 Abstract

The Coimbatore consumer perception toward organic products with special reference to awareness, preference, and determinants form the ambience for the study. This research found that most of the respondents, especially youngsters and students, had knowledge of organic products and purchased organic products mainly because of health and environment conservation. Fruits and vegetables were the most popularly purchased items. However, hindrances in the form of a high price, scarcity of supply, and lack of confidence in certification anywhere cripple the acceptance of organic. Though a few constraints exist, consumers are generally favourable toward organic products. Development of affordability, improved distribution, and further public awareness will greatly enhance demand for organic products and support sustainable consumer behaviour.

 Abstract

Thermoplastic elastomers are materials showing the properties of thermoplastics at processing temperatures and those of elastomers at service temperatures. At low temperatures, the thermoplastic phase acts as crosslinks or reinforcing filler particles in between the soft rubbery phase. Polyethylene- natural rubber blends have promising properties like thermoplastic behavior. Latex product waste when replaces natural rubber in such blends, proves to be a potential substitute for producing several end products using thermoplastic elastomers. Also, recycling and reusing waste rubber is the need of the hour, which is being realized in this process.

 Abstract

Celebrity endorsements and their counterparts have been examined in the study to highlight their possible impacts on consumers' buying behaviour relative to the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. A sample of 120 respondents has been drawn from this exercise in testing the effectiveness of both forms of endorsements for building trust in the brand, recalling the brand, and, ultimately, deciding on purchases. What they found is that even though celebrity endorsement brings the attention and visibility of a brand, the endorser actually tends to be perceived as more genuine and, therefore, more trustworthy. Honest feedback and relatability of the non-celebrity endorser make this more credible in most cases. However, celebrity endorsements still have a better edge when intending to influence buying decisions-as with younger demographics. As such, the conclusions drawn from the study are that an ideal combination of both the endorsements will maximize the marketing impact and consumer engagement.

 Abstract

In the current medical insurance claims process, there are problems of low efficiency and complex services. When a patient applies for medical insurance claims, he/she must go to the hospital to apply for a diagnosis certificate and receipt and then send the relevant application documents to the insurance company. The patient will not receive compensation until the company completes the verification with the patient's hospital. However, we can improve the current dilemma through blockchain technology. Blockchain technology can effectively open up the information channels of the insurance industry and medical institutions, promote industry integration, and enhance the ability of insurance companies to obtain information. In this project we proposed an integrated healthcare system in which all the hospitals and insurance companies will be able to do registration in our system. The patient's health record eg medical bills, reports, admit cards etc will be maintained on blockchain servers in encrypted format and patient will be able to claim the insurance. The insurance company will be able to review all the bills and reports. As all data is maintained on blockchain servers there is no possibility of manipulation in bills and reports hence transparency will be maintained and security of the claims processing will be increased. This blockchain-based approach offers significant improvements in data privacy, security, and efficiency, and has the potential to revolutionize the management of healthcare records by ensuring that all critical healthcare information--patient data, medical documents, and insurance records--are securely and transparently handled in a unified systemThe integration of these three key data sets within a single blockchain framework ensures seamless interaction and verification of records across all stakeholders. The use of a decentralized ledger enhances data security, reduces fraud, and provides an auditable trail of all transactions, ensuring accountability. Furthermore, the system allows for faster claims processing, minimizes administrative overhead, and improves the accuracy of medical treatments by ensuring that accurate and up-to-date patient information is always available.[3]

 Abstract

We know India is a culturally rich and religiously diverse country.Every state has different taste of it which are unique in their own way .It is not possible to cover each of the rituals, traditions ,myths in one paper. For my paper i have focused on a ritual which is very significant to the Rajbangshi people of North Bengal especially in coochbehar. Every belief is related to the origin of any community and interrelated with the heritage of them hence it becomes very important for them. The Rajbanshis worshiped many deities and perform many rituals. One such indigenous belief is 'Masan Puja'.It is losing its importance due to the modernisation and education in the community. This paper also covers the 'Masan painting' inspired by this deity masan that are used during the puja along with the idol. The purpose of this paper is to draw attention to the cultures of small tribal groups which are disappearing over time .

 Abstract

The Centralized Resource Administration Dashboard is a comprehensive and integrated platform designed to improve the efficiency and transparency of resource management within an organization. In many institutions and enterprises, resource tracking and administration are often fragmented across multiple systems, leading to inefficiencies, duplication of efforts, and difficulty in obtaining accurate data for decision-making. This dashboard addresses these challenges by consolidating all resource-related information--such as human resources, equipment, digital assets, infrastructure, and financial tools--into a single, centralized interface. With role-based access control, users can manage, monitor, and analyze resources according to their specific administrative level or department. The system provides real-time data visualization, automated notifications, and intelligent analytics to help users make informed decisions, reduce wastage, and optimize utilization. It includes features such as resource booking and allocation modules, request and approval workflows, performance tracking, usage history, and customizable reporting tools. Integration with existing enterprise systems (like HRM, ERP, or inventory software) is made possible through secure APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency across the organization. This centralized approach enhances organizational accountability by keeping a transparent record of resource movements and usage trends. It supports strategic planning and forecasting by offering valuable insights derived from historical and current data. The dashboard is built to be scalable and adaptable to different sectors, including education (for managing classrooms, labs, faculty), healthcare (equipment, staff, and facilities), corporate settings (project resources, departments, budgets), and government institutions (public assets, manpower, logistics). Ultimately, the Centralized Resource Administration Dashboard empowers organizations to reduce overhead, improve collaboration, and make smarter, data-driven administrative decisions. Technologically, CRAD can be built using a modern web stack, incorporating frameworks like React or Angular for the front end, and Node.js, Django, or Laravel for the back end. A robust database such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB would store and manage resource data, while APIs facilitate integration with other enterprise systems like ERP, CRM, or HRM platforms. Security is a priority, with features like encrypted data transmission, audit logs, and user authentication systems ensuring that sensitive information remains protected.

 Abstract

With the objective to improve banking operations and user experience, this paper introduces SVR Bank, a digital bank management system. Key functions including account administration, transaction processing, and a password recovery system via name and cell phone number are all included in SVR Bank, which prioritizes security, scalability, and user-friendliness. The dark- themed user interface of the system is contemporary, visually appealing, and functionally optimized. In order to address the difficulties in putting important banking functions into practice while maintaining a safe and user-friendly platform, this study investigates the system's architecture and development. SVR Bank provides both users and administrators with a smooth and effective digital banking experience, acting as a comprehensive solution for contemporary banking environments.

 Abstract

Women entrepreneurs have been making a significant impact in all segments of the economy like retail trade, restaurants, hotels, education. Women are active participants in the small and micro enterprises (SME) sector throughout the world, especially those running informal enterprises. Women sector occupies nearly 45% of the Indian population. However, research has shown that women entrepreneurs face particular socio-cultural, educational and technical constraints to starting, and growing their own enterprises (International Labour Organization, 2003:1). All business owners face certain challenges, but women, because of their gender, often have additional challenges and obstacles that their male peers are less likely to encounter. Indian women have to go a long way to achieve equal rights and position because traditions are deep rooted in Indian society. In addition women entrepreneurs have a number of opportunities which they are not fully taking advantage of such as women associations, conferences and international markets. The purpose of this study is to analyse the Strengths, weakness, Opportunities and Threats faced by the Women Entrepreneurs.

 Abstract

In modern communication systems, ensuring data security during transmission is a fundamental requirement. This project introduces a wireless data messaging system using RF (Radio Frequency) technology integrated with encryption and decryption mechanisms for secure communication. Aimed particularly at rural and remote areas, the system employs Zigbee-like RF modules for two-way communication between devices. Central to the system is a PIC microcontroller that processes and transmits messages entered via a PL2303 USB-TTL interface on a laptop. The received messages are decrypted and displayed on an LCD, with additional alert functionality provided by a buzzer. The project demonstrates practical implementation of secure RF communication using embedded C programming, and incorporates components such as regulated power supplies, crystal oscillators, and LED indicators. This system has applications in emergency services, public safety announcements, and other critical communication needs
