 Abstract

Abstract Jagannath Dham, Puri is one of the Chaturdhams of Hinduism and Sri Jagannath is the divine face of Pluralism, worshiped there as the lord of universe. It is a very sacred and sensitive institution for the Hindus. It needs special care and attention. Any deviation will hurt the sentiment of the Hindus and will create havoc. Lord Jagannath is the Rastra Devata (state deity) of Odisha. All Socio-political-cultural and religious activities of Odisha are center round the Lord. A new culture has originated from there and popular as Jaganath Culture in the globe. Irrespective of caste, creed, colour and faith, Lord Jagannath is accepted as the supreme head of the universe. He is Mahabishnu for Baishnavas, Bhairaba for Saivites, Shakti for Shaktaas, Sri Ganesh for Gaanapatyas, Buddha for Buddhists and Rishavanath for Jains. Tribal and regional (Dravid and Arya) cultural interface is also there. Every year fifty above festivals have been observed in Srimandir, Deities are decorated and dressed into thirty two types of Vesas in different festive occasions and multiple daily routine services (seva) are also offered. This is the multi faceted nature of Jagannath culture. So the management of Jagannath Temple was also very difficult and challenging task for Odisha Gajapaties. The multifaceted management system related to the socio-cultural-religious-political and economic activities of Srimandir is the matter of discussion of this study.

 Abstract

Iron manufacturing in the Khasi and Jaintia hills Meghalaya which dates back to about two thousand years old remain undisturbed till it was finally replaced by the factory-made British iron. The traditional iron industry of preliterate Khasi-Jaintia Hills has however generated keen interest among scholars right from the colonial times. Although no systematic investigation has been conducted from the science of Archeology to excavate any iron smelting sites in these hills, yet there are some documented literatures of the colonial period which provide figures to help quantify the magnitude of this traditional iron smelting and manufacturing industry on the forest vegetation in these hills. The current paper is a preliminary attempt to assess the destruction of the primary forest cover of on these hills due to the traditional iron industry leading to new adjustment in the social behavior with their surrounding environment.

 Abstract

To deploy innovative medical devices for the treatment and diagnosis of a variety of ailments, the safety of the global population is the top priority. Industry innovation and regulations collaborate to create devices for a variety of global markets while also improving the quality and safety of existing devices on the market. The most important factor for devices is to categorize the real regulatory pathway that guarantees that safety protocols and other regulatory criteria are met in a given jurisdiction. We conduct clinical studies for medical devices that are significantly different from those conducted for drug testing. The new NMPA regulation requires manufacturers of high-risk devices to submit a comprehensive overview of their data. The clinical trials regulation makes clinical trial data more transparent. In China, medical devices are regulated by China food drug, and administration. The Chinese medical device business, like the Chinese economy, is growing rapidly. For the best chance of making educated judgments about new medical devices, complete transparency is necessary.

 Abstract

A stable vesicle aggregation is a must for transporting and delivering biological and pharmacological standards. By happenstance, non-lipid vesicles made of non-lipid building blocks such common surfactants (CSs) were discovered and outperformed the competition. We examined lipid (cholesterol)-driven unilamellar vesicle formation in aqueous CSs in order to manufacture persistent, more stiff, and hydrophobic vesicles from standard surfactants. The vesicles have a high level of stability. The vesicles were studied using spectroscopic (turbidity measurements and fluorescence spectroscopy studies ), scattering (dynamic light scattering), and transmission electron microscopy techniques. Using fluorescence techniques, the hydration behaviour and stiffness of the vesicular bilayer following conversion from micellar meeting were examined. The resulting unilamellar vesicles are compared to sodium dodecyl sulphate, a common surfactant.

 Abstract

Abstract: The current study explores to gain knowledge about the challenges facing farmers Paddy cultivation in Thiruvarur District. Poor farmers face many problems in cultivating, harvesting and marketing their produce. Currently, the global demand for rice is growing very fast. Paddy is a common commodity used for basic human needs. The financial and non-financial aspect of the Government of India is that there is no progress in the special subsidy scheme among farmers. Farmer is the backbone of our Indian farming system which is reducing the poverty alleviation of increasing socio-economic development in our society. Therefore, research effort was made to find out their problem during paddy cultivation and harvesting. This study is based on primary and secondary data. Sample of 50 respondents with data obtained from various paddy cultivators. Sample survey was conducted in Odacheri village, Thiruvarur district in Tamil Nadu.

This project is build using flutter a cross platform mobile application which may be utilized in each android, ios and in the form of websites or web application. The product verification system makes use of Ethereum blockchain for deploying the smart contracts in the blocks. There are two users the manufacturers and the customers, the producers can be capable of save the product facts along with product price, product name, product manufacturing date, manufactured location and expiry date within the blockchain as smart contract which may be saved within side of QR codes and additionally it may be saved within side the NFC tags. Which may be then used in the product this QR code and the NFC acts as a digitalized invoice for the product. Where the customers can confirm the product or can look at the product both through scanning the QR code or through scanning the NFC tag to get product details. The smart contracts are constructed using solidity and the deployment became completed using Truffle blockchain deployment tool.  Abstract

Today, in our environment, it can be seen that land has become scarce and the demand for building renovation by builders and land developers is increasing sharply. As with real estate, there is a shortage of open land and it has become very expensive to build a home on open land. So, in the current scenario, builders are renovating old houses by modifying them according to customer requirements. This document has attempted to analyze and design the existing structure for the change proposed by Architect according to the client's requirements. The analysis and design are carried out according to I.S. 456:2000 with STAAD Pro. Two existing buildings with floors G+1 and G+4 is analyzed and planned. Among these, the first structure is an existing structure and the second is a continuous structure. After analyzing and designing the building, the techniques needed to strengthen the structure were proposed.

 Abstract

In modern times the quantity of on road vehicles is expanding very quickly. Most of the time, it is important to verify the identity of these vehicles for authorization of the transit regulation, overseeing parking garages. it is hard to check this colossal number of moving vehicles physically. Subsequently, building up a precise automatic license plate recognition model (ALPR) including character recognition is important to ease the issues mentioned above. We have developed a model based on multiple types of license plates from different countries. The dataset of images was trained using Yolov4 which uses CNN architectures. Character recognition was done using the Tesseract OCR after multiple image pre-processing techniques and morphological transformations. The proposed program has obtained an accuracy of 92% in license plate detection and 81% in character recognition.

Here we discuss the promising potential of ongoing technological advancements to enhance the food supply even further and to increase the health and wellness of the growing global population. This begins with a historical perspective that summarizes the parallel developments of agriculture and food technology, from the beginnings of modern society to the present. A section on food manufacturing explains the way food is processed and gives the details about various food processing methods that ensure food safety and preserve the quality of products. A section about potential solutions to future challenges briefly discusses the way in which scientists, the food industry, and policy makers are striving to improve the food supply for a healthier population and feed the future. Applications of science and technology within the food system have allowed production of foods in adequate quantities to meet the needs of society, as it has evolved. Today, our production-to- consumption food system is complex, and our food is largely not safe due to some preservatives, additives, isotopes added into Food while processing. It results into Cancer, Diabetes, Heart Failure like problems. Consumers have the right to expect that the foods they purchase and consume will be safe and of high quality. Consumers always ask for healthier foods ,a fact very often forgotten in on-going discussions. Our application systems and the food descriptors allow a very detailed identification of process treatment of ingrediants and meals.
