In India, the nineteenth century witnessed a series of social reform movements starting which aimed at revolutionizing the social setup and bring equality among human beings. Under social reform movements Christian missionaries and Indian socio-religious reformers raised their voice against the evil practices towards women of Indian societies, such as, sati, child marriage, infanticide, polygamy, widow remarriage and property laws, devadasi system, women education etc. Thus in the nineteenth century, very strong and practical steps were taken by the social reformers to mitigate the social sufferings of women. In this chapter, some of the important social reform movements of the nineteenth century India have been discussed in the following pages.

In the United States, the term "verbatim theatre" is rarely used among scholars and theatre practitioners; they rather use the term "documentary" to refer to all such factually-based genres or reality theatre. The word 'documentary' first entered the lexicon in the United States in February 1926. The French use the term 'documentaire' to refer to a travelogue. But both English and French concepts are derived from the Latin 'docui' that means 'to teach, rehearse a play'. This fact refers to two essential bases in documentary theatre; the first is the educative task it has, and the second is being factual and fictional in the same time. Indeed, one believes that 'to teach' is 'to imply facts and documents,' and 'to rehearse a play' is 'to entertain through fiction and imagery.' Furthermore, critics assume that documentary has other functions. She lists six functions of contemporary documentary theatre: to re-open trials in order to critique justice, to create additional historical accounts, to reconstruct an event, to intermingle autobiography with history, to critique the operations of both documentary and fiction, and to elaborate the oral culture of theatre (Martin, Bodies of evidence 12-13). Nevertheless, in the United Kingdom they use both terms but distinguish between them. Brian Barton (Trans. Of Garde) uses the term "reality theatre" as a broad category or a general term and categorize under it all other minor practices including verbatim, tribunal, documentary, autobiographical, and history theatre. This study provides a historical background of the reality theatre to better perceive this genre of theatre from its rise and its development until recent days. Its main purpose is to give an overview and a theoretical explanation, its relation to politics, and the ethical considerations a playwright should particularly have with such factually-based theatre.

An understanding of fear and different types of phobias will help in promoting the integration of biological principles of learning, which determines the evolution of culture. It will provide insights into the workings of the different types of fear and a better understanding of the neural mechanisms involved in social emotional behavior in man. It gives you instincts to survive and makes you more cautious in preparing oneself to a new level of concentration. Fear is a most powerful, natural and primitive human emotion.

The current study was to study the significant difference in the level of anxiety among males and females when exposed to someone tested positive for COVID-19. For the purpose of this study sample of 100 participants (50 males and 50 females) were selected within the age range of 16-40 years. The sample was administered to Health Anxiety Inventory (short version) by Salkavskis et at. (2002). For statistical analysis mean, SD and Independent Sample t-test were used which drew out the results stated there exists a significant gender difference in the level of anxiety when exposed to someone tested positive for COVID-19, that provide evidence to accept the hypothesis mentioned in the study. Also, there are insignificant gender differences in the case of hypochondriasis.

Abstract: In the present study, the investigator intended to examine and explore Internet addiction in relation to the learning achievement of post-graduate level students. The investigator adopted a descriptive survey method and selected 110 P.G. level students from four social science courses of Kurukshetra University using stratified random sampling. Further, the investigator adopted the Internet Addiction Test (IAT) designed by Dr. Kimberly Young for the data collection regarding student's Internet Addiction. The researcher used t-test and product moment coefficient of correlation of Pearson for analysis of data. The results showed that there actually is negative and negligible correlation between addiction to the internet and achievement of learning of P.G. level students. There exists no significant variation in internet addiction between male and female P.G. level learners, but the difference in learning achievement between male and female P.G. level students was significant. Again there exists a significant difference in Internet addiction between Urban and Rural P.G. level students, and there exists no significant difference in Learning achievement between Urban and Rural P.G. level students. Finally, it was found that the difference in Internet Addiction and learning achievement of P.G. level students was significant.

Emotion recognition deals with sentiment analysis in Natural Language Processing which mainly focused on extraction and analysis of emotions. Individuals show their emotions through their conversations, emojis, short notes. Nowadays, information from Facebook, Twitters and Instagram etc., are used as a resource for text mining to find hidden emotions. Emotion retrieval behind these posts is a large and complex work. With the assistance of attitude detection, gadgets will create higher choices to assist their users. Hence, attitude detection from text is important in many areas such as decision making, user-robot interaction etc. Work done in this field is very less as compare to other fields. Therefore, it broadens our scope in the field of attitude detection from text. In this paper, we propose a hybrid model which extract phrasal words from the input and calculate the affect vector for the extracted words. Then based on affect vector, the proposed model categorize the sentence into appropriate target class. This survey paper covers the existing emotion detection models, available datasets, their options and their drawbacks. We have a tendency to concentrate on reviewing analysis efforts analyzing emotions supported text and summarize basic achievements within the field and highlight potential extensions for higher outcome.
