Solar PV farm used for simulation studies involve of large number of PV module connected to grid connected inverter through ungrounded DC cables. Constructor report that about 1% of installed PV panel fails annually. Detecting phase to ground fault in ungrounded underground DC cables is also difficult and time consuming .therefore Identifying ground faults is a important problem in ungrounded photovoltaic (PV) systems because such earth faults do not provide abundant fault currents for their detection and location during system working. If such ground faults are not cleared rapidly, a subsequent ground fault on the healthy phase will produce a complete short circuit in the system. This paper present a novel fault-location scheme in which high frequency noise patterns are used to identify the fault location. The high-frequency noise is produce due to the switching transients of converters combined with the parasitic capacitance of PV panels and cables. Discrete wavelet transform is used for the decomposition of the monitored signal (midpoint voltage of the converters) and features are taken out. Feature extraction of the measured waveform at different frequency bands give feature information of voltage signal at different fault locations and are used as the feature vectors for pattern recognition. Then, a back propagation artificial neural networks classifier, which can automatically classify the fault locations according to the extracted features, is investigated. The proposed fault-location scheme has been primarily expand for fault location in the PV farm (PV panels and dc cables). The method is assessing for ground faults as well as line line faults. These faults are simulated with MATLAB and the data are then analyzed with wavelets. Finally, the value of the designed fault locator is tested with varying system parameters. The results illustrate that the proposed approach has accurate and robust performance even with noisy measurements and changes in operating conditions.

Recent days, the utilization of electricity and water increased, because of its demand. The lamps and pumps are left ON which results in wastage of electricity and Water. Automation of the garden helps to overcome all these problems. In public garden automation system we use various sensors to measure the moisture of soil and detect the temperature of surrounding also LDR sensor for observing intensity of light. Soil moisture sensor measure moisture in the soil we set a threshold value for moisture if it goes on that level of value then water pump will turn on automatically. Even the switching ON or OFF of the Garden lights is automatic, there will be no delay. As the public garden needs to be opened and closed in the morning and night, it has been fixed with a motor to complete the action. The live Status of the garden will be updated periodically. The authorized person can collect the data being transmitted. This data can be used for calculating the amount of water and consumption of electricity. The wastage of water and electricity can be reduced. The maintenance of Public Garden can become very easy and efficient.

On March 11, 2020, COVID-19an infectious respiratory disease caused by a novel coronavirus that emerged in Wuhan, Chinawas declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization. As of April 1, 2020, more than 3.4 billion people, representing 43 percent of the world population, are in lockdown in more than 80 countries and territories around the world. The COVID-19 pandemic is having an enormous impact on higher education. In many countries around the world, campuses are closed and teaching has moved online. Internationalization has slowed down considerably. Despite these challenges, HEIs have reacted positively, often implementing new solutions to continue providing teaching, research, and service to society. Lockdown and social confinement measures have an enormous impact on higher education. Higher education has been disrupted as never before, but the fact that campuses are physically closed does not mean that higher education institutions (HEIs) have stopped functioning. On the contrary, faced with multiple challenges, they have had to respond quickly and find new solutions to previously unknown problems and new ways in which to continue teaching, conducting research, and serving society. This research study attempts to examine the current challenges and initiatives of Institutions and universities imparting higher education. To help higher education leaders navigate enrollment uncertainty, prepare for a number of different scenarios, and act with real-time information, this research study is conducting ongoing research and analysis to understand students perspectives and concerns about their enrollment decisions. The study further provides recommendations to the education leaders based on the responses collected and findings drawn from the survey.

Nigeria as a nation remained the theatre of armed communal conflicts which result in widespread destruction, thousands of deaths, and enormous property losses for several years. These violent conflicts are labeled ethno-religious because what we normally call religious conflicts here often has ethnic, political and economic undertones, while the so called ethnic conflict are complicated by religious, political considerations. The perennial occurrence of the problem does suggest the inadequacies of both the prevailing intellectual analysis and prognosis of the problem as well as the remedies proposed and tried so far. This require an adequate understanding of its root cause, the course it takes, the intervening variables, and the potential outcome of the complex series of events which go into its making. This paper is an attempt at providing such an explanation concerning the devastating consequences of the long period conflicts and crises of and also discusses various strategies that should be adopted by all relevant agencies and groups for a lasting peace in the country.

The phenomena of multiple drug resistance has led for the search of medicines from alternative sources, mainly those obtained from plants and hence termed as Phytochemicals. Although this search is challenging but this bioactive species serves mankind by providing an array of medicines along with overcoming the threats posed viz. drug resistance. Plants, during metabolism produce metabolites which may be primary (sugars and fats) and secondary (such as protective agents as well as bioactive compounds produced in response to stress and pathogens). In depth perusals of available studies reveal that Terpenoid contents in all the selected plants ranges between 40 to 60 %. Hence the forthcoming literature and study would be helpful in determining of therapeutic use of terpenoids, their isolation and use for the welfare of mankind.

: Life in twenty first century is very fast and sometimes unknowingly the rider starts the bike and move forward without pulling off the side stand because of urgency which may cause unavoidable accidents. To avoid such accidents cause due to the carelessness of rider , we may produce the new advancement in bike that as we press the gear lever, the cable wire get stretched due to the hook catch lock get de-locked to lift the side stand automatically. There is a need of prevent the rider in this type of condition, which arises many times, hence, it is important to create one mechanism, which prevents the rider from the accidents caused due to ungifted side stand. The mechanism should be such that it should neither affect the original mechanism nor create make the side stand more bulky. In additional it should not increase the price of the bike. It is just a small mechanism, which operate the stand and operation will be easy. Therefore, it is necessary to have a separate attachment in a bike to lift up the side stand automatically

It is the need of the hour to establish the role of Ayurveda in antenatal care, which is under national rural health programs. Human evolvement throughout the conception to adulthood is conjoined association, shaped within cells, of nature [the deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) we inherit] and nurture (the comprehensive nutritional, social, and physical environment). The augmenting field of epigenetic has perception that environment and individual lifestyle can directly interact with genome to influence epigenetic transformation. Ayurveda sighted the urge for the physical, mental, and spiritual anticipation of the mother to be for the momentous event of childbirth and emphasis has been given on care of mother during antenatal period. Developing living being seems to have a wide range of perceptivity to epigenetic modulation. Befitting drift in epigenetic modifications is essential for embryogenesis, early foetal development, and early postnatal growth. Thereupon, the inappropriate endowment of epigenetic changes during critical developmental periods as a result of changes in maternal diet and other environmental components may induce paediatric developmental diseases and even influence health in adulthood. Garbha Samskara as explained in classical texts of Ayurveda involves the combination of Garbhadhan samskara (preparation of to be mother and father prior 3 months of conception), Pumsvana Samskara and Garbhini Paricharya (planned program of observation, education, lifestyle modification, nutritional and medical management of pregnant lady). By adopting the custom of Garbha Samskara, antenatal care along with epigenetic programming can be done in order to have a healthy progeny. Garbha Samskara may be considered as Ayurveda antenatal care and a novel preventive measure in the context of adverse epigenetic changes.

Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) is the most widely recognized malignant growth in youngsters and grown- ups. The identification of leukemia in the prior stage is significant before it spreads into the circulatory systems and other fundamental organs. For a considerable length of time, the finding of leukemia has been finished by experienced administrators and it is a tedious undertaking for pathologists. Programmed recognition of Acute lymphoblastic leukemia disease in tiny pictures is difficult because of the complicated structures. To handle this issue, a programmed and powerful indicative framework is required for early identification and treatment. Right now, machine learning-based implementation of Transfer learning for classification is proposed to recognize leukemic cells and ordinary cells. The purpose of this paper is to compare three types of Convolution Neural Network (CNN) architectures and to find which of them is suitable for our detection application. These architectures are MobileNet, VGG16 and ResNet50. All the methods are done using Google Colab which is a free cloud service to create machine learning model, Tensorflow a machine learning library, openCV, keras and other libraries to accurately detect Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia.

Hoarding is a collection of various items where an individual finds it difficult to discard the items, clothes, and at an edge where individual is unable to discard the items. Hoarding can happen to anyone and it is a disease which doesnt discriminate male and female. This occurs equally in both the gender. Sometimes you would have seen in our own home where your parents especially your mother would be stocking up the old things or commonly the plastic bag which you see in every house hoarded in a huge amount, but there is lot of difference between hoarding and collecting.

Nowadays, intrusion is a serious security threat in a network environment. To solve this security requirement, many researchers have argued that data mining can improve the performance of intrusion detection system. Among the datamining techniques, clustering is an important means for intrusion detection. The aim of clustering is to group the two observations into the same cluster if these observations close to each other in the original data space. Because of growing the size of computer networks and developed applications exponentially, the signi?cant increasing of the potential damage that can be caused by launching attacks is becoming obvious. The most important defence tools against the sophisticated and ever-growing network attacks are Intrusion Detection Systems (IDSs) and Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPSs) which can compromise the confidentiality, integrity or availability of resource.
