Phenology is a term that refers to the dates of the first occurrence of each natural event in its annual cycle. It entails examining how living organisms react to seasonal and climate changes in their surroundings. A total of 11 species from seven families were chosen at random for the study, including two Sapotaceae species, two Fabaceae species, two Moraceae species, two Meliaceae species, one Rutaceae species, one Moringaceae species, and one Bignoniaceae species. The current study evaluated the phenology of selected tree species from New Maninagar and jashoda nagar, Ahmedabad, over a three-month period (January 2021 to March 2021). Selected tree species and their branches were tagged for observations of various phenological events at these study sites, and visited these sites at least three times in a month for observations. Observations were made during the interval between two sampling dates (usually 10 days) and presented as phenogram. In all conspecific trees, the following phenological events were observed viz. 1) Leafing 2) Flowering 3) Fruiting and 4) Leaf fall. This research found that maximum leaf initiation occurred in the months of February and March (06 species), maximum flowering occurred in the months of January and March (03 species), maximum fruiting occurred in the months of January and March (07 species), and maximum leaf fall occurred in the months of January and March (02 species). The variations in phenophases are due to changes in environmental conditions, habitat, and soil availability, as well as the nutrient content of the soil, which was adapted to the habitats in accordance with the surrounding abiotic and biotic environment of this study area.

This paper addresses genetic algorithm based method to find k shortest and longest path of a graph. The k-shortest path problem is a generalisation of the shortest path problem in graph theory. It has applications in areas like network routing and multi-object tracking. The longest path problem, on the other hand, is a generalisation of the Hamiltonian path problem. It is used in finding the critical path, among other things. This has applications in circuit design, planning and scheduling. The proposed genetic algorithm based method has been applied to both problems and the conditions which yield the maximum number of paths are determined. The proposed method is efficient to find out better quality path. Comparison with a traditional algorithm is made to judge the effectiveness of the approach

Banks play a crucial role in providing the desired financial resources to the needy sectors of the economy. And therefore, banks are considered as the supporting pillar and backbone for the economy. The flow of money from person to person, business to business, country to country just possible due to the efficient banking system. Credit or default risk exists in money lending in the form of short, medium, and long-term advances. When bank or financial institution loans or advances turn out to be non-productive, non-rewarding, or non-paying, they become non-performing assets. Indian banks are in poor shape, with large amounts of bad loans and a sharp increase in gross nonperforming assets (NPAs). The aim of this paper is to examine non-performing assets in major public sector banks and their implications for bank profitability. The study is focused on secondary data from RBI studies, various gazetted websites, and various online research papers and articles relevant to the subject.

Abstract: The intention of this study is to look into the connection between Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and Economic Growth in the state of Madhya Pradesh in India. The indirect impact of FDI is through economic expansion which results in the progress of living standards due to the increase in GDP, improvement of skill and output, as well as the economic environment. According to the DPIIT, FDI inflows in the state Madhya Pradesh, between April 2000 and March 2020 summed up to US$ 1,512.65 million. The study highlights the major impact areas of FDI and its key findings suggest that we still have a long way to go to achieve its benefits. It would be important to ensure inter-state healthy competition in create a center of attention domestic and Foreign Direct Investment. For the intention of study secondary data and reports are being used which are collected by reports published by RBI, DPIIT & Fact sheet on foreign direct investment.

ABSTRACT Pulmonary tuberculosis is an adult disease. Population in 0-19 years (comprising 50% of total population) contain only 7% of total prevalence cases. Remaining 93 % of cases are distributed in population aged 20 and above. the A exploratory study was used to assess the impact of PTB on the life style of persons affected by PTB and the coping strategies adopted by them, at a selected hospitals in selected hospital the objective of the study was as perceived affected PTB through structured interview schedule. Purposive sampling technique was used to obtain a sample of 100 adult persons affected by PTB .The data were collected personally by the investigator and data were interpreted using descriptive and inferential statistics. The majority of adult persons were affected by PTB were males. findings was lack of health education rendered by health workers and lack of motivation and awareness among PTB regarding protection, prevention and management of PTB had increased the impact of PTB on lifestyle .study revealed that most (81%) of the adult persons affected by PTB were facing complications.

It is a syndrome which is irreversible, although patient can lead a reasonably healthy lifestyle. Its complications reduced in life expectancy. These include macrovascular disease, leading to an increased prevalence of coronary artery disease, peripheral vascular disease and stroke, microvascular damage causing diabetes retinopathy, nephropathy and neuropathy. The present case is an evidence based serial record of totally controlled diabetes mellitus exclusively with homoeopathic prescription with minimum dose of potentized drug selected on the basis of steps of repertorization. Since this report is based on a single case of recovery, results of more such cases are to be strengthen the present study.

The COVID-19 pandemic has the potential to be one of the most significant threats to the financial services sector in nearly a century. The effect of COVID-19 on banking will be a significant drop in demand, lower wages, and production shutdowns, all of which will harm banks' business. For many people, this epidemic has turned into a danger as well as an opportunity. Adopting such changes was not straightforward, but everyone has now accepted the new normal. Both society and banks have faced challenges as a result of the pandemic, but they have worked together to overcome them. Banks also put a strategy in place to protect staff and consumers from the coronavirus's direct economic effects. In this paper, we are aimed to demonstrate how covid-19 affects consumer relationships in the banking and financial sectors.

Population aging is a worldwide phenomenon, and India is no exception to the rule. Census reports indicate that the Indian population has approximately tripled during the last 50 years, but the number of elderly Indians has increased more than fourfold. When considering the continuation of the trend, the United Nations predicts that the Indian population will again grow by 50 percent in the next 50 years, whereas the elderly population is expected to grow another fourfold. India has more than 50% of its population below the age of 25 and more than 65% below the age of 35. It is expected that, in 2020, the average age of an Indian will be 29 years, compared to 37 for China and 48 for Japan; and, by 2030, India's dependency ratio should be just over 0.4. This paper also tries to draw attention on the increasing urbanization trend in India. It tries to highlight that though presently, in absolute terms, the urban population is relatively much lesser than the rural population, still we cannot afford to overlook the shifting rural to urban population trends. The share of urban population of the total is constantly increasing. It is estimated that close to the year 2050 more people in India would live in urban areas rather than rural. This makes the time apt for looking into the urban India challenges separately, strategizing afresh, with focus on urban issues and not merely extending the existing development strategies, with less focus on urban issues.
