Abstract: This examination investigations the natural and money related maintainability of strong waste administration in Indian urban areas. It presents an evaluation of the quickly rising volume of metropolitan strong waste, its evolving synthesis, the proceeding with training of blending biodegradable (wet) squander with dry waste at the wellspring of age, and the developing volume of plastic in the waste. The current framework is centered around assortment and transportation of to a great extent blended un-isolated waste. Asset recuperation from the waste and safe removal of the lingering waste in logically planned landfills are horribly disregarded. Rules have now been set up for feasible strong waste administration, yet the ability to design and deal with the framework and guarantee the requirement of the standards is a significant test. The powerlessness to guarantee isolation of waste comes in the method of legitimate reusing, compelling working of bio-methanation plants, and furthermore of safe activity of waste to vitality plants which therefore prompts arrival of harmful poisons into the climate. Destinations assigned for landfills are utilized as open dumping locales where to an extreme degree an excessive amount of waste is dumped without asset recuperation, creating leachate and methane gas. This examination additionally presents the wellsprings of ozone harming substance outflows from the strong waste segment. Other than introducing some alleviation decisions to react to the developing test, it likewise recommends components for guaranteeing that the framework is monetarily reasonable.

The concept of Professional Learning Community (PLC) has become quite popular in the developed countries as a means for teachers to engage in professional development for enhancing learning of each student. Studies have proven that PLC makes improvement and progress in all over school culture and performance of the teachers and students. All the stakeholders of the school learn, consult, collaborate, plan, act and reflect to address the needs of the school for making it a learning organisation. Tripura, with highest literacy rate in the country and having access of schooling even in the remote areas, of late shifted its focus to improve quality in education. But quality education cannot be achieved only by appointing quality teachers, improving the physical infrastructure or using technology in education. It is essential that we create a favourable environment in the schools so that each teacher is in a learning mood and experiment innovative strategies to achieve the goals and overcome the challenges. The objective of this paper is to study the current situation of school education and find the need of forming professional learning communities in the schools of Tripura for transforming teaching learning system for imparting quality education to each child which is his/her right now.

Investment in gold is always a preferred choice for Indians. There is an unquenchable demand for gold among Indians and the demand for gold has increased over the years. Recently, the Indian government increased the import duty of gold and this can impact the demand for gold among consumers. However it is arguable that this could make any significant impact among the retail investors who want to possess gold for long term in non-physical form like gold ETFs. While physical gold has lot of costs involved such as cost of depreciation, pilferage and transaction, the retail investor can save on such costs and efficiently plough money back into gold ETFs. The investment on gold ETFs has gradually increased in the last decade. Market analysts suggest gold ETFs to be part of investment portfolio to mitigate market risks. As India has undergone radical changes in the economy for last few years, the research attempts to find how investment in gold ETFs have gained momentum from 2014 and how comparable are the risks and rewards of gold ETFs with physical gold. 5 popular gold ETFs are taken for the study and a SWOT analysis is made based on their efficiency and performance in comparison with physical gold. The analysis reveals that the gold ETFs lack in certain aspects which can affect investors perception on gold ETFs and can enable them to carefully consider the option of investing in gold ETFs.

The process of arranging items systematically is called sorting. Manual sorting of fruits is preferred at the wholesale market and food processing industries based on different parameters such as size, shape, quality, etc. But it is a time-consuming, less efficient, and inconsistent method. The existing systems in the market can sort single fruit with single or multiple parameters. To replace this traditional sorting way, the proposed system presents an automatic fruit sorting mechanism with an image processing technique and classification algorithm. It recognizes and classifies two different fruits with two different feature analysis method i.e. quality and size-based analysis at a time.

Fermented food and beverage products are made globally by using different practices, fresh materials and microbes. Fermented foods serve as ample sources of essential vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and antioxidants that are all enhanced through the process of fermentation. Globally, fermented beverage and condiments are made by using different conventional practices, raw materials, and microorganisms. In Ethiopia, fermented beverage and condiment products have practiced in a long history. The advantageous effects related with fermented products have a special prominence during the production of these products in unindustrialized countries like Ethiopia. In the production of traditional fermented food and beverage products, controlled natural fermentation process with the absence of starter cultures are used to initiate it. In Ethiopia, the local fermented food and beverage products are usually manufactured through acid-alcohol type of fermentation. The preparation and consumption of many traditionally fermented food and beverage products is still practiced as a household art in Ethiopia. This paper presents useful in-sights on the technology and microbiology of local fermented food and beverage products of Ethiopia.

Inland waterways is a network in the form of rivers, canals, backwaters and creeks that can be used for transportation in place of or in addition to roads and rails. Through the ages, rivers have served as effective waterways, carrying people and goods over long distances. Even today, many countries depend heavily on inland water transport, especially for large and bulky cargo, as it is cheaper, more reliable and less polluting than transporting goods by road or rail. A vast country like India with a huge network of rivers and interconnecting canals could ordinarily be an ideal place for an efficient inland waterways system as it has multifarious economic advantages ?and is the cheapest mode of transportation. But this potential could not be tapped as developing inland waterways as means of passenger and cargo transportation, as a result, ?burden on the road and railways networks went on piling and they became over stressed. The objective of this paper is to find out the growth and constraints in Inland Water Transportation in India and also find out the major problems faced by institutions involved in this sector in India. This paper presents the detailed insights about the dynamics of Inland Water ways in India. The paper presents past few years growth of Inland Water ways. We also try to analyse the government policies regarding this inland waterways. As per study done in the some countries Inland Water ways has been known as most cost effective and fuel efficient mode of transportation which attracts the attention of scholars to make some efforts relatively to study of growth and challenges of Inland Water ways related to India since attempts has been made in this paper to highlight present status, growth, opportunities and problem of Inland Water ways in India.

History showcases each woman as submissive, inferior and weak intellectually, mentally and physically from generation to generation. The picture hasnt changed from the scriptures to the post-modern books and still the halo around woman lingers as the other. When it comes to religion, each of them demands a particular subsidiary place to women and settles them as subordinate. The study attempts to analyze the treads of male chauvinism and misogyny as portrayed in Caroline Fourests 2019 film Soeurs D Armes. Women are mere playthings of men and in Muslim community, there are visible solid strokes of domination and patriarchy. Zara, a Yazidi girl who is abducted by ISIS army is the chief victim and object of this particular study. The preconceptions make men sturdy and well-built to battle at the front. It is impossible to think women as fighters and they are not considered fit to be called as warriors and comrade-in-arms because of their status as a woman. Physically inferior and mentally fragile, they are forced to remain in the four walls of their houses. Each traumatic experience the women have dealt with is constructed under microscopic precision and further how men contribute to their tragedy is also of critical importance to the paper. Mens use of sexual violence is not only an outward contemplative action but also it can be considered as a weapon of war and armed conflict. Wartime sexual violence faced by Zara and other major female characters forms the detailed part of the paper.

Present days healthy food is very important but farmers and market people are using more chemicals so that total recourses are polluted. Mainly farmers using more chemical fertilizers so that it is affected by soil, resource, human health, animals, and plants. These all are polluted due to inorganic farming. So, the main aim is to reduce chemical fertilizers for growing yields and also not use chemicals in marketing. So, that reduces diseases like Cancer, Heart attack, strokes and many other types of diseases. Improvement of organic yields is very important in that way to involve government and take initiative towards motivate the farmers to use organic fertilizers and also provide separate marketing for organic products and also encourage for government side to give more subsidies to organic farmers and also provide free certifications. This paper explained what is the difference between organic and chemical farming, the main advantages of using organic farming and how organic farming save the environment or climate. Also, discuss the Internet of things on how to use this organic form.

Wild but edible vegetables growing in monsoon play a significant role in the sustenance of rural people. It is believed that the wild vegetables boost immunity, if consumed in certain period of time. The study area was surveyed for two monsoons of 2018 and 2019 with the assistance of local residents having knowledge of wild vegetables and attempts are made to make a checklist of wild vegetables growing in study area. The study documented twenty one wild edible vegetable plant species belonging to sixteen families. The edible part of these species utilized by local people include rhizomes, corms, stems, leaves, petioles, inflorescence, flowers, petals, fruits, pods and seeds. The information gathered from local people revealed that there is a need of conservation of these vegetables by promoting cultivation in wild state. The present study indicated that due to socio-cultural changes and non participative attitude of younger generation, the ethno-botanical knowledge regarding habitat of wild vegetables, their identification, conservative collection and ways of propagation and vegetable recipes is declining.

In memory, everything seems to be happen to music. Tennessee Williams The glass menagerie is considered as the first major play as it is this work that for the first time brought serious critical and public attention to his work. This play is very personal for him; as in his youth, he was popular as storm and an awareness of that fact instantly alerts us to the possibility that on some level, the tom of the play is a depiction of Tennessee himself. This play is also called as memory play and can be presented with unusual freedom of convention. One of the most important themes of this play is the theme of illusion and reality. This paper is an attempt to discuss the significance and impact of this theme in all the four characters of the play, Amanda, Tom, Laura, and Jim o Connors. And also, an attempt to highlight the need for illusion and pain caused by it.
