Cerebral palsy (Falij e Dimagh) is a non-progressive neurological disorder of childhood and the prevalence is 2 cases per 1000 live births. Among the large variety of childhood developmental disabilities, cerebral palsy (CP) is considered to be the major physical disability affecting the functional development of children. Presence of child with Cerebral Palsy in a family generates profound emotional stress and feeling of unhappiness. The present study was designed to assess and compare the Quality of Life among mothers of children with cerebral palsy and mothers of children with normal development in physical, psychological, social and environmental domains. Two sample groups were chosen from a total of 60 mothers to response the questionnaire WHOQoL. The first group included 30 mothers of children with cerebral palsy who were attended to the Out Patient Department of Borella Ayurveda Teaching Hospital. The second group consisted of 30 mothers of children with Normal Development living in Colombo. T-tests by SPSS were used for statistical analysis. There were significant differences in three domains of QOL between mothers of healthy children and mothers of children with cerebral palsy (p<0.005). The results of this study revealed that, the quality of life of mothers of children with Cerebral Palsy was significantly different in physical, psychological and environmental domains compared to mothers of healthy children. Therefore, appropriate rehabilitation programs for children with Cerebral Palsy and the proper Psychological support for mothers should be provided to improve their quality of life in different domains.

A pilot study was conducted and results were tested and the based on the result of the test, the questionnaire was modified and revised. A structured Google form was prepared and distributed among randomly selected 100 students and received back 98 filled forms. The percentages of received Google form was 98%. The modern concept of labour rights dates to the 19th century after the creation of labour unions following the industrialization process. Indian labour laws are closely connected to the Indian independence movement and the campaigns of passive resistance leading up to independence. The growth of labour law and industrial jurisprudence in India subsequent to 1950 bears close resemblance to the growth of constitutional law. The constitution is the touchstone for any act passed in our country. It has, through directive principles of state policy and fundamental rights, provided safeguards to protect the interest of weaker and disadvantaged class of labour. During the unprecedented global crisis resulting from Covid-19 pandemic, workers became one of the most vulnerable groups in India. Since March 24, when the first lockdown was announced and all transport came to a standstill and people were locked up in their homes, these very workers were yearning to go back home in the absence of any means of their wages, unable to buy food or pay rent to their landlord. Most host states, that benefit from the hard work and labour of these "guest" or "migrant" workers, have just not been able to instill a sense of trust, leave alone give these workers what they demanded in this moment of pandemic driven crisis: some transparency and communication forget a life of dignity which would let them earn through their hard work and provide for their families. The massive human tragedy as lakhs of migrant workers found themselves stranded during the lockdown, without any means of getting food or work. Indian judiciary in the process of judicial interpretation has played a creative role in protecting the interest of bonded labour, child labour, contract labour, women workers, labour getting less than minimum wage and labour becoming jobless on closure of establishments by invoking the new concept of public interest litigation especially during the pandemic period. The courts in India have elaborated the notion of social justice and sought to ensure just and humane conditions of work in this hard time. Through this research paper, the author has made an attempt to find out the gravity of the truth relating to protection of human rights of workers in India specifically during the Covid-19 pandemic period. In this work, the author has adopted the doctrinal research method and consulted the various study material like research papers, journals, reports, books and authenticated information available on different websites.

In this article, we discuss how migration and cultural diffusion between the two shores of the Arabian Sea, the Malabar Coast and the Arab world revolutionized the Malabar culinary culture. Migration as always, is significant because immigrants bring with them skills, ideas, new perspectives and many other attributes, all of which are inspiring innovations. Among all their contributions, what often gets chipped away is, the rich culinary culture they have bequeathed to society. Here, in this paper, we delve into one such story of migration and cultural appreciation, with Malabar culinary culture as the main focus. Malabar culinary culture rather than emphasizing on certain dishes and appetite, it is now perceived as a ubiquitous aspect linked to various facets of life, bringing to the core the subject of societal structure and wisdom. Whilst cultural appropriation and acculturation act oblivious to the culinary traditions of immigrants and refugees in the rest of the world, the Malabar culinary culture adapted, evolved and preserved both indigenous and immigrant recipes. Therefore, a preliminary attempt is also made to identify the socio-cultural changes accompanied by the appreciation of migrant culture in Malabar.

The health care trade is manufacturing large amounts info} which require to be mine to find hidden information for effective prediction, exploration, identification and deciding. Machine learning techniques will facilitate and provides medication to handle this circumstances. Moreover, Chronic nephropathy prediction is one in every of the foremost central issues in medical deciding as a result of it's one in every of the leading reason for death. So, machine-driven tool for early prediction of this sickness are helpful to cure. the info set regarding kindney sickness details ar gathered up from four personal hospitals in province state of Asian country. the most aim of this analysis is to guage a number of the algorithms within the prediction of nephropathy condition dataset performance. The oft used classification rules comparable to J48 algorithm, CART rule and SVM rule ar used to carry out for the prediction of nephropathy condition dataset performance. The operation of those algorithms is examined supported their accuracy of solutions. Too, the operations of those algorithms were compared with each other by means that of classification accuracy, compared that algorithms best performance.
