 Abstract

The drivers for electronic commerce are both technological (under the tremendous pressure of innovation) and business oriented. This paper will highlight some guidelines for companies who are entering into E-commerce to create an E-commerce strategy or who already have an E-commerce presence to revise their existing strategy. E-Commerce is now seen as a reality for many businesses and a normal part of a business plan. The immediate benefits, in terms of cost savings, efficiencies and enhanced profitability are clear at every stage in the supply chain. Adopting e-business is no longer a competitive advantage, but a normal business process, without which an enterprise is unlikely to survive in the new economy. Year 2000 saw many Dot-com companies built up and many companies going into E-commerce however now it is a different story, more and more companies are failing, and investors are becoming cautious to invest money into Internet ventures. There is more cash needed then was expected. Some of them had to get on the bandwagon as everybody else were and didn't want to be left behind, and now that the bubble has burst they are facing the consequences. This paper will aim to help companies to realize what they need to follow to have a successful business if they plan well and have a good strategy. This paper also identifies that implementing an E-commerce strategy is neither straightforward nor cheap, for example it comprises a complete rethink of traditional modes of behavior, the need and importance to involve internal staff and external suppliers and customers right from the conceptual stage, need to re-evaluate company's core competences, and requires substantial investment in IT. Executives of successful E-commerce companies need to be strategic thinkers focusing on customers, markets, and competitive positioning, as well as on internal operations. Determination of a suitable E-commerce strategy begins with identification of the opportunities and risks. The task of tracking the changing environments, understanding customer groups, requires formulating strategies and planning their implementation.

 Abstract

The aim of this information sheet is to provide overall information regarding the water birth. The birth of a baby is one of the most important events of women's entire life. Water is a soothing natural element. Even the sounds of water can be relaxing. Water birth is a gift that lasts lifetime. A water birth means at least a part of women's labor, delivery, or both happen while she is in a birth pool filled with warm water. It can take place in a hospital, a birthing center, or at home. The specialized or skillful team (doctor, nurse-midwife, or midwife) will help the women throughout the process. Water birth optimizes a woman's birth experience and helps her to fully realize her primordial female power, take control of birth and create her own personal miracle of love and empowerment.

 Abstract

Curcuma longa of ginger family (zingiberaceae) belongs to group of oldest cultivated spice plant in the south - East Asian countries. In present work the qualitative phytochemical from curcuma longa has been analyzed by adapting standard methods. The phytochemical analysis includes alkaloid, saponin, emodins, proteins, amino acids, flavonoid, steroid, tannin, phenol, chalcone, carbohydrates, cardiac glycoside, phlobatannin and leucoanthocyanin. More number of secondary metabolites were present in ethanolic extract whereas least number of secondary metabolites in aqueous extract. The extraction was done by using Soxhlet apparatus. We also determine various physicochemical tests which includes extractable matter, ash content and loss on drying. The characterization was performed using the thin-layer chromatographic method, which revealed four clear spots with distinct Rf values, indicating the presence of pure compounds.

 Abstract

The rotating platinum electrode, RPE1 has been used much less frequently than the Dropping Mercury Electrode in voltametric measurements. Nevertheless, it is for the study of the kinetics of fast reactions. The bromination of phenols and their derivatives are usually very fast and their kinetics have been studied only by indirect methods. Since these reactions follow second order kinetics, their half-lives can be made long enough for convenient kinetic measurements by making the solutions dilute enough and since, by means of RPE, it is possible to measure even very low concentrations of N-Bromosuccinimide (NBS), the course of such reactions can be directly followed. As typical instances, the kinetics of bromination of o-chlorophenol, m-chlorophenol and p-chlorophenol in aqueous solution have been studied. In these reactions only NBS is reducible at the RPE among the reactants and products.

 Abstract

The rapid growth of photovoltaic (PV) systems has led to an increased demand for efficient and reliable power inverters that can effectively convert DC power generated by PV modules into AC power for grid integration. Power inverters for distributed photovoltaic (PV) power generation systems usually need to fulfill several requirements, such as safety, voltage boost capability, and the reduced volume and the cost. An improved switched inductor based quasi-single stage transformerless inverter with four switches is presented and analysed here. The inverter features double grounded to solve potential safety issues caused by the leakage current. Mitigating leakage current effects is vital to enhance the performance, efficiency, and safety of PV inverter systems. The circuit also features low stress across the components and have improved gain. Its voltage boosting is accomplished by a quasi- single-stage conversion structure so that PV system efficiency can be improved. Meanwhile, it benefits con- tinuous input current so is suitable for PV application. Inverter is further studied and simulated using MATLAB/SIMULINK 2021b, required results are obtained. The voltage and current stresses of the components are analyzed, and parameter design guideline is further given. The simulation results shows that the inverter achieves a peak efficiency of 90%T? he hardware prototype of inverter is implemented to verify the performance and operation of the circuit using the dSPACE controller .

 Abstract

Abnormal uterine bleeding is characterized by severe menstrual loss which affects women's quality of life in terms of physical, emotional, sexual, and professional elements in their lives. Women may need immediate treatment fluid replacement and prescription of hemostatic drugs in acute and severe cases of bleeding Surgery may be necessary in certain special cases when it is more difficult and prolonged bleeding. Current International Classification System of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO) and PALM-COEIN were the didactic basis of various treatment options. The following conditions are causes of abnormal uterine bleeding - PALM-COEIN: uterine polyps (P), adenomyosis (A), leiomyomas (L), uterine body precursors and malignant lesions (M), coagulopathies (C), ovulation dysfunction (O), endometrial dysfunction (E), iatrogenic (I) and not yet classified (N). The main goals of treatment are to reduce the menstrual cycle, reduce morbidity and improve quality of life. It is important to emphasize that although the goal of treatment in the acute phase is to stabilize the patient hemodynamically and stop severe bleeding, which is the focus of treatment in the chronic phase, the etiology and clinical symptoms of menstrual dysfunction are discussed. Surgery is an option and treatment mostly focuses on hormone treatment, anti-inflammatory drugs, and antifibrinolytic drugs. In this review article, we discuss about the epidemiology, etiology, pathophysiology, risk factors involved, diagnosis, and various treatment options available for abnormal uterine bleeding in women with acute and chronic bleeding.

 Abstract

India is a global agricultural powerhouse. It is the world's largest producer of milk, pulses and spices, as well as the largest area under wheat and rice. In India, farmers mainly depend on warehouses to store the harvest. So, to improve the quality of grain storage we came up with this idea and focus on the storage of grains after the yield is produced. Storage of food grains plays an important role to preserve grains for future use. Quality Grain checking helps monitor warehouses and prevent grain spoilage. To enhance the monitoring of food grain storage in warehouses, we propose the utilization of IOT devices. By continuously tracking temperature, carbon dioxide levels, and humidity, we can proactively identify and prevent spoilage of food grains. Additionally, we incorporate the use of Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) and Machine Learning algorithms to study and analyze the patterns and behavior's associated with grain storage.

 Abstract

This project is very beneficial in areas of high risk for humans to enter for detecting the harmful and suspicious. This system makes use of robotic arm as well as robotic vehicle which helps not only to enter an area involving high risk but also to pick objects. The whole system is controlled via Radio frequency remote control. The system sends commands to the receiving circuit mounted on the vehicle through push buttons. The receiving circuit involves microcontroller and a receiver which receives commands sent by the transmitting circuit. At first the system is set to control the movement of vehicle, in order to set the system in a mode that operates the arm. At first the user needs to press the push buttons for moving the vehicle in direction we want to direct i.e., Forward, backward, right or left and it can rotate 360 degree. In order to make the arm movement, the user needs to long press the forward and backward push buttons. Thus, this system makes use of camera, robotic arm and robotic vehicle to enter a high-risk involving area and also to pick, move and drop an object as well as record the place when robot will visit and keep it for future reference keeping record.

 Abstract

COVID-19 has created impact in all spheres of human life globally. It has introduced new normal life terminologies namely lockdown, confinement zone, quarantine, work from home and online teaching and learning. Among the teaching fraternity online classes created a boon through google meet, zoom meet and so on. All the conventional methods were overtaken by teaching through online platform. It makes the teaching possible without having in person presence and the classroom ambience with fun and joy between the teacher and the ward. Online teaching paves ways to keep the continuity of educational services. Keeping all these positive aspects of online education aside, there are problems and apprehensions faced by the teachers like technical hiccups, reduced salary, spending more time with technical gadgets, less interaction and so on. This descriptive study is focusing on the problems and challenges faced by the college teachers during online classes. 50 college teachers working in private colleges by using convenient sampling method were included as sample in this study. The data were collected from them by using a self-prepared questionnaire. The findings of the study will be discussed in the full paper.

 Abstract

Urinary tract infection remains one of the most common healthcare-associated infections in the intensivecare unit and predominantly occurs in patients with indwelling urinary catheters. Duration of catheterization is the most important risk factor for developing CAUTI. General strategies for preventing CAUTI include measures such as adherence to hand hygiene. Targeted strategies for preventing CAUTI include limiting the use and duration of urinary catheters, using aseptic technique for catheter insertion, and adhering to proper catheter care [4]. Objectives: 1. To assess the knowledge of staff nurses on prevention of CAUTI in experimental and control groupbefore intervention. 2. To assess the knowledge of staff nurses on prevention of CAUTI in experimental and control group afterintervention. 3. To find out the association between post-test knowledge scores and demographic variables of staff nurses in experimental group Methodology: Quantitative Quasi experimental with non-randomized control group design was selected to conduct study. 160 staff nurses were selected as samples based on exclusion and inclusion criteria through non- probability convenient sampling techniques. Results: The comparison of pretest and post test knowledge scores of staff nurses regarding CAUTI. Mean, standard deviation and mean difference values are compared and student's paired 't' test is applied at 5% level of significance. The tabulated value for n=80-1 i.e. 79 degrees of freedom was 1.98. The calculated 't' value i.e. 3.59 are much higher than the tabulated value at 5% level of significance for overall knowledge score of staff nurses which is statistically acceptable level of significance. Hence it is statistically interpreted that the Video Assisted Teaching Module on knowledge regarding CAUTI among staff nurses was effective. Thus the H1 is accepted. Conclusion: Video Assisted Teaching Module was effective in increasing the knowledge of staff nurses regarding prevention of CAUTI.

The quality of education is determined by the robustness of the school system in society. The personalities and intelligence of students belonging to varied social classes are shaped by different kinds of schools. The present study is a field study of 300 ninth-grade students from public schools, convent schools, and Sarswati Vidya Mandir schools located in Meerut city. Standard and validated tools are administered to collect the data in the study with the help of the random sample technique. The statistical techniques of mean, standard deviation, and t-test were used to test the hypotheses at the level of significance. The result shows a pattern of extroversion, introversion, neuroticism, stability, and intelligence level among students studying in different kinds of school systems.

 Abstract

--Many students confront the dilemma of travelling in enormous and bewildering new college campus. It becomes difficult for them to locate crucial offices, stationaries, and entry blocks in a new setting. In almost every area of the facility, a precise and reliable localization system is required to provide a mobile assistant that can help freshmen navigate campuses. We propose a solution to this challenge in the form of a hybrid tracking system that works effectively and efficiently on mobile devices (agent) such as smartphones and tablets and is specifically intended for complicated interior areas(environments)

 Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology, particularly in the realm of Artificial Intelligence (AI), has permeated every aspect of human life and society. While initially developed to enhance human life and productivity, AI has brought forth a complex set of challenges and implications. This paper examines the multifaceted influence of AI on international politics, national security, individual privacy, and democratic values. It highlights the dominance of certain countries in AI technology, the potential use of autonomous and cyber weapons in warfare, and the vulnerability of AI systems to biases, hacking, and malfunctions. Furthermore, it raises concerns about the erosion of public and private spaces, as AI-driven surveillance becomes ubiquitous through platforms like social media. The paper underscores the importance of safeguarding human rights and privacy in the face of technological advancements. It emphasizes the need for proactive measures, including legislation, to regulate and mitigate the misuse of AI. Failure to address these challenges could potentially lead to dire consequences, as machines may outstrip human potential and assert dominance over mankind.

 Abstract

: Breast lumps are frequent among reproductive-age women. Most women with breast disease develop a breast mass. Patients are evaluated by history and physical exam, imaging (mammography, breast USG), and FNAC or core needle biopsy to establish a diagnosis and management plan. Mammograms find invisible masses. Risk factors include menarche, menopause, steroids, contraception, breast surgery, trauma, and radiation. Pain, lumps, and discharge characterise cancerEarly diagnosis of benign and malignant tumors is difficult. Most women fear cancer, especially deadly breast cancer. Several nations are increasing breast cancer screenings and asymptomatic treatment. Imaging and pathology have revolutionised lesion diagnosis
