 Abstract

Farmwomen practice agriculture in tune with nature and nurture the crops, animals and other allied enterprises along with upbringing of children in a responsible manner. However, their roles and importance are not explicitly pronounced in technology development, dissemination, extension and policy formulation in many countries. In this context, women are critical to the well-being of farm households. Besides raising children and maintaining general health of their families, women are expected to prepare all meals, maintain the homestead, and assist in crop and animal production, tending to the. Perhaps, ironically, it is because they have so many responsibilities that they have been overlooked by agriculturalists and policy makers. To study the ergonomic appraisal of different types of kutlas used in weeding activity, to find out the acceptability of various kutlas by the respondents

 Abstract

Background: Cytology of thyroid lesion has very bad prognostic because 5 to 6% of lesions are found to be malignant. Hence such lesions should not be ignored and treated at the initial stage to avoid morbidity and mortality. Method: 142 (one hundred forty two) adult patients aged between 20 to 50 year were having thyroid swellings were studied by FNAC technique and classified with cytological examination based on Bethesda classification of 6 groups. Results: 10 (7.04%) were ND/USA, 112 (78.8%) were Benign, 4 (2.8%) FN/SFN, 3 (2.11%) SFM, 9 (6.8%) Malignancy Conclusion: This early pragmatic cyto-pathological study will be the tool for oncological surgeons to treat such patients efficiently and avoid morbidity and mortality so that such patients can lead normal life.

 Abstract

The world is in the middle of revolution in the way that work is done, more like the transition from agricultural age to industrial age. Robotic revolution will place the 21st century at a crucial place in history. When it comes to the role of robotics, artificial intelligence with a layer of automation can provide us with more accurate and efficient results. A knowledge gap still persists about organisational implications, when it comes to HR collaboration. Human Resources are considered as the backbone of any business or an industry. It plays a pre-planned role in managing and engaging employees, retention, payroll, to meet the object and purpose of the ultimate goal. As per the study of present market Robotics adoption increases the production of the economy. It is now proven to be a fertile arena for the application and adoption of Robotic Process Automation. This study helps to understand the robotic implications and how it replaces the human power. This paper tries to study the impacts, advantages and limitations of the RPA.

 Abstract

Marriage System of the Bodos ABSTRACT Marriage, a legally and socially sanction union, between man and women, that is regulated by laws, rules, customs beliefs and attitudes that prescribe the rights and duties of the partners and accords status to their offspring. Marriage creates new social relationships and reciprocal rights between the spouses, between each and the kin of the other and establishes what will be the rights and status of the children when they are born. The universality of marriage within different societies and cultures is attributed to the many basic social and personal functions for which it provides structure, such as sexual gratification and regulation and consumption and satisfaction of personal needs for affection, status and companionship. Perhaps its strongest function concerns procreation, the care of children and their education socialization and regulation of lines of descent.  Abstract

Abstract It has been almost two decades since the 21st century, but naked poverty still plagues non-industrial societies. By helping the poor in poor countries based on the main goals of international politics, their standard of living can be improved. There are different views on how to analyze and deal with poverty. Although significant progress has been made recently in reducing poverty, especially in East Asia, the unfortunate fact is that anti-poverty programs in developing countries have often either failed or had little success. Afghanistan is also one of these countries and is closely related to the existing inequalities and in most cases is synonymous with deprivation of power and inclusion because the war adds to the complexity of the situation in Afghanistan. Poverty and many of its branches threaten the lives of millions of Afghans. Poverty in this country, like in other parts of the world, has many dimensions and is related to different sources and processes. This artical discusses in particular the impact of poverty on political underdevelopment, and also argues that poverty has implications for political development and good governance that Afghanistan has not yet achieved politically and sustainably. There must be a transparent and accountable approach so that Afghans can gain the trust of their national structures so that they can live in a safer and better environment. It is noteworthy that in this article, the library method and data collection have been used.

 Abstract

In our universe there are many galaxies and planets, in that the best planet is EARTH because it is easy to live here. In EARTH we have many sources which boost our lives up to an extent to live. So one of the sources that is gift from god which is the energy can be recreated commonly known as renewable energy. So this project is mainly based on one of the renewable energies which we can use to create into some form of energy. So there are many types of renewable energies but here we are using one of the highest and best sources of energy which comes from SUN. According to our project the energy source which we use can recreated day by day because the source of energy from the sun will never end. The energy starts from every morning increases hour by hour and makes bright our life. The source of energy which we see every day is high so we can use this energy in many ways like in the form of electricity. So this is our main aim to convert renewable source into other source especially electricity in this project. That tracker in our project detects the sun at dawn and tracks it for the entire day then it reset automatically for the next cycle in sense until when sun comes back again. The energy from the sun is stored and used. We can use the energy from the sun from both ways at the time of energy collected and the energy stored. Our project is used for many people especially who are having business like having many branches, so they replace with our project and get rid of electricity bill etc. If many people, follow this type of technology like making renewable sources into electricity we can save so much of electricity and we can make the cost decrease and low maintenance we can kept some good profit. The renewable energy we are using is SOLAR ENERGY from sun.

 Abstract

ABSTRACT Each household produces a significant amount of waste in the form of solid waste and sludge, which are improperly disposed. Management of solid waste is very big menace and challenge for the present situation. Hence this study was aimed to mitigate the organic portion MSW by using biological methods. Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) of Punnainallur (East) and Sreenivasapuram were taken up for the present study. A composite soil samples were collected from both study area. Physicochemical analysis of composite soil samples were performed, the results revealed that there is a huge nutrient content in Punnainallur (East) site. Actinomycetes species present in the soil samples were counted and isolated. There are 81 (3.24 x 10-6) pale yellow colored actinomycetes colonies were enumerated at 10-6 dilution. The morphological and biochemical characterization of the isolates proved that the following actinomycetes species Actinobispora sp., Agromyces sp., Actinosynnema sp., and Microtetrospora sp were found in the tested soil samples. Predominant actinomycetes species were selected to prepare consortium and that consortium was activated by black strap molasses. Selected Actinomycetes Consortium (SAC) enriched with molasses were applied on the processed organic solid waste at different quantities (100 ml, 150 ml, 200 ml & 250 ml). After 30 days the biodegraded products were harvested and subjected to physicochemical and phytotoxic studies. The results revealed that solid organic waste biodegraded with 200 ml of SAC solution efficiently degraded organic waste and produce compost and which could not be toxic to plant and soil.

 Abstract

Creativity is the ability which is most valued in all societies. Synectics model of teaching is one such approach which seems to have the genuine potentiality for enhancing creativity of the learners as it provides them the scope to participate in various metaphorical activities - the key to creative thinking ability through which they can be given opportunity to think critically and divergently. Synectics brings out creativity of the students. It is a very sophisticated technique for stimulating creativity. Gordon and his associates successfully employed it in finding solutions to a number of intractable technical problems. The present study reveals and observed that experimental group performance in respect of test of Descriptive Style is significantly higher than control group performance.
