Comprehensive Education is viewed as outstanding amongst other type of training to guarantee the value and uniformity in instruction. Besides it can possibly contribute towards all out execution of RTE as the framework incorporates all sort of students regardless of their physical and mental debilitations which is likewise the objective of the RTE. Be that as it may, to have a comprehensive framework in instruction it ends up mandatory to evaluate the disposition of all the partners. As the instructors are the essential partner in the training framework it is most basic to know the demeanor of the educators towards comprehensive instruction. The present examination surveys the frame of mind of essential and optional teachers towards comprehensive instruction in connection to their sex, working background, working level and their preparation. In spite of the fact that no critical contrast was found between the demeanor of educators towards comprehensive instruction in connection to their sex and preparing, yet huge distinction was found in the frame of mind in connection to their experience and working level.

The concept of cosmopolitan community is fast developing in India. People from one region migrate to other for education, job, business and a variety of reasons. All official communication will be done using a common language. But for the day-to-day life the common language is not to support anymore. The passengers during the transit to other place, the language falls as a barrier. The identification of place displayed on the name board of public transport is grueling to the passengers. In the public transport, usually the name of the places will be displayed in local language or occasionally in English. Technology comes in handy to the cosmopolitan society. The use of technology can be devised as an app, which will be accessed by the users. This paper concludes with the design of app that reads out the destined place when focused on name board of public transport. The proposed system is interfaced with image processing technology, OCR and Text-to-Speech. Thus, the role of a language translator can be reduced thereby people can commute in public transport without the aid of local people. The work is confined with Telugu Language and fixed letters associated with the destination name displayed on the name board.

This project demonstrates the study of improving the efficiency of the solar panel using active cooling method and dust control. Solar energy is one of the most extensively exploited natural resource. As per the characteristics of the solar panel, it will give maximum output when the panel is maintained with fixed temperature. The increase in temperature beyond the fixed value and the deposition of dust on the solar panel decreases the output by a large percentage. In order to overcome this problem ACTIVE COOLING METHOD is used. In industries, to monitor the performance of the solar panel, IoT based systems and various other sensors are used. In this module TEMPERATURE sensor is used to measure the temperature of the panel and LDR sensor is used to sense the dust on the solar panel. The CURRENT sensor is used to monitor the performance of the solar panel. The active cooling method uses water as the cooling agent to maintain the temperature and remove the dust particle.

Synchronous generators in any power system exhibit rotor oscillations around their nominal steady state and power system stabilizers are used to damp out these oscillations. The Static Synchronous Series Compensator (SSSC) serves the function of power flow control, voltage and angle stability enhancement. SSSC can induce both capacitive and inductive series voltage on a line and gives a better possibility for damping electromechanical oscillations. This paper investigates the operation of an SSSC-PSS model in the operation of a generation system. It compares the response of the generating station to a conventional PSS & SSSC along with a fuzzy based PSS & SSSC. The paper investigates the effect of fuzzy based PSS in the power system operation and also the effect of membership function in the operation of fuzzy controller.

Chitra Baneerjee pens to unite people. She hopes through her writing to dissolve boundaries among people of different backgrounds, communities, ages, and even different worlds. Her writing often centers on the lives of immigrant women. She is interested in womens development in their life. She realized that there was no main stream shelter for immigrant women on dissolves the place where people would understand their cultural needs and problems in the United States. Because of the experience she gathered from counselling sessions, the lives of Asian women opened up to her, revealing unimaginable crises. The character examines in this paper seems to be confident and definite in their actions. The characters fight against them and reveal their own ideas. In her novel Queen of Dreams, the protagonist Rakhi is caught between her mothers past and her own present. This shows the protagonist mental state and how she over comes it. The impact of the past is found in the present life of Rakhi. The writer shows indirectly how the past life of ones life reflects the present. The decisions in her life are hard to make, but yet she displays an air of confidence. A modest attempt has been made in this paper to analyse the womens predicaments with Cultural Identity in Chitra Banerjees Queen of Dreams. This dissertation examines all these aspects with relevant incidents from the novel. It also examines immigrant cultural dilemmas, and their identity crises as many of the characters in these novels go through an immigrant experience. Finally, this study paves a way for further research in the novels of Chitra Banerjee.

The world is getting modernized and industrialized day by day which result in increase of vehicles and engines. But on other hand the energy sources used in these engines are restricted and decreasing gradually. The dramatic increase in usage of fossil fuels has also caused unprecedented changes to the global environment and climate. The need of a renewable, sustainable and alternative fuel for engines arises so that all the aspect is able to cover. This situation leads to seek an alternative fuel for engines that are bio fuels. Bio fuels are a non-toxic, eco-friendly and renewable alternative fuel that can be used in engines with slight modification. Bio fuel is currently expensive but could be produced from low-cost. In this paper study on different bio fuels has been reviewed to explore the benefits of its over fossil fuels as an alternative fuel.

Agriculture is a top priority in India but today the people involved in agriculture are of a lower class and face a lot of trouble in their day to day life due to extreme poverty. In India about 15% of GDP (Good Domestic Product) comes from agriculture but the employers in this work are 50% of our working population. Income generation is one of the biggest causes of Farm Suicide in India. Due to lack of awareness of modern technology or advanced techniques it leads to Farm poverty. Even after all the hard work and produce done by the farmers, in today's market the farmers are urged by the Agents, which leads to poverty. Middleman's role in marketing the farm product is necessary to remove in order to provide direct sales between farmers and customers. The area will guide farmers in all aspects, current market value of different products, total market value and profitability of products sold, access to new e-learning farming techniques, various agricultural related issues and an in-house view of various agricultural government strategies including agricultural compensation schemes . This website helps farmers ensure maximum profitability by using direct farmer to customer and language communication with farmers. This optimization site allows for better communication between the farmer and the customer.

Sexuality has been a topic of high interest as the number of taboos surrounding it. Expression of sexuality differs from culture to culture and has a restricted expression in a eastern countries like India. This study measures and compares the dimensions of sexuality given by Snell i.e. sexual esteem, sexual depression and sexual preoccupation. The study was conducted among 100 young adults that consists of 50 males and 50 females. The sample was taken from Chennai district in Tamil Nadu based on convenience sampling. The research design opted for the study is Ex-Post Facto research design. The tool used is Sexuality Scale developed by William E Snell(1989). The result concludes that there is no significant difference (p>.05) in dimensions of sexuality scale among males and females young adult. That reveals that although there a a stigma of women not being sexually expressive, they share the similar kind of scores for each dimension of sexuality whether positive or negative.

Studies on the bacterial properties of nymphs and adults of the red palm weevil Rhynchophorus phoenicis tested as pristine (treatment A) and in palm wine soaked forms (treatment B) was carried out in Biological Sciences laboratory of Niger Delta University in Bayelsa State. Using pour plate method on nutrient agar medium, the enumeration of the heterotrophic bacteria showed marked differences in the Bacterial population with weevils of treatment A having higher bacterial counts than those of B. Enumeration of the Coliform bacteria counts were higher in the test samples of treatment A, with tcfu range of 9.4 104 to 1.16 104 while that of treatment B was 4.9 104 to 6.6 104. Bacteria culture of the samples indicated a number of bacteria morphologies with treatment A showing higher diversity of bacteria (6-10) as against treatment B with 4-5. Biochemical tests and characterization of Bacteria isolates in treatment A was positive for Bacillus subtilis, Proteus vulgaris, Citrobacter, Escherichia, Serratia, Micrococcus and Staphylococcus species while treatment B showed positive for Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Citrobacter fruendii, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Salmonella, Proteus and Bacillus species respectively. The percentage occurrence of the Bacterial isolates revealed highest percentage (19%) for Citrobacter specie and Escherichia coli while Pseudomonas and Micrococcus species had the least percentage occurrence of 6%. Hence, we hereby recommend that caution be raised on the consumption of raw palm weevils, as the insects harbor soil and water bacteria in their bodies that could pose as health risk factor to consumers.

Digital information has grown exponentially with lot of choices for services and products. Hence, filtering, prioritizing and efficient delivering of relevant information to tackle the problem of information overload is needed. This problem is solved in recommendation systems by searching through huge volumes of dynamically generated information to provide users with personalized contents and services. Historical data of users preference and their purchases to predict items that might interest the users are used by recommendation systems. Recommendation engines mainly use the classifier algorithms for best prediction. So, it is noted that to develop accurate classifier algorithm to enhance the performance of recommendation engines. Random forest and decision tree popular classifier algorithms of choice that shares merits of high accuracy, high classifying speed, strong learning ability and simple construction. In this paper, we analysis a system which uses Random Forest and Decision Tree at multilevel strategies to predict the recommendations based on skills while targeting users mindset and current trends. Compared to decision tree that provides 84.2% accuracy, random forest is better with 90.1% accuracy provided with feasible performance.

Traffic sign detection and recognition is an important part of any autonomous vehicle. One of the many important aspects for a self-driving vehicle is the ability for it to detect traffic signs in orders to provide safety and security for the people not only inside the car but also outside of it. Road signs which are designed for human eyes are easily detectable and recognizable provide the result that the method is fast and robust. The detection and recognition procedure is performed in a real time. So, we design a system which can automatically detect and recognizes the traffic sign board with image processing technology.

In spite of services rendered by several extension agencies, information reach to the farming sector is not up to the expected level. Despite wide range of reform initiatives in agricultural extension in India in the past decades, the coverage of, access to, and quality of information provided to marginalized and poor farmers is uneven. Though transfer of technologies from lab to land has become motto of all research institutes and Government agencies, on an average public extension services reach only 6.8 per cent of farmers. On the other hand due to the non availability of public extension system, farmers have found alternate mode of receiving information through television channels, neighboring progressive farmers and more importantly through social media in recent years. Due to the increasing level of mobile network penetration in rural areas, It makes instant access of information by the farmers through. social media. It has become most convenient in accessing new technologies adopted by famers across the globe. Hence exploring other options of alternate communication delivery mechanisms gains more importance in present scenario. At this moment Social media stands as a prime source for farmers to gain knowledge and sharing views on farm technologies. This paper tries to explain the constraints faced by the farmers in accessing information from public extension agencies and also tries to prove that social media can be utilized effectively as an alternate communication channel. As a result of this analysis, farmers are in regular access to social media to meet their knowledge requirement and YouTube remains most preferred by farmers due to the audio visual communication. This helps in increasing efficiency in reaching farmers and minimize communication gap in farming sector.

The objective of this paper is to analyze and select the maintenance strategies of a chemical plant-FACT using Analytic Network Process. ANP model structures the decision problem in a hierarchical form and links the determinants, dimensions, and enablers with alternatives available to the decision maker. ANP is a powerful multi-criteria decision-making tool to consider interdependencies among and between levels of decision attributes. The comparative evaluation between alternatives was done based on the feedback of ten relevant executives. Geometric mode of their response was considered as the combined evaluation score. Thus, the ANP-based approach for enhancing the maintenance strategy selection proposed in this paper provides a more realistic and accurate representation of the problem. Further, a quantified value named as overall weighted score, which would give an indication of the maintenance of an organization and provide directions to managers where the improvement efforts has been derived. The paper concludes with managerial implication and scope for future work.
