Music is an amusing sound that leads us to experience peace and happiness. One of the fine arts today is music. Music digitalization provides us to access easily the different kinds of music. We often choose to listen to a song or music which best fits our mood at that moment, by means of features of music the mood of a song can be expressed. Most of the music software present today are lacking for providing the facility of mood-aware play-list generation. Manually choosing songs list suiting a specific mood or occasion by music listeners may be time consuming, that can be avoided by annotating songs with the relative emotion category. Here, work involves analysis of various features in order to learn, train and test the model representing the moods of the audio songs. Some of the basic components are to be considered for music emotion classification audio feature consists of feature set belong to groups dynamic, rhythmic, spectral, and harmonic. Support Vector Machine (SVM) is used as classifiers to classify the music mood recognition.

Abstract: The proposed idea is an innovative and unique way, which can solve the major problem of waste segregation and prevent the waste from over flowing from the dustbin on the streets which is a huge problem in India as well as in other parts of the world. It can also help in reducing the amount of recycled waste that is dumped into the dumping grounds by effectively segregating the recyclable waste. The solution provided to solve all the above -mentioned problems is "Automation of waste segregation". It provides a way in which the waste is segregated at the time of collection i.e. at the source itself. To do so an inlet will be provided in every apartment of the building through chutes to collect waste, and at the same time segregate the waste into wet and dry at the source it-self. The system is implemented using Arduino and various sensors which serves to be the most cost effective and accurate way.

Social inequality, as a negative outcome of urbanization, results in a social exclusion, segregation that limits people access to resources, essential services, political and economical rights by restricting people's participation in the city planning process in fair terms. This social exclusion ends up with various challenges such as urban poverty, unemployment, income inequalities, crime, delinquency, gender disparities and other social conflicts which need careful consideration. The fact cannot be overlooked that the current urban planning policies and programs lacks in evaluating the multidimensional impact of social inequality. Thus, this paper focuses on the significant aspects and scope of social inequalities in urban areas along with determinants and consequences with the emphasis on the importance of inclusive planning strategies to ensure social stability within a city.

Rape is a heinous crime that is considered graver than murder. It is a crime of violence that not only damages the body but which also leaves a permanent scar in the mind of the victim, and when it occurs within the four-walls of a matrimonial home, it reduces the woman to the status of an object used merely for sexual gratification. Marital rape is sex by a husband with his wife without her assent by compulsion or threat. In India, rape is a penal offence under S.375 and S.376 of IPC. Surprisingly, it unequivocally avoids marital rape from the ambit of conviction. The woman has and still continues to be victimized by man and society. The patriarchal power structures have deemed marriage to be a license to legal unwilling sex. There is a total negation of the self worth of a woman. Even as we celebrate 70 years of independence, the women in our country are still not truly free and independent and continue to live under the realm of darkness and fear. This paper significantly focuses on the violation of the fundamental rights of women guaranteed by the Constitution of India and the status of marital rape in India and different countries of the world.

In this millennium, the computer technology is emerging in large areas of specialization. People have been using the computer to make life easier. Internet today has become a new way of life. Every year millions of people buy computers to get connected to the World Wide Web (WWW).The Internet is expected to take over our lives. Internet is going to be used to buy groceries, pay phone and electricity bills and check your bank account. All of these can be done by using the Internet. Online services are also used in education. There are many online services such as online registrations for new students, online result to check examination result, online experiment and distance learning. Currently, we are starting to have online exam where the students can give the exam based on their intelligence using the Internet. Students who have registered for exam will be recorded in the database. After that the website give an ID to the student where user can login for give the exam. When the students finish their final examination, the student wants to see their result. The main problem of this whole process is that the system cannot transfer the data to the students directly and they have to go through certain procedures before the students obtain the results. Moreover, the students always receive their results late. This is the main complaint that was received from the parents. In the online examination only authorized personnel are allowed to enter the grades, the overall process is very slow. To overcome these problems, this thesis proposes an online examination result. With this new system ,the students can view their results faster and easier using their home computer or cyber cafe as long as the computer is connected to the Internet. Online System can reduce paperwork before producing the result. Generally, the web-based system can help the students to get faster result through the Internet. Students will have the opportunity to view their results. By using web-based online system, students will not have to wait for a long time to review their results. Moreover the test conducted will be adaptive. This means that the difficulty level of questions will upgrade or degrade according to the answers given by students in each question. For each correct answer, the difficulty level of next question will upgrade and for each wrong answer, the difficulty level of question will go down.

Admission system in college nowadays is a great hassle to deal with, for the students as well as the college staff. After completing the secondary board exams, a huge number of students apply for admission in various colleges and it becomes hectic for them to reach every college and fetch the info about the colleges admission process. The college staff as well need to answer many students and solve their queries. So to deal with this problem, we came up with a solution of creating a chatbot that can work on the colleges admission portal and answer the queries of each student which will the decrease the load on college staff as well as help students ease up in the process of applying for admission in a college. With the use of chatbot there would be zero doubt space since it would be a direct communication between the student and college as all the answers that the chatbot would come up with to answer the doubts would be fetched from colleges admission portal database

Solar PV farm used for simulation studies involve of large number of PV module connected to grid connected inverter through ungrounded DC cables. Constructor report that about 1% of installed PV panel fails annually. Detecting phase to ground fault in ungrounded underground DC cables is also difficult and time consuming .therefore Identifying ground faults is a important problem in ungrounded photovoltaic (PV) systems because such earth faults do not provide abundant fault currents for their detection and location during system working. If such ground faults are not cleared rapidly, a subsequent ground fault on the healthy phase will produce a complete short circuit in the system. This paper present a novel fault-location scheme in which high frequency noise patterns are used to identify the fault location. The high-frequency noise is produce due to the switching transients of converters combined with the parasitic capacitance of PV panels and cables. Discrete wavelet transform is used for the decomposition of the monitored signal (midpoint voltage of the converters) and features are taken out. Feature extraction of the measured waveform at different frequency bands give feature information of voltage signal at different fault locations and are used as the feature vectors for pattern recognition. Then, a back propagation artificial neural networks classifier, which can automatically classify the fault locations according to the extracted features, is investigated. The proposed fault-location scheme has been primarily expand for fault location in the PV farm (PV panels and dc cables). The method is assessing for ground faults as well as line line faults. These faults are simulated with MATLAB and the data are then analyzed with wavelets. Finally, the value of the designed fault locator is tested with varying system parameters. The results illustrate that the proposed approach has accurate and robust performance even with noisy measurements and changes in operating conditions.

Recent days, the utilization of electricity and water increased, because of its demand. The lamps and pumps are left ON which results in wastage of electricity and Water. Automation of the garden helps to overcome all these problems. In public garden automation system we use various sensors to measure the moisture of soil and detect the temperature of surrounding also LDR sensor for observing intensity of light. Soil moisture sensor measure moisture in the soil we set a threshold value for moisture if it goes on that level of value then water pump will turn on automatically. Even the switching ON or OFF of the Garden lights is automatic, there will be no delay. As the public garden needs to be opened and closed in the morning and night, it has been fixed with a motor to complete the action. The live Status of the garden will be updated periodically. The authorized person can collect the data being transmitted. This data can be used for calculating the amount of water and consumption of electricity. The wastage of water and electricity can be reduced. The maintenance of Public Garden can become very easy and efficient.

On March 11, 2020, COVID-19an infectious respiratory disease caused by a novel coronavirus that emerged in Wuhan, Chinawas declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization. As of April 1, 2020, more than 3.4 billion people, representing 43 percent of the world population, are in lockdown in more than 80 countries and territories around the world. The COVID-19 pandemic is having an enormous impact on higher education. In many countries around the world, campuses are closed and teaching has moved online. Internationalization has slowed down considerably. Despite these challenges, HEIs have reacted positively, often implementing new solutions to continue providing teaching, research, and service to society. Lockdown and social confinement measures have an enormous impact on higher education. Higher education has been disrupted as never before, but the fact that campuses are physically closed does not mean that higher education institutions (HEIs) have stopped functioning. On the contrary, faced with multiple challenges, they have had to respond quickly and find new solutions to previously unknown problems and new ways in which to continue teaching, conducting research, and serving society. This research study attempts to examine the current challenges and initiatives of Institutions and universities imparting higher education. To help higher education leaders navigate enrollment uncertainty, prepare for a number of different scenarios, and act with real-time information, this research study is conducting ongoing research and analysis to understand students perspectives and concerns about their enrollment decisions. The study further provides recommendations to the education leaders based on the responses collected and findings drawn from the survey.
