The food delivery industry is the fastest growing industry and its employees are mainly the delivery boys exposed to many work-related health issues, which are often ignored and the reason for a chronic or acute illness that in succession impacts their lives, finances, and personal life. The very nature of the work contributes to health risks due to musculoskeletal discomfort, psychological stress, and the pressure for delivering on time. An increasing number of injuries, accidents, and occupational-related disorders are experienced by them. A study was hence conducted among 120 food delivery boys (18 - 40 years) to study the work-related stress factors and recommend ergonomics solutions to alleviate them. A self-constructed and validated questionnaire was used to elicit demographic and work-related information, and the Quick Exposure Checklist to collect the data on their occupational health. The average age of the sample is 24.8 years. There is an urgent need for positive intervention methods to reduce occupational work stress. Ergonomics and occupational health studies can greatly benefit food delivery boys by addressing their physical and mental well-being, improving their work conditions, and reducing the risk of work-related injuries

Post installed anchors come in either mechanical anchors that develop their strength purely through mechanical interlock with the base concrete, or bonded anchors that develop their strength by bonding anchor rod to the base concrete. Bonded anchors are either grouted, typically cementitious material, or adhesive, typically a chemical material. This thesis presents a current literature review of post-installed bonded anchors, preliminary testing of adhesive bonded anchors, and details of short term and long-term test setups for future testing. The purpose of this thesis was to develop the test setups that will be used for future testing on anchors.

The Automatic Medicine Dispenser is presented in this paper, with the aim of simplifying the process of taking medication for patients, particularly seniors, by ensuring timely and accurate dosage. This system can help reduce the likelihood of accidental overdosing or underdosing, which can lead to complications such as delayed recovery, illness, and even mortality. By notifying patients when it's time to take their medication and reminding them to take the appropriate dose, the automatic medicine dispenser can help address these issues. Additionally, the system allows for direct communication between patients and caregivers, as it will alert the caregiver if the patient misses a dose.

Fluoroscopic imaging has become more common in contemporary orthopedic operating rooms, which provides many advantages for orthopedic treatments. Intra-operative fluoroscopy enables indirect visualization of anatomy, which facilitates quicker, less stressful, and easier patient operations and lowers morbidity. However, due to the well-known biological consequences of ionizing radiation, the use of fluoroscopy in the orthopedic theatre poses hazards to orthopedic surgeons. These side effects range from dose-dependent deterministic ones like cataracts and infertility to dose-independent stochastic ones like the development of cancer in radiosensitive organs. Real-time imaging of moving structures and improved visualisation of anatomical functioning are made possible by the use of radio contrast chemicals in fluoroscopy and angiography, which utilize X-ray imaging. Despite the benefits of fluoroscopy, orthopedic surgeons frequently do not receive the required radiation safety training, which leads to a lack of understanding of the dangers of ionizing radiation. In an academic hospital in Kashmir, this study sought to evaluate the orthopedic surgeons' general radiation safety knowledge, awareness, and practices. A convenience sample of orthopedic surgeons from predetermined hospitals was used in a survey research approach. A questionnaire was randomly distributed, and percentage tables were used to analyses the results. 66 responses were obtained in response to the 100 questionnaires that were delivered. The results of this study provide important light on the current state of radiation safety knowledge and awareness among orthopedic surgeons, emphasizing the need for better education and procedures to reduce the dangers of ionising radiation in the orthopedic theatre.

A highly fluid type of concrete that spreads into the form without the need for mechanical vibration may be self-consolidating concrete. Self-compacting concrete is a non-segregating concrete that is laid down under the weight of itself. The benefit of self-compacting concrete is that it keeps all of the strength and features of regular concrete while still performing as planned. To lessen bleeding and segregation, super plasticizers and viscosity modifiers are added to the combine. Segregated concrete weakens and causes honeycombed patches near to the formwork. A clean SCC mix offers great stability, high deformability, and no segregation. Due to the lack of vibration improving the interface between the mixture and the hardened paste, self-compacting concrete with an equivalent water cement or cement binder ratio typically has a higher strength than conventional vibrated concrete. SCC concrete must be laid at a rate that is noticeably faster than regular concrete. Micro silica, also known as silica fume, is an ultrafine powder that is produced as a by-product during the production of ferrosilicon alloys and silicon. GGBS (Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag) may be a byproduct of the heater's propensity to produce iron or it may be a concrete material with concrete as its primary usage. In mix used Conmix superplasticizer to reduce water content in concrete.GGBS 10%,20%30% and 40% partial replacement of cement and 30% ggbs optimum strength increases and maintaining 30% ggbs as constant and silicafume is varying 5%,7.5% and 12.5%. Test performed is compressive strength and split tensile strength.

A modern approach for pharmaceutical product quality is called "quality by design." The creation of a high-quality product and a manufacturing process that reliably performs the product's intended function is the aim of drug development. Quality must be incorporated into the design because it cannot be tested in items. It plays a significant role in the current strategy for medical quality. It is critical to define the performance profile of the desired product [Target Product Profile (TPP), Target Product Quality Profile (TPQP)], Critical Quality Attribute (CQA) as part of the idea of QbD throughout the design and development of products. Based on this, we can create a product design and manufacturing procedure to satisfy product requirements. As a result, it is possible to learn about the effects of the CMAs, CPPs, and CQAs on the material as well as to identify and manage the causes of variation.

The distributed consensus mechanism is the backbone of a blockchain network, and it plays a key role in ensuring the network's security, integrity, and performance. Most current blockchain networks have been deploying the proof-of-work consensus mechanisms, in which the consensus is reached through intensive mining processes. However, this mechanism has a number of drawbacks, including the fact that it relies on a single point of failure, which makes it vulnerable to attack. Our Enhanced PoS consensus algorithm contains three phases: consensus process, consensus group formation, and node trust assessment. Applying the EigenTrust concept to the blockchain network lessens the impact of rogue nodes. The data reveals that O((dN)2) (0d1) is the number of messages of our Enhanced proof of stake sent across nodes. Our Enhanced proof of stake has O(N2) communication complexity and a low view change probability. The result of the throughput analysis of our proposed algorithm shows there is a steady increase in the transaction commit rate which was due to the proposed algorithm's minimal amount of communication during the transaction validation process, thus making the time required for transaction confirmation lesser than the traditional PoS. Also, the proposed algorithm discovers and deletes the problematic nodes unlike the traditional PoS algorithm which does not alter the rate of faulty nodes throughout execution. As a result, the rate of problematic nodes will steadily decline and the proposed algorithm can be seen as more secured and reliable in a blockchain network. In terms of node communication, the proposed model uses fewer resources and requires little inter-node communication. The system's efficacy, efficiency, and scalability are also explored, and the constructed method is contrasted with alternative consensus techniques. Finally, a reliable consensus based on the EigenTrust Model can be achieved by reducing the number of consensus nodes, which will increase consensus effectiveness and lower the communication cost. Thus, the experimental results show that the proposed system works better than the traditional PoS method, resulting in a 25% decrease in transaction confirmation time.

Pandu Vyadhi(disease) has been one of the most prevalent and pervasive illnesses in human history since the beginning of humanity. In impoverished nations like India, it is common knowledge that dietary deficiencies are a major cause of sickness, but according to Ayurveda, this is more of a metabolic issue than a nutritional one. Both genders are affected by the Pandu Vyadhi(disease), however, women are most commonly impacted. According to Ayurveda, Poshanbhava makes a substantial contribution to the growth of the dhatus aposhan that results in bala and ojaskshaya. A number of studies have been conducted by various institutes and post-Graduation departments of Ayurveda colleges for the current review study, taking into account the importance of treatments and a larger number of patients. PubMed, Google Scholar, and the AYUSH Research Portal were used to search for relevant literature. "Pandu Iron Deficiency Anaemia 90 patients," "Anaemia," and "Ayurveda" were among the key phrases mentioned. The search was limited to original studies involving human subjects that were written in English and published between January 2000 and June 2022. The role of clinical strategies and therapeutic efficacies in the management of Pandu Vyadhi(disease) was examined in five trials.

The purpose of this review is to present proofs of how mental fatigue can alter a player's perceptual abilities. In the present study 15 research articles are included. Different perceptual-cognitive capabilities, including complex cognitive abilities and fundamental cognitive processes, were discussed on the behalf of previous studies done and reviewed in the current study. By the methodology, instead, examined a crucial element for subsequent research: effect of mental fatigue on selected perceptual ability among taekwondo players. One of the key elements that affects an player's performance level is fatigue. When mental or physical exertion is extended, or both, it can lead to mental exhaustion, which is usually remedied by rest. Research and theoretical publications demonstrate the term's usage to be somewhat ambiguous. The term "fatigue" can refer to a variety of conditions, including a biological state of weariness or decreased energy after mental or physical activity, the emotions of fatigue and lassitude that are experienced in such conditions, or to the drop in performance efficiency that occurs over the course of an extended work session. To fully comprehend the findings of the study, though, a thorough analysis is required. The review also hopes to stimulate potential future study on the subject.

Peptic ulcer is a chronic disease affecting up to 10% of the world's population. The formation of peptic ulcers depends on the presence of gastric juice pH and the decrease in mucosal defences. Peptic ulcer disease occurs mainly due to consumption of NSAIDs, infection by H. pylori, stress, or due to a pathological condition such as Zollinger -Ellison Syndrome are the two major factors disrupting the mucosal resistance to injury. Conventional treatments of peptic ulcers, such as proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) and histamine-2 (H2) receptor antagonists, have demonstrated adverse effects, relapses, and various drug interactions.

In recent research, it is clear that street food is one of the reasons for metabolic disorders and various non - communicable diseases such as obesity, diabetes, heart disease, etc. The present study was therefore conducted to check the consumption pattern of street food consumption by college-going girls in Meerut City and also to study the overall impact of street food consumption on their health. 198 college-going girls were randomly selected and assessed by self - administration of a structured questionnaire. The present study revealed that about 51% college going girls regularly consume fried/high-fat street food in the form of kachori, tikki, Pani puri, samosa, chole bhature, etc. and almost 31% of college girls regularly consumed high sugar - based food like cold drinks, sugarcane juice, shakes, etc with the street foods. Most of the college girls revealed that the taste of street food is the sole reason for the consumption of street foods. The present study also revealed that about 23% of college-going girls were having adequate knowledge about the effects of street food consumption on health whereas 42% of college-going girls had insufficient knowledge about the ill effects of street food consumption on health.
