In reality, RISC processors and Digital signal processors (DSP) are used to construct the majority of embedded devices, and MAC (multiplications and/or accumulator) units are crucial here. During the multiplication and addition processes, the executions in MAC units frequently include a variety of crucial actions. Different adders and multipliers are required for constructing more effective MAC units, whereas approximation adders are typically developed based on their individual needs. In contrast to prior simple accurate adders, the innovative approximate adder proposed in this study delivers great speed and requires minimal complexity. The proposed adder's efficiency breakthrough paves the possibility for its incorporation into real-time IOT (Internet of Things) processors. This newly developed error-tolerant, highly accurate approximate adder was created to get over the implementation issues that parallel prefix adders have. In this situation, computing with fewer calculation nodes, maximum depth, and higher latency can be used to overcome the complexity of executions. The suggested approximation adder is synthesised and simulated in Xilinx Vivado22.2 using Verilog code.

The agricultural sector in India has traditionally been male-dominated, with women primarily serving as companions and supportive figures to their male counterparts. This critical analysis explores the role of women in the Indian agricultural sector, examining their contributions, challenges, and potential for empowerment. The analysis begins by highlighting the historical and cultural factors that have shaped gender roles in Indian society and influenced women's involvement in agriculture. It discusses how women's labor has long been undervalued and undercounted, leading to a lack of recognition for their significant contributions to farming activities. Furthermore, this analysis examines the challenges faced by women in the agricultural sector, including limited access to land ownership, credit, and resources. Gender disparities in education, training, and technological advancements have also hindered women's ability to fully participate and benefit from agricultural activities. Despite these challenges, the analysis acknowledges the resilience and resourcefulness of women in agriculture. It explores initiatives and interventions aimed at empowering women in the sector, such as providing training programs, access to credit, and technological advancements tailored to their needs. These initiatives have the potential to enhance women's agency, improve their livelihoods, and contribute to sustainable development in rural areas. Moreover, the analysis critically assesses the social and economic implications of women's empowerment in agriculture. It discusses the potential for transforming gender norms, promoting women's rights, and fostering inclusive and equitable development. By challenging traditional gender roles and empowering women as active participants and decision-makers in the agricultural sector, India can unlock the untapped potential of women and harness their contributions for greater agricultural productivity and rural development. The onset of menstruation is the marker of normal female reproductive health and wellness. Any variability in the menstrual cycle leads to menstrual disorders and excessive bleeding is one of the most common gynecological disorder occurring in woman of reproductive age. If there is abnormally excessive or prolonged bleeding it leads to the condition Raktapradara/Asrigdhara. It mainly affects the woman of reproductive age group. Excessive bleeding not only hampers day-to-day activities of woman but also affects woman's emotional and physical state. Various treatment modalities are described for heavy menstrual bleeding like hormonal replacement therapy, anti-fibrinolytic drugs, etc. which, when administered have the increased rate of recurrence and risks of surgical intervention. Ayurveda describes a wide range of treatment principles and formulations in the management of Raktapradara which not only cures and prevents its recurrence but also helps in improving the general health of women. Madhuka Churna, mentioned in the context of Raktapradara in Bhavaprakasha is one such formulation. Here, a case study of a female patient of age 24years complaining of excessive vaginal bleeding is presented. In the present study it was observed that, Madhuka Churna was effective in the management of Raktapradara.

The Better Man is the journey of a soul, the story of a retired government officer - Mukundan Nair, who returns to his Kerala village. But this means coming face to face with his dead past, millions of grey shadows and ghosts of his dead mother and ancestors haunting and tormenting him. Anita Nair, as a feminist novelist and humanist, throws light on the unknown and unique facets of women's life and world and thereby offers a new perspective through her works. In her novel, The Better Man, Anita Nair has explicated a quest for identity self realization and portrays women's aspiration for freedom in marital life, freedom in establishing healthy husband wife relationship. Anjana in The Better Man enjoys independence and self satisfaction till she gets married to Ravindran. She wants to love and give the best to her husband but, he avoids her. She longs for freedom in most marriages prove to be unions of incompatibility. Men are apt to be rational and matter of fact while women are sentimental and emotional. Their interests, their attitudes are different. Naturally they look at things in different way and react to the same situations differently.Anita Desai portrays females' desire of liberty from social and traditional bondages in the patriarchal society in her novels. She denies a narrow feminist approach. She herself asserts that she writes about women for she knows and understands them best.

It is a common known fact that the world today is challenged by several environmental issues. Awareness programs and actions to protect nature are not absent altogether. Yet we, in our day to day basis, witness how grave this crisis is heaping around. We are well aware of the accelerating demands of modern day lifestyle yet bound to it. In the above context this paper would like to present a tribal practice rather a belief in the simplicity of livelihood in the tribal Limbu community of Darjeeling hills. Shamanism is a worldwide phenomenon, prevalent among the tribal communities. Ever since the archaic period the practice has been an eternal part of the community, having faith in animism. The faith which believes that the natural entities like mountain, hills, spring, rain, forest, fire and everything around us has spirit in them. The spirits are capable of effecting human life if acted accordingly or adversely. The faith claims that their ancestors are residing with them in 'pitri kotha' as guardians. The proposed work aims to bring forward the aspects of limbu culture which involves their mundhum (oral scripture), rituals, practices, beliefs in consideration to environment around them. With very little focus, the simplistic tradition still adhered in rural setup of Darjeeling hills, has been a pioneer of harmony between man and nature. This paper would like to bring forth the significance of the culture as nature's defender ever since.

The population of India has increased during the past few decades. There is a severe dearth of infrastructure in India at all levels; this country's housing deficit is a major issue. The rapid urban expansion of 2.8 percent between 2001 and 2011 led to an increase in urbanisation from 27.8 percent to 31.2 percent, making the housing scarcity discussed in this study more important in urban centres. India has 1.2 billion people, 377 million of whom live in metropolitan areas. The city's limited resources are under excessive pressure as a result of rapid urbanisation. There is now an acute shortage of many necessary amenities, including clean drinking water, a functioning sewage system, sanitary facilities, roads, and trash disposal. Water bodies and vegetation have been destroyed as a result of rapid urbanisation. The aim of this paper is to determine the Critical Success Factors (CSFs) in achieving Sustainable Housing Scheme from the economic, environmental, and social sustainability using various futuristic tools.

Human Asset the executives (HRM) is the term used to portray formal frameworks contrived for the administration of individuals inside an association. The obligations of a human asset supervisor fall into three significant regions: staffing, representative remuneration and advantages, and characterizing/planning work. Basically, the reason for HRM is to amplify the efficiency of an association by enhancing the adequacy of its representatives. This order is probably not going to change in any major manner, regardless of the consistently expanding speed of progress in the business world. As Edward L. Gubman saw in the Diary of Business System, "the fundamental mission of HR will constantly be to procure, create, and hold ability; adjust the labour force to the business; and be an astounding supporter of the business. Those three difficulties won't ever change." Human Asset The executives can be really difficult for private company particularly, which regularly don't have a HR division to depend on. They might be restricted to one HR individual, or this obligation might in any case have a place with the Chief. Notwithstanding, entrepreneurs need to comprehend the provokes to confront them so they are ready to handle HR issues as their organization, and labour force, develops. This paper targets concentrating on the difficulties in HRM, to propose measures to conquer the difficulties and feature the arising difficulties in HRM.
