It may be safely affirmed that Nation Education Policy is the outcome of an insightful study on Indian Education system. An effort for reviving the ancient status of India as the leader of academic field and highlighting India as the progenitor of the concept of academic hub- are evident in the document. Major subject and co-curricular activities are placed with equal importance. Skill based studies are encouraged. Technology will be of extensive use in the area like learning, planning, assessment and administration. With the declaration of the policy by the union cabinet the countrywide debate has become a fashion with changing banners. From NGO to University - all are busy to discuss the issues related to the NEP. This type of thread break discussion is a new phenomena in academic field. Keeping the needs of twenty-first century a host of corrective measures has been adopted in the NEP. An all out effort has been taken to address the merit, choice and need of the students all sections. It appears that NEP favours active pedagogy and quality enhancement by addressing the lacunae of the existing Educational policy. Familiarisation of vocational education is stressed to ensure earning livelihood. Democratisation of education is one the guiding principles of the policy. To breed a future-ready generation is the ultimate goal. The policy appears to be comprehensive and willing to address the students of KG to PG and hence some structural change was allowed. Education, like before, will not provide a degree but it will generate a community fully self reliant and technically equipped.

Increasing population has also increased the traffic graph.India was ranked number 1 among 199 countries for the most number of road accidents by world road statistics in 2018.So, a system is required to maintain and detect traffic rule violations. An automatic traffic rule violation detection and number plate recognition is an effective method and a step ahead in controlling traffic.ALPR is used to trap traffic violations and detect the vehicle number plate so that it becomes easy to identify vehicle owners. Different methods are used which include wavelet decomposition, image processing and template algorithm,spatial/frequency domain filtering and neural networks and DELP-DAR system. In this paper,we have used CNN - Convolutional neural networks. This is an efficient method to overcome the issue. The proposed system first captures the image of the license plate of the vehicle and the image undergoes several refining processes to produce a clear image of the number plate; these extracted characters are verified using CNN classifier. CNN is preferred because of its higher accuracy which is related to 99.43% in terms of localisation and 98.6% in terms of recognition.

Bhamaha, author of Kavyankara is considered as founder of Alankara School of Sanskrit poetics. His views exspecially about Alankaras are often quoted by almost all later writers on poetics. The date of Bhamaha like that of several Alankaras has been the subject of long discussion among scholars. The main reason for this is that we do not have any direct clue about the personal history of Bhamaha from any source. At the same time there are several parallel passages in the works of Bhamaha and Dandin. This is leads to various opinions regarding the relative possion of these two earlier poeticious. Bhamaha is the first poetician to formulate the different topics of poetics in a well defined outline. Kavyalankara is divided in to six chapters called paricchedas. The first chapter deals with the subjects on the purpose, sources, definition and divisions of poetry. Some of the poetic defects are also dealt with. The second and third chapters treat Alankaras including Gunas. In his view the most important element of poetry is Alankara or poetic figure. Bhamaha recognizes Vakrokthi, which he practically identify with Athisayokthi as the principle underlying all figures of speech. Though he does not define Vakrokthi the term is used to denote poetic expression which entirely differs from common speech.

The Construction of the Temple itself throws light on various details of different art forms practiced during those times. Temples which were built hundreds of years ago maintain the same sound quality and it is truly astonishing to witness that spectacular architecture. Pancharatra Aagamas also known as bhagavath shastra, mention about the importance of Musical instruments that are to be played during the invocatory prayers and during other temple rituals. Instruments like the temple bells, conch, tavil, edakka and many more are used as accompaniments for important temple rituals.

Cloud is one of the widespread technologies in recent days, which reduces the user burden with the local data storage. Generally, ensuring the data integrity and security is highly essential for the cloud storage server. In which, the Proofs of Storage (POS) is identified as the emerging technique for addressing this issue. Then, the publicly verifiable POS allows the third party for verifying the data integrity of the data owner that improves the scalability of cloud service. In the existing works, the publicly verifiable POS schemes are very slow during the computation of authentication tags for the data blogs. Also, it requires expensive group exponentiation operation, which is the bottleneck of the setup phase of this scheme. Thus, this paper proposed a Delegatable Proofs of Storage (DPOS) scheme, which is a kind of lightweight privacy preserving technique. Here, the third party auditor can support and switch at any time based on the functionalities of the POS scheme. Moreover, we speed up the tag generation process without sacrificing the efficiency in other aspects. In addition to that, this mechanism can be extended to support the fully dynamic operations with better efficiency and reduced computation of any data update to O(log n). The results stated that the proposed scheme is better than the other privacy preserving models.

Wedelia trilobata is a noxious weed. In this study we found out the impact of different leachates(both fresh plant leachate and leachate from dried plant) on the germination and seedling growth of cowpea. Different concentrations of leachate(2%,4%,6%,8% and 10%) were used, distilled water used as control. Seeds were sown in these leachate in petriplates and germination parameters were measured. All the germination parameters (except germination percentage and response index) have no significant variation. Whereas radicle length was high in dry plant leachate compared to fresh leachate. Also phytochemical screening revealed both leachate contain most of the secondary metabolites such as alkaloids, flavonoids, saponins, tannins, triterpenoids, anthraquinone glycosides, coumarins, phenols, volatile oils, quinones and anthraquinones.

The provision of pharmaceutical drugs in quantities appropriate to consumption is an crucial point in the pharmaceutical industry and storage of medicines, as the production of massive quantities of unnecessary drugs cause to a longer storage of drugs. In the meantime most of the medicines have a short storage life. If the amount of production of purpose of time series analysis and a prediction of the required quantities drugs. A recurrent neural network with Long-Short Term Memory LSTM has been used by deep learning. The proposed methodology is based on the seasonal number of prescription required quantities with the number of quarters as indicators. The purpose of this research is to forecast the drugs amount needed for one year. The proposed method is evaluated using two types of evaluation. The first one is based on MSE and the visualization of the actual data and forecast-ed data. The proposed method has reached a low value of MSE and the visualization graph is semi-identical, whereas the second evaluation method compares the result of the proposed method with traditional forecasting method. Multiple linear regression is a traditional prediction method used with the data set, whose results are relatively good and promising compared to the results of the traditional method.

Content based video retrieval has many intelligent applications in the field of education, security, medicine, agricul- ture, etc. Retrieval of a specific video story based on the textual query is the key idea behind research work. The video is first segmented in order to get shots representing small stories. To represent each shot efficiently, key frame extraction needs to be performed on each video. Various key frame extraction algorithm is also explored in this research work. This research work also involves natural language processing steps such as tokenization, punctuation and extra symbol removal, stemming of words to the root words, etc. for text processing of textual query. Later on, indexing algorithm needs to be implemented in order to obtain appropriate results based on the query. This research work explores the area of video retrieval based on textual query and image query.

An interpretative situation or condition shifts or forces human behaviour into several directions which some characteristics which cannot be brought back. Crises like Covid 19 pandemic doesn't occur frequently, to control the spread of the Covid virus several steps at different levels were carried out for utmost safety and wellbeing. Lockdown was one such measure that was adopted globally to prevent the disease from spreading. Thus, everything interrelated to public health, resulted in economic vulnerability and effecting it to roots. Market dynamics were shaken by the global shutdown. Consumers in an industry are the touchpoints of the competition, productivity and economic mix of the market. Consumers are already witnessing a shift in conduct in the face of economic uncertainty, but it is a matter of how many transitions they can sustain through the crisis. This research finds out consumer behaviour amidst COVID-19 crises and what consumers perceive in the lockdown for the mobile aggregator platform, which flourished even at the time of crises. Meanwhile, the study also presents the normal wellbeing of consumers using the mobile aggregator however the Standard operating procedures confined them to sustain in a regulated home environment. Giving them the alternate of the mobile aggregator to shop for gourmet and groceries. There have been several consumer shifts reports and which brings in a hypothesis about consumer behaviour such as, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Attitude and Behavioral Intention. Finally, the study tries to determine consumer shift amidst covid 19, which introduced a change in consumer buying behaviour for grocery and gourmet food products. The differences in consumption patter before the Covid pandemic outbreak and amidst is been explored across age gender and occupation.
