control. Additionally, the study aims to identify the available marketing channels, propose an insecticide development strategy for UPL Ltd. in the designated regions of Ujjain, analyse different product preference strategies employed by UPL Ltd., and explore the competitors and their market strategies in the study area. In the current and future agricultural landscape, insecticides hold a promising outlook due to their increasing consumption. Farmers heavily rely on insecticides, indicating a growing demand for these products. The convenience they offer aligns with farmers' preference for quick and easy solutions to address field-related issues. Consequently, the efficient use of insecticides enables farmers to save time and achieve higher crop yields, reinforcing their continued usage. Although some farmers caution against excessive insecticide application due to potential harm to the fields, the majority still prioritize their use. Farmers believe that without insecticides and plant growth regulators (PGRs), it would be challenging to cultivate crops effectively. This is because plants face various types of attacks, such as pests and diseases, at different stages of growth, affecting the soil, leaves, and stems. Insecticides play a crucial role in protecting crops and maintaining their health throughout the farming process.

 Abstract

Python has an API called Speech Recognition that allows us to convert speech to text. Helping myself is an interesting job. It's much easier to do many other everyday tasks with a single voice command, such as sending an email without typing a word, searching Google and playing music without opening a browser, and opening your favorite IDE. In the current situation, technology allows them to do all the work with the same efficiency, or better than us, one might say. By doing this project, I realized that the idea of artificial intelligence in many areas is to reduce the number of workers and save time. The activities of this project are: 1. Can send e-mail. 2. Can read PDF. 3. Can send messages via WhatsApp. 4. Open Command Prompt, your favorite IDE, Notepad, etc. can open. 5. It can play music. 6. Wikipedia searches for you. 7. Google, YouTube, etc. in the web browser can be opened. 8. Weather forecast available. 9. Can transfer money. 10. May bring some random jokes. Now an important question comes to mind, how did artificial intelligence come about? We created a virtual assistant, though not an artificial intelligence, like the creation of a sentence. But mainly, the purpose of artificial intelligence technology is to be able to do the same job for humans, or even more efficiently than humans. The truth is my virtual assistant is not a good example of artificial intelligence but AI.

 Abstract

Silicon (Si) amendment through soil basal application of diatomaceous earth (DAE) at 400 kg/ha and rice husk ash (RHA) at 2000 kg/ha enhanced the plant defense response for resistance against Scirpophaga incertulas registering 51-57% decline in plant damage over control, which is chiefly attributed to higher Si deposits (9.6 and 6.5%, respectively) compared to that of control (4.9%). Silicon supplements at higher doses supported better plant health through increased uptake of major nutrients. A distinctly higher accumulation of Nitrogen (0.84 and 0.92%), Phosphorus (0.16 and 0.19%), and Potassium (2.17 and 2.02%) were registered with above treatments as against (0.58, 0.15 and 1.8%, respectively) in untreated check. Feeding stimuli received from stem borer larvae further augmented the uptake of nitrogen from 0.73 to 0.87% and phosphorous from 0.15 to 0.19% but declined in potassium uptake from 2.01 to 1.85%. The utility of exogenous application of silicon in rice was felt necessary for better plant health management indirectly contributing to induced host plant resistance against S. incertulas.

 Abstract

Meena Kandasamy's novel "Gypsy Goddess" is a powerful work that delves into the intersections of gender, caste, and environmental issues in contemporary India. This abstract aims to explore the ecofeminist discourse present in the novel and analyze how Kandasamy intertwines the themes of feminism and environmentalism to shed light on the complex socio-cultural and ecological challenges faced by marginalized communities. Ecofeminism, as a theoretical framework, highlights the parallel oppressions of women and the environment, providing a lens to understand the socio-political implications of these interconnections. Through a close reading of the text, this paper uncovers the ecofeminist discourse present in "Gypsy Goddess" and examines how Kandasamy portrays the exploitation of women and the environment. The study explores the novel's portrayal of gendered power dynamics and their impact on female characters, as well as the depiction of environmental degradation and its consequences. It further explores the intersections between gender, power, and the environment, revealing the socio-political implications of ecofeminist critique within the novel. Additionally, the paper investigates acts of resistance and activism against gendered and ecological injustices depicted in the novel, highlighting the potential for transformative change. By critically analyzing the ecofeminist discourse in "Gypsy Goddess," this research paper contributes to the existing body of knowledge on ecofeminism in literature and emphasizes its relevance in understanding contemporary social and environmental issues.

 Abstract

Ayurveda, the science of life, is a traditional system of medicine. In Ayurveda, women's health is given utmost importance. Every women goes through a series of profound changes during her life-time and the process of cyclic menstruation is one among the natural phenomenon. The female menstrual cycle involves the shedding of endometrium along with hormonal changes affecting a woman's emotional and physical state. If there is abnormally excessive or prolonged bleeding it leads to the condition Raktapradara/Asirgdhara. Raktapradara can be correlated to Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding. Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding is the state of abnormal uterine bleeding following anovulation due to dysfunction of hypothalamo-pituitary-ovarian axis. It is the commonest problem encountered by gynecologist in today's practice and incidence becomes higher with degree of civilization. It varies in both amount and duration. It is commonest among the women of reproductive age. About 10 to 30% of reproductive aged woman are affected by Raktapradara. Excessive bleeding per vagina not only hampers the women's day to day activities but also interferes with the woman's physical, emotional, social and psychological quality of life. Ayurveda describes a wide range of treatment principles in the management of Raktapradara which not only cures Raktapradara and prevents its recurrence but also helps in improving the general health of women. Raktapradara is mainly due to vitiation of Vata and Pitta dosha hence Kashaya rasa and Pitta shamaka Chikitsa may be adopted. The present review includes the aspect of Raktapradara from nirukti of Asrigdara with its nidana, samprapti, poorvaroopa, roopa, sadhyasadhyata, upadrava, chikitsa and pathya-apathya.

 Abstract

Online teaching is the process of educating people using virtual platforms. The Covid-19 pandemic has had a huge impact on the education sector, necessitating the shift of learning patterns from face-to-face to online learning. During the Covid-19 era, online education was the only option. Because it was convenient and simple to teach online, it became an essential mode of education throughout the pandemic. The national and state governments have taken a variety of efforts to mitigate the pandemic's impact on the educational sector. While the convenience of online education is advantageous, a lack of social interaction can be an issue during a pandemic. Not physically connecting with classmates or professors can lead to the child being ignorant of the benefits of physically attending class. This might eventually result in social awkwardness and the inability to communicate with people normally. The current study focuses on how online instruction affects secondary students' social sensibility. Data for this study was gathered using a self-made social sensibility test questionnaire. Purposive sampling was used to choose the sample of 200 secondary-level students from CBSE and UP board schools, both boys and females. The acquired data was examined using statistical tools such the mean, standard deviation, and CR test. According to the survey, secondary level CBSE board school students' social sensibilities during the pandemic were noticeably higher than those of UP board school students. In this regard, male students in secondary school had much stronger social sensibility than female students.

 Abstract

Hospitality sector in India is seen to be progressing at an excitable and rapid pace. Nonetheless, with increase in its approach towards being 'guest-centric,' it has caused the employees to work at a faster pace in highly demanding workplace environment. The aim was to study the impact of workplace stress on job commitment and moderating role of emotional intelligence among employees in hospitality. A total of four hypotheses based on previously conducted research studies were selected and purposive sample of 104 hospitality workers within the age range of 22-55 years participated in the study. Pearson's correlation coefficient was used in assessing the correlation between all the three variables. Furthermore, to assess the moderating role of emotional intelligence on workplace stress and organisational commitment Regression analysis was used. The results showcased Workplace stress and organisational commitment showcased negative association. Organisational commitment and Emotional Intelligence had weekly positive association. Lastly, Workplace Stress and Emotional intelligence had very weak negative correlation between these two variables. Regression analysis indicated no significant moderation. There is no statistically significant relationship between the predictor variables, workplace stress and emotional intelligence, and the response variable, organisational commitment. Therefore, emotional intelligence does not positively moderate the relationship between workplace stress and organisational commitment.

 Abstract

The exponential increase in the population has led to a waste management crisis. All over the world experts are working hard to develop a system that can efficiently eradicate this adversity. One such efficient method for the treatment of wastewater is via (Microbial fuel cell) MFC. MFC is a low-power generating renewable energy source. It aids in generating clean electricity by treating wastewater. But this technology is not entirely exclusive, it has its drawbacks such as the generation of low voltage current, high production cost, lower power output, and low energy conversion efficiency. This increases the need to improve the MFC to enhance electricity generation and wastewater treatment. Modification of various parts in the MFC system can aid to generate a positive result. The paper illustrates the probable methods to increase the efficiency of MFC for the generation of electricity.

 Abstract

An AI program called ChatGPT has been creating a lot of buzzes lately. ChatGPT, a cutting-edge language model, developed by OpenAI, has been trained using massive amounts of data, and simulates human conversation by generating appropriate responses. It has garnered significant attention due to its ability to effectively answer the broad range of inquiries, fluent and also surpassing all the other AI chatbot in both security and usefulness. The best thing about ChatGPT is, it can fix program bugs, can give coding suggestions, and even write bug-free code lines. That's why concern has been raised that ChatGPT and other AI models may end up replacing human programmers and developers in the near future. So the focus of this research paper is to test the ability of ChatGPT in different categories like Arithmetic, coding, reasoning, and debugging categories and based on this test we will conclude whether It replaces programmer or not.
