 Abstract

Skin is an Extra-ordinary human structure. People frequently suffer from many known and unknown diseases. There are the large number of spread diseases and some of them are the most common disease in the world. The diagnosis of these diseases are very difficult because of its difficulties in skin texture, presence of hair on skin and color. Due to the lack of medical facilities available in the remote areas, patients usually ignore early symptoms which may be worsen the situation as the time progress. The diagnosis of skin Disease also take longer time. It is required to develop methods of diagnosis using machine learning in order to increase the accuracy of diagnosis for various types of skin diseases. Machine learning techniques are widely used in medical fields for diagnosis. These algorithms use feature values from images as input to make a decision. The process consists of three stages-The feature extraction stage, the training stage and the testing stage. The process makes use of machine learning technology to train itself with the various skin images. The objective of this process is to increase accuracy of skin disease detection. Three important features in image classification are texture, color, shape, and combination of these. In this work, color and texture features are used to classify the skin disease. Normal skin color is different from the skin with disease. Smoothness, coarseness, and regularity is effectively identified using texture features in the images. Hence, these two features are explored to identify skin disease effectively. In this work, entropy, variance and maximum histogram value of Hue-Saturation-Value(HSV) features are used. These features are used to build machine learning algorithm by using Decision Tree(DT)and Support Vector Machine(SVM). At first level, entropy measure is used to split the tree. At second level, variance is used to get leafs for textures. In color features, maximum histogram value of HSV measure is used to split the tree. Accuracy is used to test the performance of the proposed algorithm.

 Abstract

The world is in chaos. Stress, anarchy, social evils, unrest, war, strife and a struggle for existence are continually on the rise. Lord Krishna in Bhagavad Gita Verse 3.31 says that yadyadacaratisreshthatadtadevatarojanah, sayatpramanamkurutelokas tad anuvartate(whatever action a great man performs, common men follow. And whatever standards he sets by exemplary acts, all the world pursues) (Prabhupada2003). According to Trichy and Cohen (2002), 'in a competitive environment, organizations need leaders who can determine the direction; who can redirect the organizational energies and decide what needs to be done.' Are our current world leaders are exhibiting the right principles on which to lead one's life and setting the right examples? Ancient scriptures such as the Ramayana and the Mahabharata (which includes the Bhagavad Gita), amongst other wisdom, contain Life Management principles based on which mankind can lead happy, successful and fulfilling lives. If leaders make a thorough study of these principles, explain them in society and follow the principles, the world would be a much better place. This paper strives to dive deep into our ancient scriptures and explore the principles of life management which act as a solid foundation for long term development and prosperity. The extant literatures have explored the principles such as human capital development, stress management and copying strategy, and management principles from Bhagavad Gita (Chandekar, 2012;Verma and Singh 2014;Satpathy 2008).This study intends to have an in-depth study of Bhagavad Gita to clearly bring out the Life Management principles useful for our day to day life. The paper utilizes the methodology of Hermeneutics to scrutinize several editions (authors) of the Bhagavad Gita including Bhagavad Gita As It Is interpreted by Prabhupada (2003) to arrive at the principles. Following are some principles drawn from the Bhagavad Gita: o Stress is inevitable in this world, but suffering is an option. Those who are spiritually strong develop the quality of absorbing pain without being disturbed. o Ati sarvatra vivarjitah. Excess of anything is bad. The Gita says in Verse 6.17 that one can mitigate all miseries by performing Yoga and by being regulated in one's habits of eating, sleeping, recreation and work. o The Art of Working is to work with knowledge and detachment as one's duty towards the Supreme. Verse 2.47 describes the art of working in this world. o Instead of focusing on too many projects at a time, better to focus on few.

 Abstract

Helicobacter pylori is a Gram-bad microaerophilic bacterium dispensed at some stage in the acid-secreting gastroduodenal mucosa in human beings. Colonization by using Helicobacter pylori is not itself a ailment, but infection reasons a ramification of medical problems inside the top gastrointestinal tract. Concomitant antibiotic therapy is suggested as first-line treatment. however, the development of resistance to antibiotics, undesirable aspect effects, and the excessive value of treatment make this disorder very difficult to treat successfully. pylori remedy. The look for opportunity naturopathic medicines which are cheaper, free of unwanted side effects, and with ease to be had to most people takes time. A recent have a look at discovered that the usage of medicinal flora can lessen Helicobacter pylori contamination. on this regard, latest reports in Ayurvedic texts point out Sunti (Zingiber officinale), Rasona (Allium sativum), Campiraka (Mallotus philipinensis), Karajaji (Nigella sativa), Chitraka (Plumbago zeylanica), Sarpangka, and so on. i'm right here. It reflects gastroprotective medicinal plant life with giant anti-H. pylori interest. it's miles consequently concluded that the inclusion of herbal antioxidants in the normal day by day weight loss program may be the first-rate remedy for endured protection in opposition to Helicobacter pylori contamination.

 Abstract

This paper aims to address the challenges of creating accurate, concise, and pertinent responses from lengthy content when answering predetermined or generated queries. This research is part of the Explainable AI (XAI) field, which has struggled to find algorithms that balance predictive accuracy with transparency and explainability. While some NLP learning methods prioritize improving prediction accuracy, others like Bayesian belief nets and decision trees excel at promoting transparency and explainability. In addition, pre-trained language models like BERT and GPT need customization using specific datasets to achieve the desired final model. In this research paper, we investigate techniques to enhance the performance of existing KBQA systems and QA generators. We propose an approach that leverages the anatomy of long-form content to improve the quality of the questions and answers generated. Our approach comprises two components: a transformer-based model, DistilBERT, fine-tuned on datasets for the QA task, and a T5-based model coupled with a custom DataCollator to form input batches of dataset elements. Our approach shows promising results on benchmark datasets, outperforming state-of-the-art methods for both KBQA systems and QA generators. Our findings suggest that by considering the structure and semantics of long-form content, we can significantly improve the accuracy and relevance of the generated questions and answers, thereby improving the overall performance of KBQA systems and QA generators. In conclusion, this paper offers techniques to improve the accuracy and pertinence of responses derived from extensive content, contributing to the development of Explainable AI (XAI). By leveraging the structure and semantics of long-form content, our approach shows promise in enhancing the performance of KBQA systems and QA generators, providing an important step towards the creation of more advanced and efficient AI systems.

 Abstract

In our day-to-day life we hear a lot of news about fishermen, once out on the sea the fishermen are subjected to various oceanographic and climatic conditions. The fishermen are unable to get the help from the government during emergency situations. This project gives them a solution to get rid of those problems. Neo 7m GPS module is interfaced to monitor the location of the boat all the time.We have also fed the location of the islands in the particular zone, so that they can land safely when the cyclone is severe. We can also use a GSM modules to transfer the message from the land mass or the coastal guards to the fishermen in the boat.In future, ISRO is planning to make marine communication successful with the help of launching a satellite. This helps to communicate their nearby land location to the rescue team or their family members.

 Abstract

This article examines "federalism" as an abstract political concept similar to liberalism and socialism, and "federation" as a descriptive term denoting a form of government. The phrase "federative systems" refers to the genus of which federations are a species. The notion of "federalism" has significant consequences for comparison examinations of federations such as Canada and India. Both Canada and India began as quasi-federations and have since transformed into federations. They are not founded on the concept of federalism. The Constitution was not only the blueprint for a federation, but it was also inspired by a political theory we call "federalism," which consists of interlocking principles of governance who are very distinct from the parliamentary tradition that Canada and India adhere to. If these two nations wish to move beyond viewing federation as a means of power distribution, they will need to reevaluate their parliamentary tradition and, eventually, develop their own concept of federalism. India's federal system seeks to explain their effectiveness in terms of their symbiosis with the projects of nation-building and state-formation in India. This is done through a presentation of the basic structure of federalism in India and its political constraints. Federalism, along with parliamentarism, is axial principle of Government in India. Indian federalism is not a static entity. It has been evolving over the years form a predoom- namely parliamentary system. The flexibility of the federal process has made it possible for India to accommodate ethnos national movements in the form of new regions, thus gradually increasing both the number of states and the governability of the union. In this article we examine federal Process in India, structure, asymmetric federalism, andthe in-traction between globalization and India's federal system, in the context of the country's past decade of economic reform. Federalism in the modern age is a principle of reconciliation between two divergent tendencies, the widening range of common interests and the need for local autonomy.

 Abstract

Abstract: Technology is the very word used for communication purposes in earlier times and now it has become an indispensable part of human existence. With the use of technology, humans can reach beyond their borders; they can extend their intellectual power, consciousness, body, etc. The concept of man as the center of the world shatters with the emergence of technological advancement. Post-humanism, the new coinage, describes a person or entity that exists in a state beyond being human. It questions the hierarchies of human/non-human, human/machine, and human/inhuman notions and evokes the possibility of a serious decentering of man, the former measure of all things. Science fictions are one of the most powerful critical tools to create a new cultural identity and definition of humans. And they are more or less framed to chase the latest technological developments to reproduce new modes of techno reality. Ishiguro's eighth novel, Klara and the Sun, speaks of the story of Klara, a companion robot to Josie. Josie's mother chose Klara from a shop, and she tried her best to become a companion to Josie. As time passes, Klara shows an outward perspective of humanity and similar thoughts of human beings, which raises the question of what a human is. The present paper analyses the concept of human values, emotions, and feelings that blurs amid technological advancement. It also deconstructs the age-old notion of what a human is and its limitations.

 Abstract

The collection, storing, processing, and analysis of radar data using cloud-based computing infrastructure is radar data production. Scalability, flexibility, and cost reductions are just a few advantages of cloud-based computing for the generation of radar data. However, it also poses a number of security issues that need to be resolved in order to safeguard the privacy, accuracy, and accessibility of sensitive radar data. It is necessary to put in place a number of security measures, including encryption, access controls, authentication, and monitoring, to protect radar data on cloud-based systems. For the purpose of ensuring their efficacy and addressing any flaws, these security measures must undergo routine audits. Plans for disaster recovery must also be in place in order to respond promptly to any security breaches or data loss. On cloud-based systems, radar data production additionally makes use of advanced to glean insights from the data, data analytics technologies and methods like machine learning and artificial intelligence are used. Significant computational resources are needed for these tools, which cloud-based computing infrastructure may offer. In general, producing radar data using cloud-based computer systems has many benefits for businesses, including increased productivity, scalability, and cost savings. To safeguard sensitive data and guarantee the dependability and availability of the system, it also necessitates thorough consideration of security measures.

 Abstract

Cumin (Cuminum cyminum L.) is one of the oldest species of spice. Cumin seeds are used as a spice with a distinctive flavor and are traditionally added to chili, curries, and other food preparations. India is the world's largest producer and consumer of cumin. Cumin is an economical cash crop, but cultivar development efforts are limited. Cumin is severely affected by Fusarium wilt caused by the soil-borne pathogens Fusarium oxysporum, resulting in yield losses of up to 80% depending on the severity of the infestation. The maximum population of Foc is estimated to be 0-5 cm in soil depth when crops are present. Soil inoculum density increases with each year of cumin cultivation and is directly proportional to disease incidence in the field. This review provides information on cumin cultivation, cumin wilt and management strategies, including soil, climate, seed treatment, time of sowing, sowing method, effective biocontrol agents, organic additives, fungicides for seed treatment, irrigation and harvesting time.

 Abstract

In this study, effective distributed techniques for wireless network cost reduction are explored. We look at the difficulties of multi-hop data aggregation for correlated data in wireless sensor networks, specifically how to minimise energy consumption and maximise throughput. The proposed techniques make advantage of redundant information within a game-theoretic framework. Using optimum reaction dynamics to local data, routes are selected to reduce the network's overall energy consumption. Routing uses a cost function that considers several factors, including distance, interference, and data accumulation inside the network. The energy consumption of the network is drastically decreased by the suggested energy-efficient correlation-aware routing method, which converges in a bounded number of iterations. We optimize performance by constructing paths that minimize network-wide disturbance and maximize correlation between forwarded data. Each path's nodes are selected to optimize data gathering inside the network while reducing the potential for local interference. The method is guaranteed to converge in a limited number of steps thanks to optimal response dynamics, and the resultant network design optimizes global network throughput.

 Abstract

ABSTRACT Statement of Problem: - A descriptive study to assess the knowledge regarding anthropometric measurement of 0-6 years of age among Nursing Students of Desh Bhagat University School of Nursing Mandi Gobindgarh District Fatehgarh Sahib Punjab. Material and Method: - Quantitative research approach and non-experimental descriptive research design was used to accomplish the stated objectives data was collected with the help of self-structured knowledge questionnaire. Pilot study was done on [1/10th sample] which constituted of students of Desh Bhagat University School of Nursing to check reliability and feasibility of the study. Subjects were chosen by the purposive sampling technique and sample size was 60. The data collected was analysed by using descriptive and inferential statistics. RESULTS The percentage distribution of Nursing students as per their knowledge regarding anthropometric measurement of 0-6 years of age. 0.0% students have Adequate knowledge,18.3% students have Moderate knowledge and a considerable portion of Nursing Students i.e 81.7% have Inadequate knowledge. The Chi-square value shows that there is significance association between the score level and demographic variables (Types of Houses). The calculated chi-square values were more than the table value at the 0.05 level of significance. There is no significance association between the level of scores and other demographic variables (Age, Gender, Religion, Education of Student, Type of Family, Total Family Income, Occupation of Father, Occupation of Mother) The calculated chi-square values were less than the table value at the 0.05 level of significance Conclusion: - The data collected was analysed by using descriptive and inferential statistics. The pie and bar diagrams were used to depict the findings. The maximum students [81.7%] were having inadequate knowledge regarding anthropometric measurement of 0-6 years of age among Nursing students of Desh Bhagat University School of Nursing, followed by [18.3%] moderate and [0.0%] were having adequate knowledge regarding anthropometric measurement of 0-6 years of age among Nursing students of Desh Bhagat University School of Nursing respectively. Pamphlets were prepared and distributed to the students to bring more knowledge on anthropometric measurements. Key words; anthropometric measurement, students and school.

 Abstract

The present study aims to highlight the voluntaryefforts made by Shri. Bandu Dhotre, Founder President of Eco-Pro organizationestablished in the year 2006. The motive to establish this organization was inspired by Gandhian Philosophy of 'Swadeshi and Save Ecology'. This organization has organized various mass movements against unjustified policies of the Government and motivated masses to create awareness about 'EnvironmentConservation and Other Social Issues'. Eco-Pro has been working for conservation of Environment,Wild life, Heritage, Disaster Reliefand other Social Services. Some of the major successive movements were "Adani Go-Back" 2008 (Against Coal Block). Eco-pro was involved in successful rehabilitation of villages Nimgaon and Jamni affected by Tadoba National Park, Tiger Reserve Project in 2010. Eco-Pro has initiated the task of conservingthehistoricalHeritageFort Wall surrounding Old Chandrapur Citywhich is11 K.M'.s in circumference in collaboration with Schools, Colleges and Local self Government bodies of Chandrapur with a Slogan "Apala Varsa, Apanach Japuya". Eco-pro has been continuously involved in "Gurakhi Sanwad Abhiyan" for Man-Animal Conflict. Eco-Pro initiated the formation of Eco-pro school clubs in Schools and Colleges of Chandrapur and adjacent places. At present the Eco-pro has 350 Active Members and near about 2000 volunteers are rendering their services for this organization. The most significant thing is that this organization does not receive any funds from the Government and all the activities of Eco-pro are carried out by people's contribution and active involvement of students and localities. More and more members are inspired to join this organization. It is pride to mention that the work of Eco-pro and specially Shri. Bandu Dhotre was appreciated by Prime 2 Minister of our Country Hon'ble Shri. Narendraji Modi in his "Man Ki Baat" Aired on 26 December 2017.

 Abstract

The most popular tune these days is one about the criminalization of politics. It undermines the foundations of the noble idea of democracy in every country where it is practiced. The desire to seize and hold onto power is a common human flaw. Politicians, political parties, and even bureaucrats are intimidated into handing over their illicit control of the electoral process and the Government by the intimidating imagery of muscle and money power. Criminals are also interested in being a part of actual election politics as it provides a certain safeguard. Neither the elected legislature nor the bureaucracy is particularly motivated to combat evil effectively by passing the necessary legislation and even implementing the existing legislation effectively. The counterargument is that the ruling party frames criminal charges favorably for themselves while being politically prejudiced against the opposition. To fortify democracy, the judiciary, the third pillar of the democratic left, must play a crucial role in restraining criminalization politics.
