This paper points out to consider Roy's novel from a women's activist point of view, with an uncommon center on the marginalization of ladies society through the representation of three era ladies. The topic of the three women namely- Mammachi, Ammu, Rahel. Roy in her novel has examined the structure of control and persecution. Whereas translating the novel from a women's activist point of view, it recommends how the representation of women ought to be seen. This novel appears how in an unexpected way men and women are treated agreeing to the unwritten social standards. Women who stand against men and society are considered as the other and they will be rebuffed in like manner. The show article examinations how Roy depicts an repulsively troublesome circumstance of Indian women against the setting of Ayemenam, a southern Indian state of Kerala where the chain of connections are exceptionally complex which traps the female characters subjecting them to rehashed concealment.

Recent research suggests that asthma genetics is significantly influenced by pathways involved in inflammation, airway remodeling, and epithelial activation. Transcriptome analyses have identified genes that are differently expressed in response to allergens or interleukins, eosinophil apoptosis, the arginase pathway, and inhaled corticosteroids. A1AR and CLCA1 genes (chromosome 1), IL-1RN and DPP10 (2q14), HLA-G and TNF-(6p21), GPR (7p14), FcRI and GSTP1 (11q13), NOS1, IFNG, STAT6, VDR, and other genes (12q13-26), PHF11 and flaking genes (13q14), AACT and PTGDR (14q), and ADAM33 (20p13) are just a few of the genetic regions that have been identified by candidate gene and genome-wide studies. Future research, ideally longitudinal in nature, is required to confirm the involvement of these and other genetic variables.

Acyclovir used in Herpes Simplex Infection (e.g. cold sores, genital herpes), Herpes Zoster Infection (e.g. shingles) and Vericella Infection (e.g. chicken pox), is absorbed mainly from stomach and upper gastrointestinal tract. Food does not affect absorption of acyclovir. The dose of Acyclovir is 200 mg, 400 mg and 800 mg. The gastroretentive in-situ gelling drug delivery system can incorporate high dose (750-1000 mg) of the drug. The tablet for such a high dose will be large in size. Thus, it will not be patient compliant for patients having difficulty in swallowing, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Thus, the liquid dosage form is preferable. Dispersible tablets, conventional coated and uncoated tablets, capsules, suspensions, ointments and parenteral of Acyclovir are available in market. All these dosage forms show the half-life of 2-3 hours. Thus, dosing frequency is more. To reduce the dosing frequency, sustained release dosage form will be helpful.

We try to estimate the costs that an offline password cracker would take if they wish to undertake an attack lasting L days and successfully crack all the passwords under the given password space hashed by algorithm A. This research will involve analysing the various factors that contribute to the overall cost of password cracking, such as computing power, time, and resources. We say that using cost to crack as password strength is better than time to crack a password.

Assessment is the systematic basis for making inferences about the learning and development of students. It is the process of defining, selecting, designing, collecting, analysing, interpreting, and using information to increase students' learning and development. The four pillars of assessment are purpose, validity, reliability and value. Assessment is not an end in itself but a vehicle for educational improvement. There is no perfect tool of assessment with Efficiency and Fairness. All the assessment methods, material models, tools should be introduced in advance before going for the actual assessment. Pay attention to learner wellbeing- Psychological and Consider the potential consequences of assessment. The main challenges in assessment are higher order skills like creativity, innovation, evaluation, critical thinking, computational thinking etc. Automation of assessment so that self-assessment is promoted to validate and use the existing tools in the market. The challenges continuous as effective use of Aggregate and Disaggregate data for assessment decision, data generation, curation of skills, formative assessment individual level and following individual learning styles. The concept of disability refers to a physical, sensory, cognitive, or mental impairment that may limit an individual's ability to participate fully in society or perform certain tasks. It's important to recognize that disability is not solely a medical issue but also influenced by social, cultural, and environmental factors. Disability can vary in severity and impact, and it's crucial to promote inclusion, accessibility, and respect for the rights and dignity of people with disabilities. The Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act (RPWD Act) was passed in India in 2016 with the aim of safeguarding and promoting the rights of persons with disabilities. The act replaced the Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act of 1995. Key features of the RPWD Act include expanding the scope of disabilities covered, recognizing new categories of disabilities, ensuring accessibility, promoting inclusive education, employment, and social security, and establishing mechanisms for the implementation and enforcement of disability rights. The act seeks to create an inclusive and barrier-free society where persons with disabilities can fully participate and contribute.

The development of Self Compacting Concrete (SCC) is progressive milestone throughout the entire existence of construction industry bringing about prevalent utilization of SCC overall these days. It has numerous benefits over ordinary cement regarding upgrade in efficiency, decrease in labor and generally cost, amazing completed item with magnificent mechanical reaction and solidness. Joining of fibers further improves its properties extraordinarily identified with post break conduct of SCC. Henceforth, the point of the current work is to make a similar investigation of mechanical properties of self-merging concrete, supported with various kinds of fibers. The factors include in the examination are type and diverse level of strands. The fundamental properties of new SCC and other properties were studied. The fibers used in the study are 15 mm long chopped glass fiber, carbon fiber and basalt fiber. First stage comprised of improvement of SCC mix design of M20 grade and in the subsequent stage, various fibers like Glass, basalt and carbon Fibers are added to the SCC blends and their new and solidified properties were resolved and thought about. The investigation showed noteworthy enhancements overall properties of self compacting concrete by adding strands of various sorts and volume parts. Carbon FRSCC displayed best execution followed by basalt FRSCC and glass FRSCC in solidified state while most unfortunate in new state attributable to its high water ingestion. Glass FRSCC showed best execution in fresh state. The mental health landscape in Jharkhand, an eastern Indian state, presents a complex scenario for its diverse tribal population. The high prevalence of anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders is exacerbated by societal stigma, witch-hunting, violence against women, and geographical isolation. Substance abuse further complicates the situation. While government initiatives aim to bridge healthcare inequities, they often fall short. Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) emerge as critical players, tailoring interventions to specific needs and addressing cultural nuances. They promote community engagement, challenge stigma through awareness campaigns, and deliver services directly to remote areas. Their holistic approaches address socioeconomic factors contributing to mental health challenges. This paper looks into the prevalence of mental health problems in Jharkhand, considers the effects of societal issues, and emphasizes the crucial role that NGOs like Ekjut, Nav Bharat Jagriti Kendra, and the Ram Krishna Mission have played in transforming access to mental healthcare and enhancing the lives of tribal communities. This study highlights the urgent need for improved mental health services tailored to the particular difficulties that tribal communities in Jharkhand face. NGOs play a pivotal role in bridging gaps in mental healthcare provision and addressing the multifaceted issues affecting mental well-being in these populations.

Abstract The present study aimed at exploring the Hemisphere Dominance among B.Ed. Teacher Trainees. It is to understand to what hemisphere B.Ed. teacher trainees prefers to use while learning and thinking. It is important to understand the brain preferences among teacher trainees to develop ability to use whole brain for information processing in them. It was found that majority of teacher trainees had dominance of integrated hemisphericity, average number of teacher trainees showed right hemisphere dominance where as a fewer teacher trainees showed dominance of left hemisphere. It was identified that B.Ed. teacher trainees do not differ significantly in their preference of hemisphere dominance on the basis of gender. Both boys and girls were found to demonstrate an average level of right hemisphericity, a low level of left hemisphericity and a high level of integrated hemisphericity. It is concluded that B.Ed. teacher trainees irrespective of their gender had wider exploration to content and skills. They had creativity and innovation in their learning and thinking.
