The purpose of this research was to develop a novel gastroretentive drug delivery system based on controlled delivery of active agent. Granisetron is an indole derivative having the antiemetic activity. It's a selective serotonin receptor antagonist. Granisetron blocks the action of serotonin at 5HT3 receptors. It also results in Suppression of Chemotherapy-and radiotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting. The incorporation of swellable and natural polymer for binding action and also good water solublility with high molecular weight such as carbopol present it in the gastro retentive floating tablets, which are designed to provide the desired controlled and complete release of drug for prolonged period of time. Lactose was used as filler. Buoyancy was achieved by adding an effervescent mixture of sodium bicarbonate and anhydrous citric acid. Floating tablets were prepared by direct compression method. All the required evaluation parameters such as hardness, friability, drug content uniformity and swelling index were performed and found within the acceptance limit.

In the early 1900s, Walter Benjamin was utterly perplexed by the integration of photography into an artform. A widely respected essayist, the topic seeped into multiple of his works, leaving modernists and postmodernists with a plethora of views on the ways in which photography overshadows the works and the needs of artists. While 21st century creatives have not only accepted, but flourished in the photographical arts, they are presented with a new technological prowess; Artificial Intelligence (AI). The tool has quickly demonstrated remarkable capabilities across various fields, such as data science, automation, and numerical problem solving. However, its impact on the creative arts and language has resulted in considerable, and necessary debate. The balance between human creativity and unmatched computational power to create a fair contender of 'artwork' is being redefined, and it is time to determine to what extent AI produced work truly constitutes art.

The paper presents a prototype for a sign language interpreter which can communicate with American Sign Language (ASL). Sign language serves as a visual stimulation of speech and language development. It helps to reduce negative social behaviors, increase social interactions, and develop cognitive structures. With early introduction, sign language provides emotional, social, and academic support for language development. The reliable paradigm is based on building a user-hand gesture-only human-computer interface (HCI). The theories of hand segmentation and the hand detection system are used to construct hand gesture recognition using Python and OpenCV. From the database, the training images are labelled with different names. Each of the images is converted to a binary feature vector. The feature extraction procedure is carried out from the picture collected from real-time video of hand signs using camera and Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). These features are compared with the features of database photos and the system produces output based on the predicted highest similarity. Without a fixed or monochromatic background, this model offers satisfactory accuracy and can be used with the help of an application. The camera is used to record video of the hand gestures of the person, which is then analyzed and converted into textual description. The output is converted to speech, which is heard by the user. The proposed system includes sign language recognition of numbers, alphabets and some common words. Image processing algorithms along with neural networks are used to map the gesture to appropriate text in the training data and hence raw images/videos are converted into respective text that can be read and understood. Such a protocol will undoubtedly be very helpful for bridging the communication gap between those with speaking and hearing abilities and those without them, especially when combined with a large source database.

This paper presents the improvement in the cleanliness of the machine part of the crankshaft in the machine shop which belongs to the value stream of the compressor and braking system. The machined parts of the crankshaft are taken for the Millipore test to calculate the amount of dust particles present in the machined part. The values obtained from the Millipore test are taken for process capability analysis through which the process capability index value is less than the standard specific limit. To increase the process capability index value the washing machine of the machined parts are audited, and the defects are rectified. The washed machined parts are taken for the Millipore test which results in a process capability index value increased than before.

Potholes can significantly reduce both driving and road efficiency. According to data from the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH), there were a total of 5,626 fatalities from road accidents caused by potholes in 2018, 2019, and 2020, totaling 2,015, 2,140, and 1,471, respectively. As many as 4,775 and 3,564 accidents were caused by potholes in 2019 and 2020, respectively. The creation of effective pothole maintenance methods has been the focus of numerous researchers and transportation specialists. What we need is a efficient , cost friendly and long lasting pothole filling machine which need less human effort. The goal of this project is to design and build a prototype for an automated road maintenance vehicle known as the Automatic pothole filling robot. It can automatically find and repair potholes on road surfaces without human intervention operator support. A simple mechanical method for pothole detecting was developed. It helps to minimize the costs and complexity, which until now have been the main a drawback of autonomous road maintenance vehicles. Ultrasonic sensors are used to detect and measure the depth and width of the pothole. The robot will automatically fill the pothole and remove any extra tar based on the data it has collected.

Peptic ulcer disease (PUD) is a serious gastrointestinal disease caused by the growth of bacteria in the lining of the stomach or upper intestine. This review aims to provide an overview of the aetiology and pathogenesis of peptic ulcer, focusing on factors contributing to its development. The main cause of ulcer disease is infection with Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori), a spiral-shaped virus that colonizes the gastric mucosa. H.pylori infection causes inflammation and disrupts the stomach's immune system, causing mucosal damage and ulceration. In addition, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) are another major risk factor for peptic ulcers. Long-term use of NSAIDs affects the production of prostaglandins, which are important for maintaining the integrity of the gastric mucosa

This paper present the design and stability analysis of lower wardha dam (a concrete gravity dam situated in wardha river at varud (Baggaji) Dhanodi near arvi in wardha district ). Through, the demanding years, it has been observed that failures of dams due to many factor are common. So it is the essential to analysis the dam against all its modes of failures, forces acting on it, uncontrollable disasters such as earthquake, etc. for this, the preliminary data of the dam required for design, such dimensions, base width, crest width, etc. was collected through the inspection engineer, posted at dhanodi lift irrigation office, pipri, dist. Wardha. On the basic collected data the elementary profile and practical profile of dam was estimated. Further all major and the minor force forces acting on dam were calculated, stability analysis of designed dam against all modes of failure and for various load combinations was carried out in STAAD PRO software and was checked permissible limits. Dam structures that span navigable waterways are inherently at a risk for seismic vibrations and as such they must be designed to resist these vibrations. These are very complex structures and subjected to various types of forces in nature. Evaluation of concrete gravity dam for earthquake loading must be based on appropriate criteria that reflect both the desired level of safety and choice of the design and evaluation procedures. In India, the entire country is divided into 3 seismic zones, depending upon the severity of earthquake intensity. Thus main aim of this Project analysis of high concrete gravity dam based on the U.S.B.R. recommendations in seismic zone 2 of India, for varying horizontal earthquake intensities from 0.10 g - 0.30 g with 0.05 g increment to take into account the uncertainty and severity of earthquake intensities and constant other design loads, and to analyze its stability and stress conditions using analytical 2D gravity method and finite element method. A properly operating banking area works as a promoter in accomplishing fast financial growth with the useful resource of providing a strong economic tool, organizing monetary holdings, mobilizing funds to effective sectors, promoting exchange, and helping economic coverage. But, one trouble financial institutions face is the problem of non-performing assets (NPA), which belong back to the loans that are not paid through the manner of borrowers as often because of the discussed terms. Over a long time, immoderate tiers of NPAs may also moreover need to have numerous limitations inside the banking zone and the economic device, comprehensive of dropped profits, incurable critical quantities, terrible signs, and symptoms, incompetence of operations, authorities' intervention, and limitations on investment for quality sections. Effective management of NPAs is critical for retaining a healthful banking zone and helping justifiable economic growth. Every triumphing comparable observation is the cause to understand the NPAs of HDFC Bank and Punjab National Bank (PNB) the exam completed an assessable studies technique. On this, the non-performing assets of the Government-owned and private banks in India had been in assessment over the duration of the closing 5 financing years. The accrued statistics are verified through the use of statistical analysis. This takes a look and identifies the motive of developing NPA within financial establishments and some guidelines.

One of the most crucial management duties is resource management, which facilitates the implementation of strategies. In organizations without a strategic management program, resources are distributed according to political or personal considerations. However, in organizations with a strategy-based approach, resources are distributed according to priorities established by yearly goals. Failure to link executive plans and establish the priority for allocating resources to strategic long-term programs is one of the key barriers to the effective implementation of organizational strategy. These days, the majority of organizations have separate procedures for annual and short-term budgeting. Four different sorts of resources must be distributed throughout all organizations in order to accomplish their goals. Every organization, at least, has four types of resources to be allocated in order to achieve organizational goals. These resources include financial resources, physical resources, human resources and technology resources. Resources may be allocated in an effective manner while success of strategy Implementation is not assured since success is achieved when plans, employees, operations, controls, and commitments act to maintain and survive allocated resources. in this thesis we study concept of resource management and apply this techniques for construction planning of high-rise building. Effective Utilization of Primavera is the best option for planning and scheduling of High-Rise Building. This paper focuses on effect9ve resource management for high rise building with the help of software.

Background: Oral mucosal lesions occurring due to orthodontic treatment is benign and acute. This lesion occurs as a result of poor oral hygiene, trauma and other factors caused by the appliances. Materials used during orthodontic treatment such as metal and ceramic brackets & wires have high possibility to give rise to traumatic and reactive lesions. Mucosal lesion in those cases might be from treatment-induced or from allergic root. Aim: The present literature was carried out to elaborate the various mucosal pathologies that occur during or following orthodontic treatment, various diagnostic approaches and management of these lesions. Discussion: During orthodontic treatment, because of appliances maintenance of oral cavity is pretty much difficult than normal due to which accumulation microorganisms are more leading to the formation of plaque. Due to irritation of fixed orthodontic appliances, there are few usual side effects such as ulcerations, pain and discomfort. Mucosal ulcerations are due to the trauma caused by orthodontic appliances. Diagnostic approach starts with clinical examination, medical examination and regular checkup appointments. Conclusion: Oral mucosal lesions caused due to orthodontic treatment can be effectively managed by proper diagnosis, proper intra oral examination, advising periodic oral prophylaxis during the course of orthodontic treatment and early management of the lesions.

In this paper we tend to focus on Salil Chowdhury, one of the greatest musical personalities of Bengali as well as Indian music. We mainly do focus on his 'departure'. This particular word 'departure' does have an unfathomable impact on art. It is of immense significance. Without proper departure a creative artist can never be a trend setter. A true creative artist must depart from fixed notions, set principles, age old conventions, widely used formulations in order to make his own signature. It is one of those major ways by which an artist can propagate his intrinsic ideology. Salil Chowdhury also made several distinctive departures through his extraordinary creations. In his songs, socio-political statements are quite explicit through excellent metaphors. In this paper, we have analyzed five extremely significant Bengali compositions of him to underline both his artistic excellence as well as departure. Undoubtedly, Salil Chowdhury is one of the trend setters in the field of musical experiments. Thus he created his own musical idiom, too.

Image captioning is one of the most frequently requested requirements today. Many applications, including the creation of image search engines with sophisticated natural language queries and assisting those who are blind or visually handicapped in understanding their surroundings, benefit from automatic image captioning. With the use of deep neural network models, all of these tasks are accomplished. Picture captioning is the process of creating a description for a picture. Recognizing the significant things, their characteristics, and the connections between the objects in an image are necessary. In our study, we demonstrate an image captioning technique that creates captions from photos using GAN. Python is what we use for backend development. Our use of an attention-based GAN in this study will aid in better captioning.
