Abstract: Technology is the very word used for communication purposes in earlier times and now it has become an indispensable part of human existence. With the use of technology, humans can reach beyond their borders; they can extend their intellectual power, consciousness, body, etc. The concept of man as the center of the world shatters with the emergence of technological advancement. Post-humanism, the new coinage, describes a person or entity that exists in a state beyond being human. It questions the hierarchies of human/non-human, human/machine, and human/inhuman notions and evokes the possibility of a serious decentering of man, the former measure of all things. Science fictions are one of the most powerful critical tools to create a new cultural identity and definition of humans. And they are more or less framed to chase the latest technological developments to reproduce new modes of techno reality. Ishiguro's eighth novel, Klara and the Sun, speaks of the story of Klara, a companion robot to Josie. Josie's mother chose Klara from a shop, and she tried her best to become a companion to Josie. As time passes, Klara shows an outward perspective of humanity and similar thoughts of human beings, which raises the question of what a human is. The present paper analyses the concept of human values, emotions, and feelings that blurs amid technological advancement. It also deconstructs the age-old notion of what a human is and its limitations.

The collection, storing, processing, and analysis of radar data using cloud-based computing infrastructure is radar data production. Scalability, flexibility, and cost reductions are just a few advantages of cloud-based computing for the generation of radar data. However, it also poses a number of security issues that need to be resolved in order to safeguard the privacy, accuracy, and accessibility of sensitive radar data. It is necessary to put in place a number of security measures, including encryption, access controls, authentication, and monitoring, to protect radar data on cloud-based systems. For the purpose of ensuring their efficacy and addressing any flaws, these security measures must undergo routine audits. Plans for disaster recovery must also be in place in order to respond promptly to any security breaches or data loss. On cloud-based systems, radar data production additionally makes use of advanced to glean insights from the data, data analytics technologies and methods like machine learning and artificial intelligence are used. Significant computational resources are needed for these tools, which cloud-based computing infrastructure may offer. In general, producing radar data using cloud-based computer systems has many benefits for businesses, including increased productivity, scalability, and cost savings. To safeguard sensitive data and guarantee the dependability and availability of the system, it also necessitates thorough consideration of security measures.

Cumin (Cuminum cyminum L.) is one of the oldest species of spice. Cumin seeds are used as a spice with a distinctive flavor and are traditionally added to chili, curries, and other food preparations. India is the world's largest producer and consumer of cumin. Cumin is an economical cash crop, but cultivar development efforts are limited. Cumin is severely affected by Fusarium wilt caused by the soil-borne pathogens Fusarium oxysporum, resulting in yield losses of up to 80% depending on the severity of the infestation. The maximum population of Foc is estimated to be 0-5 cm in soil depth when crops are present. Soil inoculum density increases with each year of cumin cultivation and is directly proportional to disease incidence in the field. This review provides information on cumin cultivation, cumin wilt and management strategies, including soil, climate, seed treatment, time of sowing, sowing method, effective biocontrol agents, organic additives, fungicides for seed treatment, irrigation and harvesting time.

In this study, effective distributed techniques for wireless network cost reduction are explored. We look at the difficulties of multi-hop data aggregation for correlated data in wireless sensor networks, specifically how to minimise energy consumption and maximise throughput. The proposed techniques make advantage of redundant information within a game-theoretic framework. Using optimum reaction dynamics to local data, routes are selected to reduce the network's overall energy consumption. Routing uses a cost function that considers several factors, including distance, interference, and data accumulation inside the network. The energy consumption of the network is drastically decreased by the suggested energy-efficient correlation-aware routing method, which converges in a bounded number of iterations. We optimize performance by constructing paths that minimize network-wide disturbance and maximize correlation between forwarded data. Each path's nodes are selected to optimize data gathering inside the network while reducing the potential for local interference. The method is guaranteed to converge in a limited number of steps thanks to optimal response dynamics, and the resultant network design optimizes global network throughput.

The most popular tune these days is one about the criminalization of politics. It undermines the foundations of the noble idea of democracy in every country where it is practiced. The desire to seize and hold onto power is a common human flaw. Politicians, political parties, and even bureaucrats are intimidated into handing over their illicit control of the electoral process and the Government by the intimidating imagery of muscle and money power. Criminals are also interested in being a part of actual election politics as it provides a certain safeguard. Neither the elected legislature nor the bureaucracy is particularly motivated to combat evil effectively by passing the necessary legislation and even implementing the existing legislation effectively. The counterargument is that the ruling party frames criminal charges favorably for themselves while being politically prejudiced against the opposition. To fortify democracy, the judiciary, the third pillar of the democratic left, must play a crucial role in restraining criminalization politics.

The aim of this study is to count the number of a specific 3D item in an image. The object recognition process, which is frequently carried out using two planar photos of the same thing taken from different perspectives, is a crucial intermediate step in the solution of the item counting problem. Counting individuals in images is essential for controlling crowds, transportation, and environmental wildlife. Instead of developing an object-specific algorithm, we offer a complete deep learning approach for generic people counting. The problem of general people counts is difficult. The reason why modern counting algorithms add more annotations to the final multiperson count may be due to how difficult the challenge is. This study's objective is to as certain

India got its Independence in breaking the British fetters in 15th August, 1947 but the final blow of the British Raj was dividing this subcontinent. Partition disrupted the communal harmony and led the Hindu, Sikh, Muslim communities to the brutality and inhumanity. During Partition, the violence in this land, soaked with blood in communal riot has been depicted in the writings of many Indian writers. Amrita Pritam, one of the distinguished writers in Partition literature delineates that animosity and violence but the urge for communal harmony is also prominent in her writings.

The existing paper displays that the time has come for us to shift to more recent techniques and mechanisms of imparting schooling to the formative years in common college students in particular. There is lack of an 'Interdisciplinary approach' and overlook for 'value based totally courses'. The answer for such a trouble is supply a desire for students to find out about a couple of topics and specialise in interdisciplinary areas. Thus the University Grants Commission (UGC) has initiated various steps to consist of innovation and enchancment in course- curricula, introduction a number of sorts of examination, comparison & evaluation system. With a view to enable the flexibility in schooling system, so that college students relying upon their pursuits and goals can pick out interdisciplinary and skill-based courses, preference primarily based credit score device (CBCS), is adopted. The desire primarily based deposit device no longer solely provides possibilities to study core topics however additionally possibilities self-discipline unrelated problem and discover extra avenues of studying past the core topics for holistic development. Quality is the fundamental situation of the current greater schooling which ought to be judged and assessed solely by means of the universally acclaimed device of assessment and this may want to be feasible thru the CBCS. CBCS is imperative for Higher Education as this machine will increase the sincerity amongst the college students as they are preferring to research the topics of their choice. Thus, the existing paper ambitions to spotlight the analytical learn about of Choice-Based Credit System.

Energy management and monitoring have always been unpredictable throughout India. This has led to the development of a straightforward yet insightful inquiry: "What is the new source of energy management?" The majority of our energy management-related concerns are resolved by this query. It has been observed generally across the nation that in order to monitor energy levels and provide a complete report about its use in kWh, an official must personally visit the user's home to verify historical meter readings before producing a chargeable report about the same. To show how a Smart Energy Meter (SEM) can generate an electricity bill while successfully decreasing errors. Methods: This SEM device blends contemporary technology with pre-existing electrical design, making it a low-cost solution suitable for the Indian setting. The suggested SEM just has a current sensor and a few related circuits. An Advanced Reduced Instruction Set Computer Machine (ARM7) microprocessor continuously monitors the system, and an integrated Android App makes the results available. A Wi-Fi module enables constant data updates and control over home equipment. Smart meter sensors are integrated into a PLC-equipped, PLC-controlled, and SCADA-monitored system. After connecting a wireless connection device, the system will collect observed data from the digital energy meter and transfer it to a server and the internet. Power theft will be discovered by a sensor, which will activate any time electricity is utilized improperly. A consumer utility grid will be automatically unplugged, and the customer's supply will be restored if there is a chance that it has been burglarized.

The power that communication operates in the contemporaneous world is amazing. This communication must be considered as a basic social process and as a phenomenon that is present in the society and not merely as an instrument of divulgement or transmission of information. It must be conceived as a transversal power that binds the entire world with its social, political, technological and cultural system, with inclusion of the organizations in this scope. The information and communication technologies are definitely revolutionizing the society and its way of life. The digital age arrives with a set of big communication challenges for traditional mainstream media: new relations with audiences (interactivity), new languages (multimedia) and a new grammar (hypertext). But this media revolution not only changes the communication landscape for the usual players, most importantly, it opens the mass communication system to a wide range of new players. As far as enterprises, institutions, administrations, organizations, groups, families and individuals start their own online presence, they become "Self-media", "sources" for traditional media, and in many cases, they produce strong "media criticism" setting the agenda with certain prime factors and frame opinion about how issues are covered by legacy media and delivering of alternative coverage. Blogs and social media represent the ultimate challenge for the old communication system because they integrate both: the new features of the digital world and a wide democratization in the access to media with a universal scope. Many examples are evident in the cultural industries, in the multimedia, on television (interactive, digital, cable and high definition), on cell phones and in all of the available media interactions (web 2.0, blogs, Facebook, Twitter etc.). All of this media convergence is a reality that is present in these days, influencing the individuals, the society and in all possible spaces - family, work and social participation. Communication itself has not changed, rather the means, which we use to communicate have changed. The manners associated with the ways we communicate with each other continue to be the key to how we understand each other. As new technology emerges, there are new manners associated with the new method of communication. So author aims to understand the paradigms of business communication in the digital age and describe how Internet has changed the public communication ecosystem. The author aims to perform a literature study by analysing the works of many authors on the society of information, of knowledge or digital and that analyze the media, transparent and communications society. Present study has descriptively analyzed and discussed the historical development, changing paradigms, latest issues and challenges of organizational communication.

A lot of wastage of energy in the existing systems of many conventional consumer products such as blender mixers drills grinders , and at an consideration even bikes and bicycles , it is theorized that the existing designs can be improved a lot in terms of efficiency by the use of flywheels, which acts as key element in the transfer of energy from a motor to the flywheel and then to the required way of application , basically a flywheel is connected toa motor by the means of a gear or belt systems (dependent on the traction required between them both) and then the shaft connected to the flywheel employs the use of a gearbox or transmission to generate the desired speed to torque ratio as per application
