 Abstract

ABSTRACT BACKGROUND The powerful performance exhibited by the athletes involved in overhead sports, depends on the athlete's endurance and the strength of upper limb musculature. Ballistic Six involves plyometric exercises to improve upper extremity strength and muscle performance requiring a pre-stretch of the involved shoulder musculature, which activates the stretch-shortening cycle. The ballistic six exercises consisting of eccentric, amortization and concentric phases of stretch-shortening cycle was created after analysing the biomechanics and physiology behind a throwing action by the athletes. This study aims to evaluate the current research to examine the effectiveness of Ballistic six plyometric exercises in improvement of shoulder muscle strength, endurance and performance in overhead athletes. METHODS: The search engines such as Google scholar, PubMed and Cochrane library, were searched. There were no restrictions on the data applied to review articles. Data were sort by title, study design, outcome measure, results and were arranged in sequential order. RESULTS Amongst the 10 articles, 3 articles showed that ballistic six exercises when combined with off season training is more effective than off season training alone. In 4 studies, only ballistic six exercises were given and did not have the control group. 1 study showed that ballistic six plyometric training when combined with traditional warm-up and dynamic exercises is effective than traditional warm-up alone. 2 studies showed that ballistic six plyometric training is more effective when compared with techniques like free weights and theraband exercises. CONCLUSION This literature review analysed the effects of Ballistic six plyometric exercises in overhead athletes. The wide range of reviews used to demonstrate that Ballistic Six Plyometric Exercises can be a choice of protocol to improve performance in overhead athletes and it significantly important to have evidences based on these exercises. The suggestions given in this study will help us to determine the efficacy of Ballistic six plyometric exercises to improve performance in overhead athletes. ABBREVIATIONS: Not Applicable

 Abstract

The role of banking is significant in growth of an economy. Many studies have been proved that there is long run stable relationship between banking sector and economy. Matter of fact development of the economy has been invariably depends on the multi-dimensional growth of banking sector. At the same time, the meaning of development has changed from mere increasing national income to sustainable development. The millennium development goals (MDGs) have replaced by sustainable development goals (SDGs). Since, the banking sector has high degree of relationship with economy; it has significant influence on sustainable development. Globalization and industrialization have been fulfilling the needs of the people at the cost of environment. However, in recent years, concerns about environmental issues have been gained much importance with increasing temperature, increasing sea level, environmental hazards, green house effects, increasing carbon dioxide emissions and many more. United Nations Organization (UNO) has set seventeen goals to achieve sustainable development. And UNO has specifically identified the role of institutions in achieving sustainable development. Accordingly, banks have greater role to play in achieving sustainable development.

 Abstract

Recent years have witnessed a drastic and dramatic sophistication in the telecommunication sector. Mobile communication, smart phones and tablets have perfectly replaced the earlier means of shopping, banking, entertainment etc. Thanks to the advanced means of technology that today distance of miles is just a click away. The core of this lifestyle lies in the extensive use of wireless cables and benefits derived thereof. Current research is an attempt to explore the fast moving world from a customer and comfort/ ease of use view point. Change is inevitable but how is the customer accepting or welcoming such change is a matter of concern. A fine effort has been attempted to make systematic research, on customer awareness level and perception level towards 5G telecommunication services which will enable the managers to have an insight into the impact of such advancements. A research was carried out in the twin cities if Hyderabad and Secunderabad in Telanagana state, 100 responses from youth in age group of 20-35 years were contacted to understand the market pulse of customer in respect of 5 G Telecommunication services. As part of research it has been very interesting to note that customer awareness and perceptional levels vary and it is not precisely defined. This is a fine characteristic which kept the researcher motivated to continue. The report is prepared strictly for academic purpose which boosts a student's managerial skills to explore and apply the theoretical knowledge into practice.

 Abstract

Accidents are happening more frequently as there are more 2-wheeled motor vehicles on the road. A large percentage of fatalities are the result of the individual not wearing a helmet, failing to report the accident in a timely manner, being admitted to the hospital too late to rescue him, or riding while intoxicated. The primary goal of the project is to create a smart helmet that can detect alcohol use, prevent accidents, and pinpoint the location of an accident. Two modules are present here to perform the aforementioned tasks. a helmet and bicycle module. The brain of the system, an Arduino UNO, serves as the brain of the bike module. It is connected to an accelerometer and an RF receiver to receive signals from the helmet module. The helmet module has an RF transmitter for sending the CPU the signals from the IR sensor, alcohol sensor, and vibration sensor. The IR sensor determines whether or not the user is donning a helmet. The rider's breath is detected by the alcohol sensor as having alcohol in it. The bike won't start if the rider is intoxicated and not wearing a helmet. Only the bike will start if a helmet is worn and there are no signs of alcohol usage. When the rider has an accident, the sensor detects the bike's state and, using GSM and GPS modules, notifies the registered number of the accident's location and its location. Utilizing an accelerometer and vibration sensor, the accident situation is identified. The output from the sensors will be compared to the program's limit values.

 Abstract

The modern criminal jurisprudence distinguishes criminal justice system under two broad categories, inquisitorial and accusatorial. The former is a fact-finding process whereas the latter concentrates on truth finding. However, the element which connects both the system in common would-be principles relating to evidence in a criminal trial. The guilt of the accused is decided by the judge or the jury on the basis of oral or documentary evidence. The origin of classification of evidences can be traced into the ancient Indian jurisprudence. Yajnavalkya classified proof into three categories sakshi, lekhya and bhukti. This attempt of classifying evidences was to bring about more clarity to the principles of evidence under Manusmriti. Further attempts were made by Narada, Brihaspati and Katyayana in explaining principles relating to rule of evidence for proving the guilt of the person. Justice delivery in ancient India was not too technical as we see today. Nevertheless, there were rules relating to admission, denial and confession. The entire process was designed enabling the rights of the accused to hear, the right of the accused to know the evidences against him and to defend himself. Many of these enumerated principles and practices carved under Vedic jurisprudence still forms the cardinal principles under contemporary jurisprudence. This paper explores the sway of Vedic Jurisprudence in principles relating to evidence such as kinds of evidence, admission, confession and rights of the accused under contemporary law.

 Abstract

The diseases of women were diagnosed and treated in ancient India, the causes of common gynecological disorders were also described and even classified up to large extent. Though the Pali literature does not describe medical science in as organized manner, but the data can be collected from treatises, commentaries and books written by qualified monks for spiritual and religious purposes in order to teach Dhamma. At many places they had described examples and treated cases, which help in drawing the inferences.  Abstract

Medullary breast cancer, first described by Foote and Moore in 1949 is a rare cancer, encountered in less than 5% of cases in the majority of series. It arouses great diagnostic interest because its prognosis is favorable and its metastatic potential is low. It raises about it many controversies on its frequency, its therapeutic indications and its prognosis. The histological diagnosis imposes very strict criteria allowing its distinction from other types of invasive breast cancer. Surgery is the cornerstone of treatment, due to the good prognosis of medullary breast cancer, conservative treatment is the gold standard for surgical treatment. Radiation therapy strengthens the local control that surgery offers. Systemic therapy is aimed at treating metastases. We report the case of a mammary medullary cancer diagnosed in a 37-year-old patient whose surgical treatment consisted of a mastectomy with ipsilateral axillary dissection with adjuvant treatment combining radio and chemotherapy.

 Abstract

Dengue fever is a viral illness that is spread through infected mosquitoes. It affects millions of people each year and is caused by four different serotypes of the dengue virus (DEN-1,-2,-3,-4), which are transmitted through the bite of infected Aedes mosquitoes. The disease is prevalent in tropical and subtropical regions around the world, with an estimated 390 million infections per year. The signs and symptoms of dengue fever can be mild or severe, and they usually develop within a week of being bitten by an infected mosquito. Some common symptoms of dengue fever include high fever, severe headache, muscle and joint pain, swollen lymph nodes, and a rash on the skin. The dengue virus is transmitted by mosquitoes that are infected with the virus. These mosquitoes usually breed in stagnant water, such as in buckets, flower pots, discarded tires etc. When a mosquito bites a person who is infected with dengue fever, they become infected with the virus as well. The mosquito can then spread the virus to other people by biting them. This is why dengue fever is most common in areas where mosquitoes are prevalent. There is currently no cure for dengue fever, but there are treatments available that can help to relieve the symptoms. These treatments include rest, drinking plenty of fluids, and taking pain relievers such as acetaminophen. In severe cases of dengue fever, hospitalization may be necessary. Traditional treatments for dengue fever are limited to symptomatic relief while the virus runs its course. However, recent studies have shown promising results in the use of papaya leaves as a natural remedy for dengue fever.
