The success of every organization depends on its human capital, and recruitment by the human resource department is vital in generating organizational human capital. In the past twenty years, the traditional paper-based method of recruitment has been replaced to some extent by electronic recruiting (e-recruitment) in many organizations as many organizations are now utilizing e-recruitment to post jobs and accept resumes on the internet, and correspond with applicants by e-mail due to the outbreak of covid-19. In this paper, recruitment and e-recruitment process of Allsec technologies are theoretically defined, summarized and synthesized and the various benefits accruing to organizations for adopting electronic recruiting are highlighted. I also identified gaps and opportunities for future research and proposed some testable research questions in the domain of e-recruitment, as well as suggested research methods that can be utilized in future research to answer the proposed questions. Important contributions of this paper are highlighted.

Agriculture is one of the keys to the significant growth of human civilization. In this progressive world, Automation has begun its supremacy in every field of work. But Automation in the field of agriculture is not as advanced comparatively. Thus, the requirement of developing an Automation system in the field of agriculture is imminent. One of the biggest challenges faced by farmers is the detection of diseases in crops during the early stages of growth. Where it is obliged to take care of the crops and also prevent them from acquiring any serious diseases, our project tends to create an autonomous drone for the detection of diseases at the early stages of crop growth. This project succeeds in detecting the diseases, which in turn helps the farmers to detect the crop diseases at their early stages. We use the image processing method to detect and identify these diseases and highlight the infected crop area using coordinates.

Various industries release harmful petrochemical contaminants into the environment. To treat these petrochemical contaminants at source, different physical, chemical, and biological methods have been proposed and applied worldwide. However, physical and chemical methods have their own advantages and limitations, in this review we majorly focused on the biodegradation of petrochemical wastes. Firstly, a background study on the literature available in this field is presented. This is followed by a review of the toxic effects of petrochemical waste and various physical and chemical proceses, followed by elaborate biological processes available for petrochemical waste degradation. Further, different aspects of bioremediation, such as modes, factors, limitations, and future perspectives are critically reviewed and presented. It was found that most of the studies performed on bioremediation of petrochemical waste employed bacteria for the degradation purpose. Some studies also made use of algae, fungi, yeast, genetically modified organisms, biosurfactants, or a consortium of these microbes. Moreover, bioremediation is having still limited use at field-scale due to certain limitations which have been elaborated in this article. Overall, we strongly believe that with bioremediation capturing the attention of environmentalists worldwide and need to scale up from lab to land

Transdermal drug delivery systems have been used as safe and effective drug delivery devices. Various non-invasive administrations have recently emerged as an alternative to conventional needle injections. The transdermal drug delivery system (TDDS) represents the most attractive method among these due to its low refusal, easy handling. The advantage of the drug delivery route over the other types of delivery systems such as oral, topical, intravenous, intramuscular, etc. that's the patch may essentially can provide controlled release of the drug to the patient, usually through either a porous membrane. A transdermal patch is an adhesive patch with medication applied to the skin to deliver a specific dose to the skin and blood. It works best when the medicine is put inside the patch and worn on the skin for a long time. By this constant concentration of drug remain in blood for long time. TDDS could be applicable in not only pharmaceuticals but also in the skin care industry, including cosmetics. Transdermal drug delivery provides a controlled release of the drug to the patient, enhances a stable blood level profile, leading to a reduction in systemic side effects and, in some cases, improved performance in other dosage forms. The main purpose of the transdermal drug delivery system is to bring drugs into the circulation of the skin system at a predetermined level with minimal inter and interpatient variations.

Background The hypopressive exercise also known as hypopressive abdominal gymnastics, is a relatively recent technique used to help in exercising the pelvic floor and toning the abdomen and to increase the endurance of pelvic floor muscle (PFM) and basal tone of PFM subsequently helping in urethral constriction. The purpose of the study to find out the effectiveness of hypopressive exercise in women with utero-vaginal prolapse. Methods The exploratory case study was conducted in Aarupadai veedu medical college and hospital. Ten women aged between 25-45years and above and diagnosed with Grade 1 and 2 uterine prolapsed were participated in this study. Hypopressive exercises were encouraged daily for 8 weeks. PFDI-20, perineometer and modified oxford grading system were used pre and post to measure the degree of distress in pelvic organ and strength of the pelvic floor muscles. Result The result shows that pre and post mean difference there was statistically significant improvement in perineometer score t=9.03 (p=0.001), pelvic floor distress inventory t=8.83 (p=0.001) and modified oxford grading system t=8.55 (p=0.001) at 1% level of significance. Conclusion The study concluded that the hypopressive exercise improves quality of life, PFM function and reduces the POP symptoms and prolapse severity.

Abstract: High-utility itemset mining (HUIM) is an emerging area of data mining and is widely used. HUIM differs from the frequent itemset mining (FIM), as the latter considers only the frequency factor, whereas the former has been designed to address both quantity and profit factors to reveal the most profitable products. The challenges of generating the HUI include exponential complexity in both time and space. Moreover, the pruning techniques of reducing the search space, which are available in FIM because of their monotonic and anti-monotonic properties, cannot be used in HUIM. In this paper, we propose a novel selective database projection-based HUI mining algorithm (SPHUI-Miner). We introduce an efficient data format, named HUI-RTPL, which is an optimum and compact representation of data requiring low memory. We also propose two novel data structures, viz, Selective database projection utility list and Tail-Count list to prune the search space for HUI mining. Selective projections of the database reduce the scanning time of the database making our proposed approach more efficient. It creates unique data instances and new projections for data having fewer dimensions thereby resulting in faster HUI mining. We also prove upper bounds on the amount of memory consumed by these projections. Experimental comparisons on various benchmark data sets show that the SPHUI-Miner algorithm outperforms the state-of-the-art algorithms in terms of computation time, memory usage, scalability, and candidate generation.
