The use of mucoadhesive drug delivery systems is a promising innovation in the field of pharmaceuticals. Mucoadhesive drug delivery systems are particularly relevant for getting local and systemic drugs distribution in the Gastro Intestinal Tract (GIT) for a prolonged period of time at a predetermined rate. This is in contrast to oral controlled release drug delivery systems, which are often subject to extensive presystemic metabolism and degradation in the acidic environment of the stomach, resulting in insufficient absorption of the drugs. One of the advantages of mucoadhesive drug delivery systems is that they allow for direct passage of medication into the systemic circulation through the buccal mucosa, which is the lining of the mouth. This results in easy administration without pain, brief enzymatic activity, less hepatic metabolism, and higher bioavailability of the drug. Additionally, mucoadhesive drug delivery systems do not require extensive patient compliance or supervision, as is often the case with parental drug delivery systems. The mechanism of mucoadhesion involves the interaction between the mucoadhesive polymer and the mucus layer of the mucosal surface. Mucoadhesive polymers are designed to adhere to the mucosal surface and remain in place for an extended period of time, allowing for a sustained release of the drug. In-vitro and in-vivo mucoadhesion testing techniques are used to evaluate the efficacy of the mucoadhesive drug delivery system. In summary, mucoadhesive drug delivery systems offer several advantages over traditional oral controlled release and parental drug delivery systems, including higher bioavailability of the drug, ease of administration, and sustained release. Further research is needed to optimize the design of mucoadhesive drug delivery systems and to fully understand their potential in the field of pharmaceuticals.

Nonlinear optics (NLO) single crystals are materials that exhibit strong nonlinear optical properties and are critical for the development of various optical applications. The growth and characterization of NLO single crystals play a significant role in determining their optical and physical properties. The growth process involves melting the starting material and cooling it to form a single crystal. The resulting crystal's quality is dependent on various factors such as the purity of the starting material, the growth rate, and the control of the crystal's morphology. Characterization techniques commonly used include X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, UV-Visible spectroscopy, and second harmonic generation. These techniques provide information on the crystal's structure, orientation, molecular structure, optical properties, and nonlinear response. Overall, the growth and characterization of NLO single crystals are critical for the development of various applications that rely on the strong nonlinear optical properties of these materials.

The discussion is on the historical background of mob lynching in India and how it has recently increased as a result of mob violence and the dissemination of false information on social media platforms. We need better policies and governing statutes and regulations to mitigate and prevent the "horrendous act of mobocracy. Mob lynching is a very serious threat to established social order and belief in the rule of law. The research paper also dealt with scenarios within other countries relating to such crimes. The responses of the judiciary and parliament of India have also been discussed. Today, lynching is being carried out in an organised manner, like a parallel judicial system. In Indian society, "vigilantism was prevailing, but this type of apparent authority was never granted to the offenders in the real sense. The main objective of the research paper is to understand the historical background, study the reasons behind the increasing incidents of mob lynching, and also study the constitutional and human rights perspective of lynching. This research work may contribute in measure to a better understanding of this most serious and difficult problem, which is the hope with which it is placed in the hands of the reader. Briefly, this research paper also delves into the social, economic, and political effects of lynching on the victims and their immediate relatives. Overall, this paper highlights the urgent need to address the issue of mob lynching in India from a human rights perspective, with a focus on the constitutional framework and international human rights standards.

Spirituality means the quest to know one's true Self, to find out the real nature of consciousness. This search is the foundation of all great spiritual teachings, the goal of all great mystics. Paulo Coelho's novels basically deal with the spiritual journey of his protagonists. This journey at some points is hindered by some factors and leads to the moral downfall of the protagonists. His novel 'The Winner Stands Alone' portrays the importance of morality or rather lack of morality in the pursuit of the materialistic dreams. The novel portrays a character that has already reached his material destination and ignores the spiritual aspect of life by perusing false ideals. The novel depicts a conflict between materialism prevalent in the modern world and the spiritual aspect of life that man neglects while perusing false ideals.

Kids are reflection of good luck and symbol of happiness. They are loved and protected, decorated by beautiful and comfortable clothes; each country in the world has a different way of how parents cover and wrap their babies and children. As their skin is soft, mothers gently try to keep their babies warm and comfortable with soft cloth as they can afford to get. Since the past, children have been considered as miniature adults and are expected to behave as adults. Their clothing has been designed in a similar fashion to adults. At present, a special emphasis is placed upon children and their needs, with the attitude that children should be given freedom of expression. Their clothes should be created according to their age group and an activity, as the growth and development of children is affected by the clothes they wear. Now-a-days there is awareness in children regarding their clothing and they actively participate in the selection of their clothes. They prefer well-fitted and comfortable garments

John Locke is eminently known for his influential work and contribution on political philosophy. In fact, he is one of the most famous and influential political philosophers. His work on political philosophy is best expressed in his book Two Treatises on Government (1689). Various intriguing topics has been critically discussed and analysed in this book. I shall critically discuss Lockes political philosophy and its influence. Lockes most famous and influential ideas can be found in his Second Treatise where he puts forward so many ideas which is very much in owe till today. I shall try to highlight few important ideas of Locke which remains hugely influential to this modern day period. Lockes influence is definitely worth rethinking and worth discussing. So many of his ideas can be found in politics of almost all Asian countries and also in the United States. Democracy which most countries now abides, owe its origin and ideas to Locke. The American constitution hugely owe to Locke. Thomas Jefferson, the founder of the American constitution has borrowed ideas from Locke which makes Locke a co-founder of the American constitution. The natural rights to life, liberty and property was also seen to borrowed from Locke. Jefferson laid a similar one where only property has been interchanged with happiness.

Moment, the problem of the early discovery of depression is one of the most important in psychology. Mental health problems are frequently among the most important health stressors in the world, with over 300 million people presently affected by depression alone. As large quantities of manly or womanish signups are generated on social media platforms, experimenters are adding the use of substantiation- gathering bias to determine if this content material can be used to uncover internal health issues in druggies. Depression is a complaint that poses a major problem in our society and is a continuing concern, according to experimenters around the world. With ubiquitous computing bias like smartphones, prognosticating depressive moods remains an open question. Social media testing is frequently enforced to address this issue. In this composition, a depression standing and suicidal creativity discovery system were proposed to prognosticate suicidal acts supporting the magnitude of depression. To do this, expert and well-established classifiers were used to distinguish whether someone is depressed or not, using capabilities from their sporting exertion within positions. analogous tool algorithms are used to train it and classify it into different situations of depression on a scale of 0- 100. In depression or not, the use of Art Machine Learning algorithms is a prophetic system for the early discovery of depression or unusual internal ails. The main donation of this test is the discourse of a faculty network and its counteraccusations for recognizing the degree of depression. This system aims to gain an in-depth understanding of the model used to classify druggies with depression by understanding some cases where manly or womanish undergraduate markers are examined to uncover postgraduate markers. By combining all of the post-label order possibilities, you can produce temporary post-biographies that are also used to classify guests with depression. This paper shows that there are fluid performances in the posting patterns between depressed and non-depressed guests, as represented by the combined odds of the posting label order. Job satisfaction is a most vital concept in an organisation. Each employer focuses on the level of job satisfaction among employees as higher level of it leads to low level of complaints and work grievances among employees. Job satisfaction also influences various factors such as productivity, less absenteeism, lower turnover ratio, reduce accident, less job stress and less unionization and result in increased organisation effectiveness. Doctors play an important role in providing health care services to the society and present study focuses on job satisfaction of Doctors in Public Hospitals of Uttarakhand. Although a number of studies have been conducted on the Indian health sector towards job satisfaction but there is a dearth of such studies especially in hill state of Uttarakhand. For conducting the study responses of 150 doctors were recorded who were serving in 30 public hospitals in Deharadun and Haridwar district of Uttarakhand through judgmental sampling technique. Study used exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis for data analysis. On the basis of the review of literature this study used 36 statement to measure the job satisfaction among doctors but on the basis of explorative factor analysis this study excluded the two statement I have opportunity practice the way I want to do, and I can take off time without feeling guilty. So finally this study find dimensions of job satisfaction included in Ten factors with 34 statement such as Resources (4 items), Relation with patients (4 items), Payment/compensation/income (4 items), Autonomy (4 items), Relationship with staff (3 items), Relationship with co-workers (3 items), Community (3 items), Intrinsic factors (3 items), Administration (3 items), Personal time (3 items). The proposed measurement model exhibited a good level of model fit, too.

Pneumothorax refers to air or gas in a pleura cavities and may be spontaneous ,traumatic or therapeutic. Pneumothorax is most commonly associated with emphysema, asthma and tuberculosis . pneumothorax may have as much clinical significance as a fluid collection in the lungs because it also causes compression , collapse, and ,atelectasis . A pneumothorax (noo-moe-THOR-aks) is a collapsed lung. A pneumothorax occurs when air leaks into the space between your lung and chest wall. This air pushes on the outside of your lung and makes it collapse. A pneumothorax can be a complete lung collapse or a collapse of only a portion of the lung. When defect acts as a flap valve and permits the entrance of air during inspiration but fails to permits the entrance of air during inspiration but fails to permits that creates the progressively increase pressure . (1) Is pneumothorax a cause of death? A tension pneumothorax can cause severe hypotension (obstructive shock) and even death. Increased central venous pressure can result in distended neck veins and hypotension. Patients may have tachypnea, dyspnea, tachycardia, and hypoxia.

One of the terrible diseases that people fear in life is blindness. There were none 200 years ago. The development of a treatment for blindness. If a person is born blind, he must live his entire life in that capacity. A novel gadget, the Bionic Eye, was created as a result of the integration of biomedical and electronics, which has had a significant impact on research. The bionic eye, an artificial eye, helps certain people who are blind. A CCD camera attached to the lenses of the spectacles and a chip inserted into the retina make up a bionic eye. The photos that the camera records are Images from the camera are wirelessly transmitted to the chip, where they are transformed into electrical impulses that the brain may process. The main benefit of the bionic eye is that it offers those who struggle with age-related blindness a remedy. Cataract, diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, retinitis pigmentosa, macular degeneration, myopia, hypermetropia, presbyopia, macular edoema, keratonosus, trachoma, leucoma, cystoids macular edoema, and drusen are the main disorders that damage the eyes. The proliferation of renewable energy sources such as solar, wind and hydroelectricity requires a large population to be able to access these resources. In order to meet this goal, it is important to move towards efficient and renewable energy sources such as solar panels that are more abundant in origin. This paper focuses on the performance analysis of solar power panels with dual-axis tracking and cleaning systems. By improving the efficiency of these panels from 3 watts (according to prototype model) to 5-10%, we can increase the number of people who are able to use renewable energy. In addition, this model promotes the design of a cleaning system with a wiper that is arranged on the side of the panel to clean off dirt and dust from its surface. The results show that after using these three methods, performance indicators for this panel have been greatly improved as compared to an unmodified panel.
