Block Chain is an emerging technology which includes a number of features by default such as, distributed ledger, decentralized storage, authentication, security, and traceability. In health sector, patient data are sensitive and it is very essential to be secured, which can be done using blockchain technology. Exchange of healthcare data between hospitals is limited by privacy and dependency on centralized data management systems. Such a centralized storage can be a concern since it can lead to data leakage, data manipulation, mistrust, and single point of failure. Blockchain offers a decentralized computing and storage solution that can help with these issues. It includes smart contracts, identity verification and more. Integrating block chain technology with identity management will be the solution for some issues, such as centralized governing of identities. This system proposes Ethereum based blockchain data management for healthcare application, to store and review the patient record by web application allowing only identity verified users like patient, doctors, family members and hospital staff to have the secure access to health information. Ethereum currently uses a proof-of-work consensus mechanism. Solidity is the popular language for writing Ethereum smart contracts. The data on Ethereum blockchain is stored using tire data structures to manage temporary and permanent data. To protect data integrity, ownership, and permissions, smart contracts are created. Since the business can be handled by smart contracts, there won't be a need for centralized authority to oversee and authorize it, which will cut costs.

The Artificial Intelligence keeps growing, new technologies will keep coming in the market which will impact our day-to-day activities, and one such technology is Virtual Assistant Bots or simply Chatbot. Chatbot have evolved from being Menu/Button based, to Keywords based and now Contextual based. The most advanced among all of the above is contextual based because it uses Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence techniques to store and process the training models which help the chatbot to give better and appropriate response when user asks domain specific questions to the bot. The idea is to create a medical chatbot that can diagnose the disease and provide basic details about the disease before consulting a doctor. This will help to reduce healthcare costs and improve accessibility to medical knowledge through medical chatbot. The chatbot are computer programs that use natural language to interact with users. Our project focuses on providing the users immediate and accurate prediction of the diseases based on their symptoms. Chatbot can play a major role in reshaping the healthcare industry by providing predictive diagnosis. The appointment system that allows patients or any user to easily book appointments online with doctors. It is a web-based application that overcomes the problems of managing and scheduling appointments as per the patients need. The task of manually assigning appointments to patients based on their availability can sometimes become quite tedious for the compiler or the doctor themselves. Thus, the project provides an efficient solution where the user can see different available booking slots, select the preferred date and time. Spaces already reserved will be marked in yellow and will not be available to anyone else for the duration specified. The system also allows users to cancel reservations at any time.

Background: Charak Samhita is most important therapeutic treaty of Ayurvedic literature. It comprised of various dosages forms for the treatment of several diseases specially in Chikitasasthana. Out of these we have selected Avaleha because of its multiple therapeutic characteristics. It is one such dosage form of Ayurveda which is known for it's palatability, stability, ease of administration and used as Rogaghana ( to diminish disease ) as well as Rasayan(rejuvinator). On virtue of it's versatility Avaleha was described by the Acharya Charak throughout the Chikitsastana.Aim: we are writing this review to explore key role of various Avaleha from its curative and preventive purposes and to critically analyse ingredients and their role, pharmaceutical procedures, dose, Anupana and mechanism of action by which Avaleha cures and prevent the diseaseor acts as rejuvenator. Method: Literary survey of Charak Samhita specifically its Chikitsasthana along with its commentaries was done and various research articles published in reputed journals were searched for the present review article. Result: After studying the Avaleha in Charak Samhita we found that various Avaleha are the potentiated by many ingredients which acts synergistically as well as antagonistically to get holistic clinical effect . Churna, Kalka, Swaras may not be consider as Avaleha by simple mixing of honey as they do not fulfil the definition of Avaleha. Interestingly majority of Avaleha are indicated in upper respiratory tract infection (kasa, shwas, hikka, swarbheda) and as health promoter.

Abstract The main objective of the present study was to formulate and evaluate Ivabradine mucoadhesive buccal tablets by direct compression technique. Ivabradine is a novel medication used for the symptomatic management of stable angina pectoris and it has short half -life (2 hrs) with a bioavailability of 40% orally. The drug identity was confirmed by UV spectroscopy. The polymers used to sustain the drug release are Guar gum, Xanthan gum, HPMC K4M and Carbopol 934 . The compatibility studies between the drug and the polymer were studied using the FTIR spectroscopy and were found to be compatible. Preformulation parameters like tapped density, bulk density, carr's index, Hausner's ratio, compressibility index, angle of repose are studied and the results were found to be within the limits. Using the above polymers formulations f1 to f12 were manufactured by direct compression technique and the tablets were evaluated for their thickness, hardness, friability, weight variation and content uniformity test. The in vitro drug release studies were performed in Phosphate buffer of pH6.8 using USP type-II dissolution apparatus. From the dissolution studies it was found that f2 formulation containing HPMC K4M was best since it release minimum amount of drug (9.8%) initially and maximum drug (99.6%) at the end of 8hrs.The f2 formulation was subjected to stability studies for about 3months as per ICH guidelines and found to be stable.

An Engineered cementitious composites (ECC) or Bendable concrete is an easily moulded mortar based composite which is reinforced with specially selected short random fibres. Traditional concrete suffers catastrophic failure when strained in an earthquake or by routine overuse. The word ECC is engineered, means to addition to reinforcing the concrete with micro scale fiber that acts as ligaments to bond concrete more tightly. As this is the special type of concrete there are no defined codes for it and also it is rarely developed in india hence no Indian codes can be found related to this, thus for this reason the parameters needed are to be obtained using trial and error method. This project includes different sets of test such compaction test slump cone test, compressive strength test, flexural test, sieve analysis etc. In this paper, to overcome the demand for concrete in future and to develop the fibre materials, the Poly Vinyl Alcohol Fibre is used so as to reduce the cement content and to enhance flexibility. It has high aspect ratio, high ultimate tensile strength, relatively high modulus of elasticity, good chemical compatibility with Portland cement, good affinity with water and no health risks.

The tribal children possess the basic cognitive abilities and psychological dispositions for successfully participating in schools and their low achievement levels are attributed to school-related variables just as they would be for non-tribal students. This is in contrast to the common perception that tribal children lack these abilities and dispositions. There are a number of interconnected variables that contribute to the poor academic performance of pupils from tribal communities as well as the below-average basic education level in tribal regions. The majority of children are members of the first generation of learners and their education is typically supported by the circumstances in which they are raised. For ages the tribal people were kept segregated to the jungles and kept them away from the educations. How one can expect the same level of performance in education with the dominant class of people.
