 Abstract

During the early barbaric society there was no existence of criminal law system, back then it was “A tooth for a tooth, an eye for an eye and a life for a life”. In the light of the controversies which took place back in the day by the legal professionals, this paper is a meek effort to study this endemic. The paper inspects the ambiguity under the present apparatus. i.e., the Statutes, Articles of the Constitution of India which are formulated to discipline the errant practices by the lawyers and judges. Where some lawyers, out of many, who get caught, are punished, where the judicial attitude towards White Collar Crimes deals with attitude of Judiciary towards the crimes numerous judgments delivered by Judges in favour and safeguarding the culprits.; the provisions related to impeachment of judges quaff in Article 124(4) & (5) of Constitution of India as well as the Judges(Inquiry) Act, 1968, is pining on effective and fortunate application.

 Abstract

Concrete, steel and bricks are commonly used materials in construction practice, of which, bricks are most commonly used constituent. Masonry walls are commonly used in partition thereby large numbers of brick elements are required in construction of building. Since the large demand has been placed on building material industry especially in the last decade owing to the increasing population which causes a chronic shortage of building materials, the civil engineers have been challenged to convert waste to useful building and construction material. Recycling of such waste as raw material alternatives may contribute in the exhaustion of the natural resources; the conservation of not renewable resources; improvement of the population health and security preoccupation with environmental matters and reduction in waste disposal costs. In the review of utilization of those waste, this paper reviewed recycling various waste material in bricks production. This work has presented the evaluation of the compressive strength of hybrid bricks from interlocking brick making.

Abstract: Education is a tool for transmission of culture, accumulated knowledge and experiences of a society transformed through a medium of Language. World Federation of Modern Language Associations discussed about the following four goals of global education Knowledge, Skills, Attitude and Action which must be included in Language Teaching Curriculum. Global Education deals with the uniformity in design, content and structure of education system. India is a Multilingual, Multiethnic and Multicultural country in which many small groups speak diverse Languages and Dialects which are barriers to standardise, globalise and internationalisation of education to compete with International standards. The Language Policy in India relating to the use of Language in Administration, Judiciary, Legislative and Education System. It is pluralistic in its scope and with the help of Constitutional provisions encourages the citizens to use their Mother Tongue to develop as well as survival of Indian Languages. As per 1991 census more than 1650 Mother Tongues genetically belonging to five different Language Families prevailing in India given provision for education in multiple languages and mother tongues. The Sixth All India Educational Survey indicates that 41 languages are taught as School Languages and 19 of them are used as medium of instruction at different levels. In this critical context of Globalization of Education system this paper intended to reveal the importance of modernising the regional Languages Curriculum with the help of Language Technology to standardise Indian Languages to survive and cope up with International Languages.

 Abstract

Employee efficiency is a vital component of a company's performance in today's dynamic global setting. High levels of stress in the workplace can have a direct negative effect on employee productivity. Stress is a common component, and people from all walks of life are subjected to it. Employers are also investigating the stress management problems that lead to workers' poor job performance. The study's main purpose was to measure stress and its effect on employee productivity. The research was carried out in Ranipet's Leather Industry. The research design chosen was a descriptive survey. Affordability a sample size of 150 was selected using convenience sampling techniques. Questionnaires were used to gather information. The findings revealed that the respondents were subjected to a variety of stressors, and the investigation revealed that stress had an effect on productivity. The majority of respondents said they work under extreme stress and that they don't feel cared about by their employers. The fact that the majority of respondents considered quitting their jobs because they believed their employers didn't care about them reflected a high level of discontent, which inevitably lowered productivity. Management should perform an overview of the organisational atmosphere and environment by evaluating why workers believe Leather Industries does not care for its employees and what they can do to improve this. It was also proposed that an Employee Assistance Program be implemented to allow for early detection and intervention of issues in order to maintain productivity levels.

 Abstract

Electrocardiogram or ECG waveform is one of the most common names that comes up in the healthcare sector. It is often the foremost step that is taken by the healthcare professionals when it comes to dealing with any cardiovascular issues. The signals from the ECG waveform are a reflection of how the heart functions. Any abnormalities encountered in the waveform are a reflection of underlying problems that a person may be suffering from. Using technology, especially Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence in the healthcare industry can open up new doors and provide valuable assistance in the treatment of diseases. HealthyHeart is our proposed way that classifies CVD by using Random Forest Algorithm on the data obtained from the ECG signals. An accuracy of 97.7% was achieved by training the developed model over 979273 data entries. The accuracy rate indicates that HealthyHeart is a good fit for producing accurate results.

 Abstract

In this paper, genetic algorithm (GA) and particle swarm optimization (PSO) techniques are used, to analyze the optimal DG placement for minimization of power losses to facilitate the large-scale integration of DG Into distribution systems. The impact of DG on losses is also analyzed. Soft computing technique PSO is exhibited to be flexibly suitable for execution at any type of power system with the specified system bus data & line data. GA and PSO soft computing optimization techniques have been analyzed and tested on the standard benchmark IEEE 30-bus system. Results obtained after applying both optimization techniques on the American Electric IEEE 30-bus system with the same control variable with maximum & minimum limits and system data have been compared and analyzed. The result validates that the appropriate allocation and size of DG are the significant factors that affect the accommodation of the growing levels of DG in distribution networks.
