 Abstract

India's G-20 (the group of 20 nations) presidency offers the opportunity for us to set the agenda for the next phase of development. Women-20 (W20) is an official engagement group under the G-20 which focuses on actualizing vision of "Women-Led Development" in order to create a world of equality and equity. The new India envisions women as equal partners in the sustainable development of the country which is possible only when there is gender inclusiveness in all spheres of public and political life. The Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) targets women's effective participation and opportunities for leadership at all levels of decision making, promotes gender inclusive public administration and institutions. In the light of above discussion this research paper is an attempt to find out how gender inclusive Indian Public Administration is? Further the paper suggest ways, W20 can adopt to prioritize the collection of gender-disaggregated data for developing targeted interventions and monitoring progress towards gender equality. Also how W20 will play a crucial role in advancing the SDG target of an inclusive administration that is sensitive towards women-led growth of the country.

 Abstract

The cloud resources are accessible to cloud users over the internet to accomplish the desired requirements in the fields of finance, education, internet business, and nearly all organizations. Enhancing the effectiveness and performance of a cloud environment requires job scheduling to optimize resource allocation and utilization.. The job scheduling issue mainly focuses on the best or optimal solution for mapping of jobs to the virtual machines to minimize the total processing time of jobs. This paper presents a novel approach for enhancing job scheduling in cloud computing through the Atomic Orbital Search (AOS) algorithm. The Atomic Orbital Search (AOS) is a metaheuristic algorithm which draws inspiration from the principles of atomic orbitals in quantum mechanics, improves scheduling possibilities of jobs to the virtual machines efficiently enabling faster and more optimal scheduling leading to improved resource allocation, reduced time complexity and enhanced overall system performance.

 Abstract

ABSTRACT INTRODUCTION:Mucins are high molecular weight glycoproteins that are synthesized, stored and secreted by the epithelial mucosal cells of GIT. The gastric mucosa can be divided into three histological areas like superficial, neck and deep zones. The superficial zone composed of single layer of mucin secreting columnar cells. The neck zone, largely of immature stem cells mixed with some mucous neck cells. The deep zone is composed of glands, the bases of which lie close to or in muscularis mucosae. Mucins are classified into neutral and acidic mucins; the latter include sulpho and sialomucins. In the GIT, both neutral and acidic mucin are present at specific locations and their production is increased or reversed in various diseases and malignancies of GIT. AIMS AND OBJECTIVES OF STUDY:The main aims of this study was, 1. To study the pattern of Mucin staining in gastric biopsies and resected specimens. 2. To find out the difference in Mucin distribution in Benign and Malignant lesions of stomach. MATERIALS AND METHODS:The specific procedures which were used to identify mucin distribution and pattern in Normal and Malignant Stomach include following steps.. ? FIXATION, ? GROSSING, ? TISSUE PROCESSING, ? EMBEDDING, ? SECTION CUTTING and ? STAINING. RESULTS:A total of 45 cases were enrolled during the entire study period. The specimen received included gastric biopsies (30 cases) and gastrectomies ( 15). The diagnosis made in our study was chronic gastritis ((51.11%), Adenocarcinomas(40%) and hyperplastic polyps (8.89%). All the 45 cases were PAS positive. Out of 45 cases, 24 cases showed weak or variable staining for combined Alcian Blue-PAS (+/-). 19 cases showed moderate staining for combined Alcian Blue-PAS (++), and 2 cases revealed Strong staining reaction for combined Alcian Blue -PAS stain. Out of 45 cases, 35 case were weakly or variably stained for Alcian Blue reaction(+/-).8 were moderate stained for Alcian Blue(++), and only 2 showed strong staining reaction for Alcian Blue(+++).The total no. of Adenocarcinoma cases were 18(40%), all of these cases were positive (+++) for PAS stain. The 23(51.11%) cases of gastritis were also positive for PAS stain (+++) as were the cases of hyperplastic polyp 4(8.89%). CONCLUSION: In the current study we concluded that mucin stains play an important role in the diagonosis of various benign and malignant lesions of the stomach. The pattern of mucin stains done with PAS, PAS with Diastase, Alcian Blue and Combined PAS- Alcian Blue were helpful in diagonosis and categorisation of various lesions. These stains added beneficially to the histopathological findings on routine H and E stains, besides being easy to perform and cost- effective.  Abstract

The widespread concept of nickel hydride in the Ni-H system is discussed based on the first-principle atomic calculations and experimental X-ray diffraction data. The total cohesion energy in Ni-H solid solution has been determined using the density functional theory and program package Wien2k. Its dependence on hydrogen concentration is shown to be linear, which suggests the absence of any energy barrier for precipitation reaction. Moreover, the second derivative of the calculated solution enthalpy is negative within the hydrogen-to-nickel ratios, H/Ni, of 0.03 to 0.75, which is a sign of spinodal decomposition. These hydrogen concentrations are consistent with the measurements of X-ray diffraction, of which results are usually interpreted in terms of Ni hydride. The density of electron states has been calculated, and its non-monotonous concentration dependence correlates with that of solution enthalpy, as also expected for spinodal decomposition. The obtained results are interpreted as miscibility gap in the Ni-H system with spinodal decomposition having the electron origin. Finally, the "hydrides" in d-metals are discussed in terms of two Gibb's types of precipitation reactions.

 Abstract

In recent years, there has been a notable surge in interest surrounding forensic face sketch construction and recognition, primarily due to their crucial role in criminal investigations. Within the realm of forensic science, it is evident that hand drawn face sketches are still very limited and time consuming when it comes to using them with the latest technologies used for recognition and identification of criminals. The construction of accurate facial sketches from description of eyewitness is a critical step in the investigation process. This research explores using computer vision and deep learning to accurately match hand-drawn face sketches to digital images. Deep learning can help overcome the large differences between sketches and photos. The proposed method involves training a model on a large dataset of face images and corresponding sketches, enabling it to generate sketches from facial images and match sketches with corresponding images accurately. The goal is to develop a system that identify individuals from sketches as accurately as possible to assist law enforcement. The outcomes of this study help in advancing the field of facial recognition and reliable sketch matching would provide law enforcement and forensics with a valuable new tool for identification when robust photo evidence is not available.

 Abstract

: A UAV drone for smart agriculture, often referred to simply as an agricultural drone, is an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) equipped with various sensors. Unmanned aerial vehicles, or UAVs, are becoming increasingly popular in a variety of applications, including field mapping, agriculture, and obstacle avoidance. Path planning, which entails creating ideal trajectories to move through surroundings effectively while avoiding obstacles, is a crucial component of UAV operation. A MATLAB simulation framework for UAV path planning is presented. A simulation-based method for assessing UAV path planning tactics for agricultural areas is presented in this paper. The main goal is to create and evaluate path planning algorithms that maximize UAV paths for effective data gathering and surveillance in agricultural environments. Furthermore, the platform enables users to adjust factors like obstacle density, mission objectives, and UAV speed to evaluate the effectiveness of various path planning algorithms in varied scenarios. All things considered, this MATLAB simulation framework is a useful resource for engineers, academics, and practitioners that plan UAV routes.

 Abstract

Pneumonia is a condition characterized by the acute inflammation of the lung parenchyma, which is caused by a variety of microorganisms, including bacteria, viruses, fungi, and parasites. The utilization of antibiotics often encounters challenges in terms of the multitude of types available and the improper dosages administered. Furthermore, prolonged antibiotic use can escalate the risk of multidrug resistance (MDR) in bacteria. Consequently, it is imperative that the selection and dosage of antibiotics be appropriate in order to mitigate the rate of bacterial resistance. The escalating prevalence of bacterial resistance serves as an indicator of the failure in treating pneumonia, as the eradication of bacteria should be the ultimate objective in antibiotic administration, in addition to clinical improvement. The aim of this review of existing literature is to elucidate the rationale behind the administration and selection of empiric antibiotics for pneumonia infections, as well as to outline appropriate antibiotic management and ensure its adequacy, particularly in cases of bacterial pneumonia.

 Abstract

A partial word is a word over a finite alphabet that contain some unknown places known as holes or "do not know" symbols. A partial word w is said to be primitive if there does not exist any word v such that w is contained in v n with n >= 2. In this paper, we investigate the effect of insertion operation on primitive partial words with a single hole. We characterize a special class of such words and call it as ins-robust primitive partial words. We identify some important properties of such partial words and prove that the language of non-ins-robust primitive partial words with one hole is not context-free.

 Abstract

The bank Framework is a program that keeps track of a person's account in a bank. In this project, I attempted to demonstrate the operation of a financial record system as well as the importance of a Ledger. The framework of the bank. To create a project for meeting a client's monetary needs in a financial environment, to meet the needs of an end banking client by including alternative ways to run banking errands. Similarly, to allow the client's work space to have additional functionalities that are not included in a standard financial mission. The monetary equilibrium The executives Framework, which has been adopted as a business venture, is reliant on significant advancements. The main goal of this project is to develop programming for Ledger.

 Abstract

Banks give ATM cards to client to mileage the services like cash pullout, Leg change, balance inquiry etc. But physical cards have some problems. It can be stolen, skimmed, reproduced, commandeered, damaged or expired. Due to this problem, we need to suppose an alternate way to give better security. Numerous experimenters are allowing about cardless sale through ATM. proposed a abstract model for cardless Electronic ATM through which client can do cash pullout, balance inquiry, fund transfer etc. We've anatomized their protocol and plant some excrescencies on this. This protocol doesn't specify what if it's off us sale. Either, guests get different orders of services but this protocol cannot determine which client will get which order of services. For this applications we are using face detection with the account number, adhar number, pin number, mobile number and name. When we recognize the face then it will give access to enter the ATM details. After that it will send message to the phone number. if we enter the password it will give transaction access. for this purpose we are using deep learning.

 Abstract

This paper presents a novel approach to detect purple blotch disease in crops using Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs). Purple blotch disease is a fungal infection that affects crops like onions, garlic, leeks, and shallots, leading to reduced yields and economic losses. Our method involves training CNN models on a comprehensive dataset of high-resolution images depicting onion leaves with and without purple blotch lesions. Data annotation is performed to label the affected areas, and preprocessing techniques such as data augmentation and normalization are applied to enhance model robustness. Transfer learning is employed to fine-tune pre-trained CNN architectures, improving classification performance. Experimental results demonstrate the efficacy of our CNN-based approach in accurately identifying purple blotch lesions on onion leaves. Furthermore, the trained models exhibit robustness when applied to real-world images captured under varying conditions. Precision and recall metrics are evaluated to assess model performance, and hyperparameter tuning is conducted to optimize accuracy. Our research contributes to advancing agricultural technology by providing a reliable and efficient method for early detection of purple blotch disease, thereby enhancing crop productivity and sustainability.

 Abstract

Introduction; Patients are suffering from pain during peripheral intravenous cannulation, and they need an intervention to reduce the pain during peripheral intravenous cannulation. By using the Valsalva Maneuverer Technique reduce the pain during intravenous cannulation. The objectives; 1) To assess the level of pain in patients undergoing peripheral intravenous cannulation in experimental and control group.2) To assess the effectiveness of Valsalva Maneuverer Technique in Pain reduction among patients undergoing peripheral intravenous cannulation in experimental group.3) To find out the association between the level of pain score among patients undergoing peripheral intravenous cannulation with selected demographic variables in experimental and control group. Method; A quantitative research approach with a quasi-experimental design was adopted for the study. A total 80 subjects were selected by non-probability purposive sampling technique. Data were collected by using demographic variables and a numerical rating scale. Result; The result revels that the calculated value of unpaired "t" test = 7.56 which is greater than the table value of the unpaired "t" test: 1.64 (df 78) at the level of P <0.05. Interpretation and conclusion; The data shows that the calculated "t" value is greater than the table value of "t". Thus, there is significant effect of Valsalva maneuverer technique in reducing the pain during peripheral intravenous cannulation among patients.

 Abstract

ABSTRACT Despite an increase in interest pertaining to the benefits of yoga practice, research focusing on the relationship between yoga practice and attention is limited. This study employed a quasi-experimental pre-test, post-test design to measure whether physical activity had an immediate effect on selective attention and mental concentration in young adults, aged 18 to25. More specifically, this study compared yoga and aerobic exercise classes to assess whether yoga practice improved attention beyond aerobic activity. The yoga and aerobic groups completed two surveys and the d2 Test of Attention at two observation points: immediately prior to and immediately following participation in their respective classes. An analysis of variance (ANOVA) found a statistically significant improvement between pre- and post-test scores on attention for both groups, with a greater improvement for the aerobic group. The findings show that physical activity had an immediate effect on the attention of the sample. Physical Education may provide the right direction and needed actions to improve the health of members of any community, society, nation and the world as a whole. An educational system encompassing the mental, emotional, social and physical dimensions of health becomes imperative to bring about all around development in children.
