It becomes vital to work in locations where human presence is challenging, dangerous, or even impractical. Anthropomorphic manipulators are helpful in such risky circumstances. Only robots that can recognize the remote presence of an operator by applying the copying kind of control may entirely replace a person when doing difficult jobs in a dynamic environment at this point in science and technology development. Copy control causes the robot to mimic the operator's actions. The foundation of this control approach is the concurrent creation of laws of motion for all humanoid manipulator mobility levels using a copy-type master. A haptic glove worn by the operator can be used for remote control of the manipulator. With haptic gloves, you may sense virtual items by altering your tactile sensations, which improves your dexterity and control while performing tasks. This greatly expands the possibilities for believable immersion. This can be useful not just in rescue operations but also in the energy and construction sectors, healthcare, and in business. This project aims to create hap- tic gloves. The analysis of literary materials that had already presented haptic gloves helped to accomplish this goal. Software architecture, as well as techniques for haptic glove implementation on the bend and absolute orientation sensors, are suggested.

The study focuses on investigating the potential of using recycled wastewater from various sources in the mixing and curing processes of concrete, aiming to address the environmental issues related to clean water availability and wastewater disposal. The researchers collected wastewater from four different sources, namely the sewage treatment plant industry (food-based industry), acid-containing aluminium industry, acid-free aluminium industry, and sewage treatment plant. For comparison, normal tap water was used as a control sample. Concrete mixes were prepared using both wastewater and tap water, and the curing process was carried out using the same water source. The performance of the concrete mixes was assessed based on parameters such as compressive strength, split tensile strength, water absorption, and corrosion current density. The microstructure of the concrete mixes was examined using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The properties of different water sources were also compared. The results indicated that concrete mixed and cured with wastewater exhibited lower compressive strength compared to the control mix prepared with tap water. Additionally, the water absorption of the wastewater mixes was higher than that of the control mixes. The study also explored the microstructure of the concrete mixes through SEM and XRD analyses. The keywords associated with this study include wastewater, concrete, compressive strength, and corrosion.

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) implementation with Computer Vision (CV) and Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) involves automating a target process by using software robots that are able to interact with the user interface, perform tasks, and make decisions based on visual cues. Throughout history, organizations have been able to increase their productivity thanks to technological advancements. The productivity of knowledge-based businesses can now be greatly increased by organizations/company work via robotic process automation (RPA). Companies now need to figure out how to integrate RPA into their processes effectively and efficiently in light of this possibility. Automation solutions for knowledge-based work must be specialized to each target process' requirements. The RPA provides necessary pieces to create a model for running an RPA solution for a specific process both project and RPA literature.

Katigraha is the commonest disease.it is the condition which is characterized by stiffness, pain and impaired functioning of lumbar spine region due to vitiation of vata in katipradesha. It can be correlated with Lumbar spondylosis due to similarity of clinical features. Even though this condition is not life threatening but it hampers the daily activity.Kati itself is one of the seats of vata dosha and the root cause of disease is aggravated by vata. According to Ayurveda,it involves the Dushti of asthivaha srothus.About 60% to 80% of the population in India suffer from this condition.A 20-year-old female patient came to KAMCH OPD with the following complaints ,Low back ache radiating to both lower limbs, right leg > left leg, Stiffness in both lower limbs, Flatulence, Difficulty in prolonged sitting. She was treated with samanya chikitsa of vata vyadhi i.e.Abhyanga, Swedana, Basti and Kati Basti treatment. Patient was treated for a period of 8 days. The response to the treatment was recorded and therapeutic effect was evaluated through symptomatic relief. Clinically, cardinal symptoms were significantly reduced and degree of anterior flexion increased from 40 degree to 90 degree.

Steel I-beams combined to concrete slabs make up composite beams, which are frequently used in construction worldwide. For ducts and pipes to pass through, the steel web of the composite beam is frequently perforated, saving space underneath the beam and maintaining clear spaces in buildings. The composite beam's load-bearing capacity and flexural performance, however, can be compromised as a result. Only a little amount of research has been done on the flexural behaviour of composite beams having reinforced web holes. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the kind and cross-sectional area of stiffeners on the flexural performance of full-scale composite beams with reinforced web apertures. A similar composite beam was created without the web opening for comparison's sake, and a composite beam with the web opening was built without reinforcement. The web holes strengthened with longitudinal stiffeners significantly increased the ultimate bearing capacity of the composite beams, as shown by the experimental results. The ultimate bearing capacity of the composite beam with reinforced web opening was comparable to that of the regular composite beam lacking web opening once the cross-sectional area of the double-sided longitudinal stiffeners reached the weakened area of the steel web opening. The final bearing capacity of the composite beam was not appreciably increased by the web holes strengthened with transverse stiffeners. The ultimate bearing capacity of the composite beams with reinforced web holes was also predicted using analytical methods by ABAQUS software

This document provides a guide for yield monitoring arrangements for farm safety against animal and bird attacks and climate change conditions. Agriculture-related issues have historically impeded the nation's progress. Water should be managed well, and system circuit complexity should be minimized. Here, we used various sorts of controllers in addition to a positioner on behalf of WSN and Arduino Microcontroller. IoT devices stay adept around the farming ground, which will be warehoused onboard as well as in the IoT cloud. And instantaneously a message will be generated automatically towards the recorded quantity using a GSM module to inform about the intrusion. The system will elevate a buzzer if the intrusion is found after processing the available information. The result will be generated based on the database of the farmer's mobile to take the necessary action.

Among human beings inbreeding is usually uncommon because of social conventions and laws although in small isolated populations it does occur, mainly through mating between relatives. The most common type of close inbreeding is between first cousins. The effect is always an increase in frequency of genotypes that are homozygous for rare, usually, harmful recessive trait. Cytogenetical investigation was planned on Meos and Sunni Muslims of Haryana because instances of close inbreeding were observed among them. Blood samples of 56 individuals, both male and female, belonging to Meos and Sunni Muslims were taken. Short term lymphocyte cultures were set up according to technique of Moorhead et al. (1960). As many as, 100 well spread metaphases were selected from the slide of each individual for chromosomal aberrations, karyotype preparation. Morphometric analysis of chromosomes with respect to percentage relative length, arm ratio and centromeric index were found to vary in Meos and Sunni Muslims. Results of "t-test" of percentage relative length differences of individual chromosomes were found to be significant for chromosomes 2, 6, 8, 12, 18 and X.

The importance of woman lies in her procreative capability, the reason for being worshipped and considered next to God. Sreyasi praja is the ultimate goal. When this procreative capacity is delayed or hampered it is termed as vandhyatwa. Vandhyatwa as such is not a disease, but a manifestation of revelation of a underlying disease or disorder. The important factors (Garbha sambhava samgri ) for conception are rtu, ksetra, ambu, bija, marga, hrdaya and vata.the normal functioning of all the above mentioned factors is vital for fertilization, implantation, growth, nourishment and delivery of a live foetus.. Any discrepancy in the above said factors will lead to infertility. Infertility is defined as inability to conceive in spite of 1 year of frequent unprotected coitus. This health problem is present since ancient period and is increasing with the changing lifestyle. Stress and working pattern with multiple factors affect the health, which leads to abnormality in the factors which are essential for the conception. Ayurveda has been successfully treating infertility for years without the help of modern and advance medicine, as it provides ability to infertile women or couples through treatment to become fertile and also to improve the overall health of the women so that she can conceive naturally without the aid of western medicines. This article presents infertility from the eyes of Ayurveda, discussing the ayurvedic concepts and practices that are followed for infertility in females.

Fragile sites are heritable points of breaks and gaps in human chromosome. Fragile sites are excellent cytologic markers and can be utilized in gene linkage studies. Fragile site on chromosome 16 was found linked to gene for haptoglobin (Magenis et al., 1970). Sutherland (1981) found tenfold increase in the number of individuals having folate sensitive fragile sites on chromosome 2, 10, 11, 20 in comparison to the normal individuals. Autosomal fragile sites may predispose to mental retardation. Undoubtedly, the fragile X is associated with mental retardation (Lubs, 1969). Hecht and Hecht (1984 a,b) suggested that fragile sites may predispose to heritable chromosome rearrangements. This may result in pregnancy wastage, congenital malformation and mental deficiency (Shabtai et al., 1983). Twenty-eight individuals from each caste, Meos and Sunni Muslims of Haryana, were selected during this investigation to study the effect of consanguinity. After collecting blood samples, cell cultures were set up using culture medium, RPMI-1640 or TC-199 and various inducers or inhibiters 5-fluorodeoxyuridine, Methotrexate and Aphidicolin. Out of fifty-six individuals, one Meo and two Sunni Muslim individuals were found to express the autosomal fragile sites with an expression rate of 1 to 2% of metaphases.
