Solubility enhancement is a difficult task in to the formulation scientist because 80 percent of the drug having the poor boiavaiblity. For the formulation of the dosage form it is necessary to enhance the solubility of the drug. There is various techniques to enhance the solubility of the hydrophobic drugs such as kneading method, hot melt extrusion and solid dispersion. In this research work by using the solid dispersion method to enhance the solubility of rosuvastatin and convert in to the fixed dose of tablet formulation and its evaluation parameters formulation batches are to be design F1,F2,F3,F4,F5. Calibration curve are to be prepared or rosuvastatin pure form and scan at the lambda max 244 ?max. And obtain the r2 value 0.999 Formulation F5 shows better results and full fill all the parameter compare with the marketed formulation.

Building Information Modelling (BIM) has the potential to significantly improve productivity, coordination, visualization, documentation, and waste reduction in the field of structural engineering. However, achieving these benefits requires smooth data transfer from the BIM platform to structural analysis or Finite Element Modelling (FEM) software, which can be hindered by challenges in interoperability. This thesis aims to examine the possibilities of converting from the Tekla Structures BIM platform to commonly used FEM programs, including Staad.Pro, Etabs, SAP2000, SOFiSTiK, Dlubal (RFEM), SCIA (SCIA Engineer), and Robot (Autodesk), for improved structural analysis and design. The study includes two case studies, one in concrete structures and the other in steel structures, where load-bearing data is added to the central Tekla models to enable interoperability. We first review the use of BIM in structural engineering, including the impacts on structural design and workflow, key benefits, and challenges during use. We then define and theoretically research the three main levels of interoperability between BIM and FEM software: direct native file exchange, direct link or bi-directional data exchange, and IFC (Industry Foundation Class). Our case studies demonstrate the benefits of using BIM and FEM interoperability for improved structural analysis and design, including the early detection and correction of design errors, and improved collaboration between architects, engineers, and contractors. Overall, this thesis contributes to the field of structural engineering by providing practical guidance on the use of BIM and FEM interoperability for improved structural analysis and design.

: This paper presents the Phase Disposition (PD) Carrier based Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) for five-level Modular Multilevel Converter (MMC). The projected control scheme is implemented for both Cascade H-Bridge (CHB) and MMC. The CHB converter is required individual dc source and leads complexity. The CHB is not suitable for the PV applications due to requirement of individual dc sources. Recently, MMC are popular in converter topologies. The MMC is projected in this paper to overcome above demerits. The MMC is controlled using PD PWM. The performance of MMC is compared with CHB using PD PWM. The performance parameter of Total Harmonic distortion (THD) is presented in this paper

Now days, due to busy routine life, people forget to water their plants. In this project, we present a completely autonomous and a cost-effective system for watering indoor potted plants placed on an even surface. The system comprises of a mobile robot and a temperature-humidity sensing module. The system is fully adaptive to any environment and takes into account the watering needs of the plants using the temperature-humidity sensing module. It describes the hardware architecture of the fully automated watering system which uses wireless communication to communicate between the mobile robot and the sensing module. This gardening robot is completely portable and is equipped with a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) module, a microcontroller, an on-board water reservoir and an attached water pump. It is capable of sensing the watering needs of the plants, locating them and finally watering them autonomously without any human intervention. Mobilization of the robot to the potted plant is achieved by using a predefined path. For identification, an RFID tag is attached to each potted plant. It also discusses the detailed implementation of the system supported with complete circuitry. It concludes with the system performance including the analysis of the water carrying capacity and time requirements to water a set of plants.
