: The subject of structural analysis deals with planning and designing the construction of ideal buildings. Basically, the design criteria for each project vary, depending on factors such built-up area, dynamic load, soil properties, and incoming load. With the advancement of science and technology today, STAD PRO and Auto Cad software have made it easier to analyze and design buildings. Computer-aided design (CAD) is used to design residential buildings, while STAD PRO is used to analyze the buildings. This process involves creating structural framing plans, obtaining structural model analyses, and designing the structures. Software Reduces Planning Time Requirement and Helps Civil Engineers Work Easier. The design of a multi-story residential building is the project that will be completed. Using Auto Cad software, the building plan was produced based on the available space and requirements. The STAD PRO software has been used for the analysis and design of the Super Structure, or the building frame. According to Indian standards, the residential building in the current project, G+5, will be analyzed designed for gravity and lateral loads, such as wind and earthquakes.

As the fourth revolution continues, technology is also developing rapidly. One of its most important and effective uses is in agriculture. From irrigation systems to cropspecific fertilizer needs, technologies such as artificial intelligence and the internet of things have brought about major changes. One of the problems that needs to be addressed is the protection of crops from heavy rains, which cause serious damage to crops and soil fertility and create great stress for t he farmer. We solve this problem by providing automatic control and manual control in the proposed model. The motivation behind our article is to protect crops from these heavy rains and save the same rains for the future when water is scarce. Smart Crop Guardian presents an innovative crop protection system integrating Internet of Things (IoT) technology and the Blynk App, a dedicated mobile application. This system is designed to automatically shield agricultural fields from heavy rain, optimizing water usage and improving overall yield management. Through rain-sensing technology, an automated crop protection mechanism, and a user-friendly interface, the objectives are to safeguard crops, enhance resource efficiency, and contribute to sustainable farming practices. As part of the broader Smart Farming movement, this solution addresses contemporary challenges in agriculture, aligning with the goals of Precision Agriculture and Agriculture 4.0. The scalable, accessible, and sustainable approach of Smart Crop Guardian aligns with the growing global trend of adopting advanced technologies in agriculture, providing a comprehensive solution for crop protection and yield optimization.

The Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN) describes obstetrical triage as 'the brief, thorough and systematic, maternal and fetal assessment performed when a pregnant woman presents for care, to determine priority for full evaluation'. Obstetrical triage is more specialized than general and trauma triage, as it involves assessing labor condition and fetal well-being and preparing tests and interventions for obstetric problems. Obstetrical triage unit is the place where maternal patients entering the hospital system are initially processed to receive emergency medical and obstetric care.

India's remarkable economic growth, marked by a GDP surge exceeding 7% annually, has lifted millions out of poverty and fostered a burgeoning middle class. However, beneath this prosperity lies a concerning trend of widening inequality. The World Inequality Lab's 2022 report reveals that a mere 10% of the population controls 57% of the national income, exacerbating disparities. Beyond income, regional gaps persist, and a large informal workforce faces economic insecurity. Addressing this issue is imperative for social stability and maximizing growth potential. This paper explores the multifaceted nature of inequality in India, its drivers, and proposes policy solutions for a more equitable future.

This abstract gives an account of the essence and teachings of the provided material. It starts with looking at how ecological changes have occurred over time with a sense of urgency to tackle 21st century climate change. Amitav Ghosh's "The Great Derangement" is used as a centre point to criticize society's denial and inaction towards climate change and where we should be heading. Ghosh uses his analysis to explore the cultural and psychological barriers that hinder efforts to address climate change, focusing on fiction's lack in this regard. Further, the abstract covers issues concerning climate change including environmental disruptions, social and economic inequalities driven by anthropogenic factors like greenhouse gas emissions. The concept of environmental resilience includes ecosystem and community capacity to endure and adapt to environmental changes. Through powerful descriptions of humans' relationship with nature in Sundarbans, "The Hungry Tide", one work by Ghosh highlights because environmental resilience matters most. These two books underline that human destinies are interlinked with planetary ecosystems hence calling for courage, empathy, imagination when it comes to climate change.

INTRODUCTION : Cardiovascular diseases and otolaryngeal (ENT) cancers pose significant challenges to global health, being leading causes of morbidity and mortality. Although environmental risk factors contribute to the increasing prevalence of these two conditions, their correlation has not been adequately explored. Common risk factors, such as smoking and male gender, play a crucial role in the development of ENT cancers including laryngeal cancer and cardiovascular diseases. OBJECTIF : Examine in detail the links between cardiovascular risk factors (age, sex, smoking, diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia) and the characteristics of laryngeal cancers, emphasizing the importance of a systematic cardiac evaluation. METHOD : This study, involving 100 patients with laryngeal cancer, carried out in the otolaryngology and cardiology departments, aimed to evaluate the correlation between cardiovascular risk factors and laryngeal cancers. Demographic data, cardiovascular risk factors and LDLc levels were analyzed. Results indicated significant associations between chronic smoking, diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia and laryngeal cancers. The average LDLc level was determined. Ethical guidelines were followed, emphasizing the importance of cardiac evaluation in the management of patients with laryngeal cancer. This methodology ensures a comprehensive exploration of cardiovascular risk factors and their relevance to laryngeal cancers, highlighting the essential role of cardiac assessment in clinical care. RESULTS : The results included one hundred patients, with an average age of 64 years and a male predominance. Among these patients, 61%, 63%, 52%, and 54% were chronic smokers, hypertensive, diabetic, and had dyslipidemia, respectively. Metastatic cancers were relatively associated with LDLc levels, with respective p-values of 0.056. CONCLUSION : This study highlights the correlation between cardiovascular risk factors and laryngeal cancers, highlighting the need for cardiac evaluation in these patients. Integrated management of these risks could potentially improve clinical outcomes. Prospective studies and clinical trials are necessary to consolidate these results and refine treatment protocols. Meanwhile, integration of cardiac assessment into daily clinical practice is recommended for a more holistic approach to laryngeal cancer patients.
