The need to take-off and land in stringent battlefield conditions necessitates the need for Vertical Take-Off and Landing (VTOL) capabilities in Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV). Also, a major issue associated with UAVs is that these aircrafts are not suitable for operations in limited airspace. This problem becomes huge especially in urban areas where the usage of runway is not possible, and UAVs usually have to fly at a relatively low speed and altitude. VTOL UAVs require less investment in infrastructure and geographical area for their operations as compared to other traditional aircrafts. Development of VTOL technology would not only strengthen our military but also eliminate the requirement of big airstrips. This paper focuses on the introduction, classification, applications and basic design process of VTOL UAVs keeping in mind the military requirements.

A wildland fire is an uncontrolled fire occurring majorly in forest areas, it can even invade urban as well as agricultural areas. Every year millions of hectares of forest are devastated by fire, which causes huge damage to forest and nature. The main causes of wildfires include human factors, that can be either intentional or accidental. A survey has found that 80% losses that are caused due to fire would have been actually avoided if the fire had been detected immediately. Arduino platform based IoT enabled fire detector and monitoring system is the solution to this problem. The number of forest fires and their impact are expected to grow as a consequence of the global warming. In order to fight against these disastrous fires, it is mandatory to adopt a multifaceted and comprehensive approach that enables a continuous situational awareness and instant responsiveness. wireless sensor networks (WSNs) technology is a very promising green technology for the future in detecting efficiently the forest fires when compared with the traditional techniques of forest fires detection.

Immunoglobulins form a very crucial part of cancer immunotherapy. Stimulating host tumour-antigen-specific immune responses such as induction of antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity, promotion of antibody-targeted cross-presentation of tumour antigens, activation and degranulation of immune effector cells and complement based cell destruction is the most essential role of immunoglobulins in cancer treatment. This review discusses the potentials of the different isotypes of antibodies - IgG, IgE, IgA and IgM in cancer therapy. It also gives insights of current treatment modifications and combinations which can further be studied in order to prolong and amplify immune responses to increase the clinical benefits of antibody therapy for human cancer.

The aim of this paper is to implement a better and accurate approach to perceive and foresee manually written digits from 0 to 9 and determine the identity of the digit. It is done by extracting the data from MNIST dataset, using Histogram of Oriented Gradients (HOG) algorithm and Support Vector Classifier (SVC) to fit this data. The analysis is done considering the parameters, recognition rate, error rate, mis-classified rate and computing time and the results are declared on the basis of accuracy and performance.

By using stock market prediction, the aim is to predict the values of stocks in the future. There has been a growing interest in stock market prediction technologies via the use of machine learning. This is done by taking the current values of the market after taking previous stock values as the training data. Various Machine learning techniques can be used to make prediction simpler in general. The proposed paper works on the working of 2 different algorithms, the Regression and LSVM based algorithm.

Present work is result of intensive, systematic collections made in the different parts of Ahmednagar during 2019-2020. During the present 39 angiospermic plants were collected. The work done so far on the flora of Ahmednage by Pradhan & Singh (1999), is not giving the correct and detailed account of weeds in the region. the several plants are growing as weeds in the waste places of town are used in different systems of medicines. Aim of the present work is to prepare a data on the weed plants of Ahmednagar and to highlight their utility aspect. Such a studies may give the correct idea about the usefulness of plants which grow in the vicinity. Altogether 39 weed plants have been enumerated and it includes botanical name, synonyms, family, local name, phonological data and locality. As far as weed flora is concerned the families like, Asteraceae with 9 species is on top, Fabaceae represents 8 weed species holds second position,Acanthaceae is on third position with 7 species while the families Convolulaceae and Euphorbiaceae are having 5 species each. Several families are representing single species. Total 39 species of the weeds collected are being used in the different systems of medicines for treating different ailments. The aim behind these studies is to prepare a detailed account of the weed flora of Ahmednagar with emphasis on the aspect of the weed plants.

The prevalence of hepatitis B virus in Africa is high due to the increase in risky activities such as needle stick injury, unprotected sex, transfusion of unscreened blood in some hospitals and injected drug users. A descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted at Kampala International University Teaching Hospital (KIU-TH) in Ishaka sub-county, Bushenyi district in western Uganda between December, 2014 and January, 2015. The purpose of the study was to determine the sero-prevalence of Hepatitis B virus infection among preclinical students of Kampala International University western campus (KIU-WC) and also, to know medical students who were infected before enroll in medical school and those who will be found negative; they will be vaccinated before going into the clinical areas. A total of one hundred and fifty (150) research participants were recruited for the study using a standard and systematic sampling technique. Samples were collected from preclinical students of Medicine and surgery, Medical laboratory sciences, Nursing and Pharmacy department. All samples collected into a plain tube were allowed to clot and centrifuged to obtain serum; this is because, serum is the most preferred sample in serological testing for antigen and antibody dependent. Samples were tested for HBsAg with SD BIOLINE USA immune chromatographic rapid test strips with high sensitivity of 99.8% and specificity of 100%. Data on risk factors were collected using a structured closed ended questionnaire. The prevalence of HBV infection in this study was 4% which is lower among the preclinical students of KIU. The significance risk factors in this study were needle stick injury with p-value of 0.04 which is less than the alpha of (0.05) contact with blood is significance at p-value 0.01 and transfusion of blood at significance level of 0.01. There is need for preclinical student to know their HBV status and those tested negative be vaccinated and this will give a clear source of HBV infection among medical students.

IoT has been proven as a big achievable for qualifying and enhancing healthcare services; such as monitoring at every time and anyplace. These services gather more than a few bio- indicators the usage of one of a kind sensors, together with electroencephalogram (EEG), electrocardiogram (ECG), electrical signal of the heart, electromyogram (EMG), electrical sign of muscles, Respiratory Rate (RR), and body motion. The accumulated statistics from these sensors can be processed, stored, or broadcast to a remote gadget (e.g. Cloud server). This paper gives an overview of the important medical sensors in IoT and a review of the modern state-of- the-art of IoT projects, and applied sciences required for healthcare services. The paper specifically, focuses on the using of IoT technologies in the healthcare region nowadays. A conclusion regarding the modern stage of improvement and open problems are obtained.
