We have come across many areas in which the "IVRS-Interactive voice response system" being used so, we taught of exploring its use in the field of Agriculture, we mean to say that to employ this voice system to be interfaced between our agri-motives with its owner. This would help him to control systems in field just by calling to a mobile irrespective of his location. This intend to help him very much giving him/her a power to access to control devices (Irrigation motor) being present at remote locations which is far better than using BT or WIFI technology, where he can also expect a response from the same represents its status. This method involves use of 'DTMF-Dual tone multi frequency technique which involves giving different frequency for different key on pressing, this signal is processed to get the required work done, this is done by using a simple, cost effective 'AURDUINO 'modules, the response is obtained from these devices using sensors which is connected to the same board. Making calls uses calling facilities provided by any network provider, by placing a 'SIM' card inserted onto 'GSM' board which acts a call making module and provides required control signal to processor. "So, implementing this system, anyone can hold on to his device with or without knowing the internal working. Implementation and working is also simple and cost effective, just if u ask to turn ON just make a 'CALL'.

Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is a global health problem with a high morbidity and mortality rate. In such a disease, there are very few symptoms at an early stage; however, as time passes, the disease results in several damages. Early detection of CKD enables the patient to receive timely treatment and gives them a chance to minimize the damage. The proposed project aims to use a combination of Logistic Regression and Random Forest algorithms for detecting CKD. According to the literature survey, the combination of Logistic Regression Random Forest yields the best accuracy. Voting classifier is used to ensemble both the algorithms. Hence, machine learning methodology is employed, and the CKD dataset from the University of California Irvine (UCI) is used for training and detecting CKD in the early stage.

CONSTRUCTING ENVIRONMENTAL HISTORY Extract Construction of Environmental history has emerged one of the most challenging and daunting task in front of the researchers. Equally, this is most thrilling sub- discipline of history where a researcher tries to explore with not only the long duree' / long duration [geographical structures, the seas, the mountains or the so-called biological determinants],medium duree or short duree but also thermometric analyses, climate biology, historical geography and demography, climatic change, glaciology[to measure the changes in the surface of glaciers or the density of the ice, geomorphology [study of moraines or depositions of rocks and soil by the glaciers], palynology[ study of marshes and peat bags situated downstream of the glaciers, plant pollens], dendrochronology study of the rings of the trees], Aurora Borealisto Minimum Maunder or the Little Ice Age but also nuclear biology to C14,which is devoid of monotony of dynastic exaggerations or literary interpolations or tampering with the numismatic or material sources. This term paper 'Constructing environmental History' is tended to open new vistas in the field of interdisciplinary historical research.

Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) is a prevalent condition influenced by genetic and environmental factors, leading to various complications such as retinopathy, nephropathy, neuropathy, cardiovascular events, atherosclerosis, and increased susceptibility to infections. This systematic review examines the relationship between methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) gene methylation and T2DM, emphasizing its clinical significance and complications. MTHFR gene variants, particularly the C677T polymorphism, have been associated with an elevated risk of T2DM, especially in Asian populations. Methylation patterns within the MTHFR gene, in combination with specific genetic variations, have been linked to metabolic parameters and the development of microvascular complications in individuals with diabetes. Understanding the impact of MTHFR gene methylation on T2DM pathogenesis can aid in risk assessment, diagnosis, and personalized treatment strategies. The review discusses the underlying mechanisms by which MTHFR gene methylation may contribute to diabetes pathophysiology, as well as its potential implications for risk assessment and diagnosis. Moreover, further investigation is needed to explore the potential of MTHFR gene methylation as an early detection marker for assessing complications and enhancing diagnostic strategies of T2DM. The review emphasizes the need for further research to gain a comprehensive understanding of the intricate relationship between MTHFR gene methylation and diabetes. Additionally, exploring the potential of MTHFR gene methylation as an early detection marker for complications and improving diagnostic strategies in T2DM warrants further investigation.

The article discusses the impact of technology on libraries and the advantages of digital resources and consortia in library collection development. It emphasizes how libraries are leveraging technology to upgrade their services and divide libraries into categories such as hybrid libraries, electronic libraries, digital libraries, and virtual libraries. The concept of digital resources is explained, referring to information sources in digital format such as databases, books, journals, newspapers, and more. The advantages of digital resources are highlighted, including the ability to access information from anywhere at any time, multiple simultaneous accesses, structured content, easy information retrieval, preservation without degradation, space efficiency, and cost considerations. The Article also mentions the factors that influence collection development, such as increasing user demand, rising document costs, and limited library budgets. To overcome these challenges, libraries can form consortia, which involve groups of libraries coming together to share resources and achieve common goals. The concept of consortia is defined as a partnership or association of libraries to participate in resource sharing. It is explained that consortia have long been used to improve access and service through methods like interlibrary loan, document delivery, and institutional membership. Consortia can be formed at various levels and may focus on specific functions or subjects. The advantages of consortia-based collection development include wider access to electronic resources at lower costs, optimum fund utilization, support for building digital libraries, enhanced library services, cost sharing for technical support, better license terms, and continuous availability of resources. Overall, the article provides an overview of how technology and digital resources are transforming libraries and the role of consortia in facilitating resource sharing and cost-effective collection development.

The flat slab system has become increasingly prevalent in modern building construction due to its ability to satisfy economic and architectural demands by reducing floor heights. Compared to conventional moment resisting frames, reinforced concrete buildings utilizing flat slabs exhibit numerous advantages. Despite the fact that flat slab construction offers several advantages over conventional moment resisting frames, its ability to withstand seismic loading is limited, thus reducing its overall structural effectiveness. Despite numerous studies conducted by various authors in recent years, the behavior of flat slab structures under lateral-displacements remains poorly understood. Nevertheless, flat slabs continue to be popular even in areas prone to earthquakes. This present study involves the analysis and comparison of a 12-story flat slab reinforced concrete structure with vertical and mass irregularities subjected to lateral loads according to IS codes. The primary objective of this work is to analyze and compare irregular flat slab reinforced concrete structures with and without lateral force resisting systems, such as shear walls and bracing systems. Etabs software is utilized to conduct the structural analysis. For structures with vertical irregularities, dynamic analysis is carried out in accordance with IS 1893:2002 (part 1), and various parameters, including base shear, time period, story drift, story displacement, and story stiffness, are compared for these structures.

There has been a noticeable increase in the occurrence of autoimmune diseases over the years, and this trend cannot be solved due to the failure of finding new treatment strategies. Despite the availability of established protocols for managing autoimmune infections, the protocols of oncology, metabolic diseases, and transplantation are often employed as paradigms for handling autoimmune diseases (AD). Glucocorticoids, widely prescribed drugs for autoimmune conditions, exhibit rapid and extensive effects on immune cells. Nevertheless, the long-term use of glucocorticoids has been associated with specific toxicities. Therefore, this review emphasizes the exploration of natural anti-inflammatory steroid alternatives that draw upon the traditional utilization of medicinal plants and herbal products. Consequently, investigating medicinal plants as a valuable source of potent anti-inflammatory agents holds significant importance and warrants further exploration in novel drug design.

Conflicts are going all around the world. Different region has different issues and various players involved. But one region which has constantly been significant in present geopolitical context is "Eastern Mediterranean". Maintaining is legacy of 60s and 70s the region has still burning and sitting on a volcano. It has seen a different variety of conflicts, religious, ethnic, racial, territorial etc. And there is big fist fight going on over resources. Turkey, Israel, Cyprus, Libya, Lebanon, Egypt, Syria and many more foreign players are strategizing their plans to get hold on these unexplored resources. The huge pile of gas reserve has potential to fulfil demands of clean energy and make these small states rich as never before. This ongoing tussle can be theorized with the decentralization of International Order as the players involved are strong and weak with this region. They are no longer subordinate to any "poles". This has been seen when Armenia and Azerbaijan locked their horn recently over areas of Nagorno-Karabakh. Two forces working simultaneously are decentralisation and regionalisation. The idea has grown stronger in present time. Whether it's a matter of security, economy, migration, or now a day's pandemic. Regions tend to work cohesively among their member nations. A lot is happening in Mediterranean Sea. Through these lenses this paper will try to explore the potential energy reserves in Eastern Mediterranean and their significance in changing geopolitics of the region. And how regional and international states are formulating their policies.

Trauma has been represented in many works of Literature and with increased chaos in the world, novelists and poets tend to portray this reality in their works. The theory of psychoanalysis is significant to study the reverberations of trauma in Literature. This research paper will thoroughly analyze the novel, Mrs. Dalloway by Virginia Woolf so as to bring out the consequences of War on the people. The traumatic suffering depicted in the novel is pathetically diffusing. However, an exploration of trauma is not for the only sake of trauma, but to draw our attention to the external threat of the War, which was inhuman and dreadful.
