This study investigates the impact of Yoga as a therapeutic intervention for improving pelvic floor strength and managing pelvic floor dysfunction (PFD) in post-menopausal women. Given the rising prevalence of PFD among aging women and the limitations of traditional treatment methods, there is an increasing need for holistic, non-invasive approaches like Yoga. The primary objective of this research was to assess the effectiveness of a 12-week Yoga program in enhancing pelvic floor muscle (PFM) strength, reducing symptoms, and improving quality of life in post-menopausal women. A randomized controlled trial was conducted with 100 participants, divided into an intervention group practicing Yoga and a control group receiving standard care. Data were collected through validated questionnaires and physical assessments at baseline, mid-intervention, and post-intervention stages. The study found significant improvements in PFM strength and reductions in PFDI-20 and PFIQ-7 scores within the Yoga group, along with marked enhancements in menopause-specific quality of life. These results indicate that Yoga is an effective, accessible, and low-cost intervention for managing PFD in post-menopausal women, providing both physical and mental health benefits. The conclusion emphasizes the potential of incorporating Yoga into women's health interventions to enhance the quality of life for those affected by pelvic floor dysfunction, and it calls for further research to validate these findings and explore their long-term effects.

With the rise of cloud computing and data outsourcing, ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information is increasingly complex. A major concern is memory leakage, which can expose data through hardware or software vulnerabilities. This paper presents a cryptographic framework for Secure Key Management for Leakage Resilient Encryption, designed to protect data in dynamic and distributed environments. The system integrates robust encryption (AES), searchable encryption, zero-knowledge proofs, and secure key management to support verifiable multi-keyword ranked search over encrypted data. A layered architecture and memory resilience mechanisms, including monitoring and anomaly detection, enhance security. Python-based simulations demonstrate strong protection, low-latency search performance, and effective leakage resistance, offering a practical solution to modern cloud data security challenges .

Abstract The history of keeping pets shows how animals evolved from functional companions to beloved family members. In ancient civilizations cats, dogs, horses and birds were symbolized as a status symbol and companionships. Dogs were the first domesticated animals used for hunting and protection in the prehistoric times. Cats were later valued for pest control. 5With the increasing trend of pet humanization, where pets are treated as family members, led to a rise for pet apparel and accessories. Pet owners are increasingly seeking stylish and functional clothing and other necessary options for their pets.6 This growth is driven by a rising number of cat adoptions and increased spending on pet wellness. While precise figures for the cat accessories market in India are scarce, the overall growth of the pet industry and the rising demand for pet accessories indicates a promising future for this segment. This business initiative investigates the unexplored potential within the pet care market by establishing a venture dedicated to providing stylish, functional, and comfortable products exclusively for cats. The objective is to design and deliver innovative solutions tailored to the unique needs of feline companions. These include breathable and lightweight apparel, cozy and ergonomically designed bedding, interactive toys that stimulate a cat's natural instincts, and chic yet practical accessories such as collars and harnesses. Flooding is a frequent occurrence around the world, impacting hundreds of millions of individuals and causing anywhere from 7,000 to 19,000 fatalities each time, with20% of these taking place in India. Effective early warning systems have been provento significantly reduce losses and property damage, however, many people donot have access to such systems. To address this issue, a Flood Prediction Systembasedon Machine Learning (ML) or Artificial Intelligence (AI) can be developed andused. This advanced prediction system delivers cost-effective and improved performanceoutcomes. The system is constructed using rainfall data to predict the likelihoodof flooding caused by excessive rainfall. The model forecasts the possibility of a "floodevent" based on the rainfall levels in specific locations. The prediction model is created using Indian monsoon rainfall data and is trained with algorithms suchas K- Nearest Neighbors and Logistic Regression. ls in real-time. It can also be used in autonomous cars and as a driving aid for people in general.

This study investigates how investments in mutual funds get impacted by FinTech platforms, with an emphasis on user satisfaction, accessibility, and convenience of use. FinTech has made investing easier and more attractive to young adults, particularly professionals and students, by utilizing automated tools, Robo-advisors, and real-time analytics. According to data from 120 respondents, SIPs are strongly preferred because of their disciplined approach, fund insights, low fees, and convenience of usage. Users, however, have complaints about the notifications and fund variety. FinTech improves financial inclusion and simplifies investments, but there are still issues including a lack of human advisors, gaps in digital literacy, and security concerns. APTMS and GPTMS have been modelled using SwissADME web tool and physicochemical, pharmacokinetics, drug-likeness and medicinal properties were studied. The results show that APTMS and GPTMS possess high gastrointestinal (GI) absorption and GPTMS especially shows blood brain barrier (BBB) permeation. Abstract: This paper examines the impact of students' learning styles on their academic achievement, specifically within high school environments where the mother tongue is the medium of instruction. The study aims to identify how visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning preferences influence students' performance in subjects taught in their native language. By analyzing academic records and learning style inventories from a sample of high school students in government schools of Andhra Pradesh, the research highlights a positive correlation between learning style compatibility and improved academic outcomes. The study concludes that when instruction aligns with a student's learning preference and is delivered in the mother tongue, academic performance significantly improves. The paper recommends the integration of multi-sensory teaching methods and supports the inclusion of mother tongue-based education in secondary schools.

The role of the Indian judiciary in enforcing human rights has been central to the development of constitutional jurisprudence in India. Since the adoption of the Constitution in 1950, the judiciary has played a crucial role in upholding the human rights of citizens through the interpretation of constitutional provisions, particularly Part III on Fundamental Rights. This paper explores the ways in which the judiciary has safeguarded human rights, focusing on constitutional safeguards, judicial interpretation, and the mechanisms for accountability in India's complex legal landscape. The judiciary has interpreted the Constitution expansively, ensuring that human rights protections extend beyond mere statutory provisions to include social, economic, and cultural rights, often derived from the Directive Principles of State Policy (DPSPs) and international law. In its role as the final interpreter of the Constitution, the judiciary has consistently interpreted human rights provisions to cover a wide range of rights, including the right to life (Article 21), freedom of speech (Article 19), and equality before the law (Article 14). Landmark judgments such as Maneka Gandhi v. Union of India (1978), Kesavananda Bharati v. State of Kerala (1973), and Vishaka v. State of Rajasthan (1997) have expanded the scope of constitutional rights, thereby strengthening India's human rights framework. The judiciary's mechanisms for ensuring accountability are also critical, including the Public Interest Litigation (PIL) process, which has allowed marginalized groups to approach courts for enforcement of their rights. However, challenges persist in ensuring full protection, especially in a context of political, economic, and social complexities. This paper critically examines these issues, offering insights into how the judiciary contributes to a vibrant democracy, guarantees justice, and ensures accountability in the protection of human rights.

This our project focuses on use of air on highway divider with the help vertical axis wind turbine. When the vehicle passed on the highway it produces a considerable amount of air due to its speed. This air tangentially strikes on the blade of the vertical axis wind turbine and its makes a rotation of the turbine in only one direction. The solar system is used to generate electrical energy and also installed in a way that it diverts the vehicle air towards the turbine. The generator with the gear mechanism is connected to the shaft of the vertical axis wind turbine to generate electricity. The electrical output of vertical axis turbine and the solar system is stored in a battery.

Inefficient energy control means that traditional tea processing machines waste too much electricity, resulting in high operational costs and resources waste. Error detection is manually delayed, leading to machine downtime, reduced productivity and increased maintenance costs. There is no real-time monitoring and prediction mechanism, resulting in electromechanical failures and electrical fires. The developed system combines IoT, intelligent sensors and adaptive control to efficiently optimize the energy consumption of the tea industry. Predictive analyses identify anomalies, promote timely interventions, and minimize energy waste for green tea production. IoT-based automation facilitates real-time monitoring, anticipated maintenance, and remote access for increased efficiency and reliability. AI-controlled data analysis reveals an understanding of behavioural patterns so that factory managers can make clear power optimization decisions. The integration of forecast expectations, real-time data recording and automated control systems provides a more sustainable and energy efficient tea production process in line with global initiatives for intelligent industry transition and energy saving

In today's competitive and rapidly evolving world, choosing the right career path is a frustrating task for many students, often leading to confusion and regret. As the students are going through their academics, they need to realize their capabilities and check their areas of interest so that they will decide which career is best suited for them. Many students choose their careers simply because their friends are choosing the same path or under their family pressure. The system is an innovative platform aimed to guiding secondary-level students in making well-informed career decisions. The system will help students by providing them right career recommendations based on students' interests, skills, and aptitude test outcomes. The platform not only offers career suggestions but also provides detailed insights into various educational pathways, helping students understand the steps needed to achieve their career goals. Additionally, it features a user friendly interface that allows students to explore suitable college options based on their field of interest and location. This system will also be focusing on the way we are using prediction algorithms to recommend career to students by identifying the attributes. The proposed system serves as a one-stop career counseling platform, equipping students with the necessary tools to explore their career opportunities and make informed decisions about their future.

AI Doctor 2.0 is an AI-based diagnostic framework that integrates both voice and vision inputs to simulate intelligent real-time doctor-like consultations. The system uses OpenAI's GPT and Vision models for understanding natural language and interpreting medical images like Xrays or skin rashes. ElevenLabs API is used to generate human-like speech for voice-based diagnosis feedback. The platform allows patients to describe symptoms through speech or upload an image, which is then analyzed using pretrained AI models. Voice input is processed via speech-to-text conversion, and images are encoded and analyzed using a multimodal large language model. The AI returns a diagnosis, which is both displayed and read out to the user, increasing accessibility. The system is implemented using Python, Flask/FastAPI, and Gradio, allowing real-time interaction and easy deployment. Testing included real-world inputs to evaluate system accuracy, performance, and output quality. The results demonstrate the effectiveness of combining NLP and vision analysis in healthcare applications. This framework can be extended to include multilingual support, medical report generation, and IoT health device integration in future versions. AI Doctor 2.0 serves as a promising step towards accessible, intelligent, and scalable AI-powered digital healthcare platforms for remote diagnosis and primary consultation support

The Public Distribution System (PDS) in Kerala Plays a crucial role ensuring food security for rural households by providing essential food grains and commodities prices.. Kerala has the unique distinction of being the forerunner among states in establishing universal PDS, ensuring equity and social justice. The introduction of the Targeted Public Distribution System (TPDS) in 1997, replacing the universal food distribution system, was a major policy shift in the wake of globalization. While the TPDS provided subsidized food grains to BPL families, several equally deserving APL families were thrown out of the scheme. Though the PDS ensured food grains to every deserving family in the state, the distribution system remained leaky. There was insufficient mechanism to monitor the off- take system. Mismanagement, corruption and bureaucratization were rampant during the earlier regime. The AePDS has radically transformed the rationing system in Kerala. The present study examined the efficiency and effectiveness of the Aadhar Enabled Public Distribution Mechanism (AePDS) established in 2015. Through the study, the author attempted to unravel the accessibility of PDF, service delivery satisfaction, and efficacy of the electronic system developed for the purpose. A select number of authorised ration dealers from Ernad Taluk of Malappuram district were studied. The study was completed by selectively incorporating quantitative as well as qualitative data. The Researcher conducted in-depth interviews with ration card holders, shop owners, and taluk-level officials of the AePDS.
