The term Iltihaab Tajaveef Anf Muzmin has not been mentioned in the Unani classical texts, but the clinical features of Nazla Baarid Muzmin resemble Iltihaab Tajaveef Anf Muzmin, which occurs as a result of the involvement of various factors. The individuals with Baarid mizaj (cold temperament) are more prone to develop this condition as the maaddaah (matter) infiltrated from the anterior part of the brain towards the nose or throat. This condition corresponds with chronic sinusitis in modern, which is multifactorial in nature and often involve accompanying nasal airway inflammation called chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS), which is an inflammatory condition of the paranasal sinuses with at least two out of four cardinal symptoms for at least 12 consecutive weeks. It prevalent among all age groups and is the fifth most common reason for an antibiotic prescription. The main objective of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of Unani formulae in the management of chronic rhinosinusitis. It was conducted from January to April 2016 in the outpatient department of the National Teaching Hospital of Ayurveda, Kotta Road, Borella, Sri Lanka. Diagnosed (n= 10) patients with age group 25-55 years from both sexes were selected. The patients have received 30 ml of test decoction two times a day after meal and oil massage of sinus areas for 10 minutes for 08 visits for 28 days. The pre and post-study effects were assessed by using Total Nasal Symptom Severity scores (TNSS) in 4 follow-ups. The data were analyzed by the repeated measure of ANOVA with paired t-tests. There was a significant improvement in subjective parameters; facial pain, hyposmia, postnasal drainage, nasal obstruction and headache. The study revealed that the test drugs are effective in reducing the symptoms of chronic rhinosinusitis without any adverse effects, therefore, they can be used effectively and safely in their management. However, to make the study more comprehensive it could be conducted in a large sample size on various parameters.

Data mining is a powerful method for mining useful patterns or data from image and textual data sets. Information mining continues with huge measure of information. Information mining has famously treated as equivalent word of information disclosure in information base, albeit a few specialists see information mining as a basic advance of information revelation. Online news order is immense zone of information mining. As huge quantities of articles are distributed the time has come devouring assignment to choose the intriguing one. There have been a ton of work for the external arrangement yet there has been a less measure of work for internal arrangement of information. The paper here manages the existed considers studied on the news characterization utilizing different Machine Learning strategies. With the persistently expanding measure of online data, there is a squeezing need to structure this data. Text classification (TC) is a procedure which classifies literary data into a predefined set of classifications. This proposition depicts a contextual analysis on arranging news stories on two different datasets gathered by the business-to-business news. The objective is to find out if it's conceivable to utilize an AI (ML) way to deal with TC to develop a classification framework that can be utilized in a self-loader setting. Two fundamental difficulties of the cases are that news stories are possibly marked with different classes (multi-name) and the dataset is imbalanced. For scientific purposes, we confine ourselves to ML calculations that create humanly interpretable models, in particular choice trees.

As per the western concept of secularism, secularism can be defined as a strict separation of state from religion. India's case, where religion has a significant role in individuals' personal lives, is quite different from Western ones. In India, there is no discrimination in the treatment of any religion. Religious freedom is a fundamental right in India, and one cannot discriminate based on religion. This paper tries to look into various theories of secularism in India along with the religious freedom as enshrined in the Indian constitution. Furthermore, it highlights the importance of both secularism and religious freedom in India with an overview.

For the operating interurban multilane divided highway assessment of Level of Service is very important. In the sequence of assessment of the level of service, capacity estimation is very important. To estimate capacity efficiently microscopic simulation model developed for interurban multilane divided state highway SH-27 which connects two important cities of M.P. To obtain space mean speed, classified traffic volume count, the projected area of vehicles, and free-flow speed traffic data was collected using videography in the field and extracted using traffic data extractor. The first capacity was estimated using the traditional method for SPCU and DPCU and also estimated capacity using Indo-HCM method and in last using microscopic simulation model microscopic simulation software VISSIM-21. To check the validity of the developed simulation model, simulated traffic parameters and field traffic parameters were compared and also given static validation to the model. Capacities estimated from various methods were compared. Differences between capacities are not significant so this validated model used for capacity estimation of SH-27, subsequently Level of Service can be assessed using capacity estimated by the microscopic simulation model.

Xylocarpus granatum is most important medicinal plant. Population structure of Xylocarpus granatum was studied by observing number of individuals of species at the Revadanda mangrove forest. Individuals were categorized on the basis of diameter class i.e. seedling (0-2 cm), sapling (>2-6 cm) and adult (>6 cm). The stand density of tree species is calculated from the mangrove area of Revadanda. The diameter distribution pattern of adult indicates decrease in number of individuals in higher diameter class. As per IUCN category, Xylocarpus granatum is least concern plant. The policy should be made to protect this species legally to make awareness about this plant to people with its importance and need of conservation by addressing the prevalent factors which affects natural regeneration of the species.

According to Ayurved, Peshi is defined as the structure which is the main component of Mansa dhatu (Muscles) and which is present externally as well as internally related to organs also covers the bones, joints and can be individually identified as a separate structure. 500 peshis are present in human body distributed as 400 in shakha pradesh (extremities), 66 in Koshtha (Trunk) and 34 in above the Greeva (Head and Neck). Peshi (Muscles) covers Sira (Vessels), Snayu (Ligaments / Tendons), Asthiparvani (Bones with Appendages) and Sandhi (Joints). It also facilitates the easy movements of sandhi and provides protection to Asthi (Bones), Sira and Snayu. By covering all the above structures, it provides the Bala (strength) to the human body. A muscle is a "contractile organ" of the body. Muscles make up between 40 to 50 percent of our total body weight and work to help us move, maintain posture and produce heat. Muscles respond to stimuli, contract, extend and have elasticity to return to their original shape and length after contracting or extending. Each type of muscle has different characteristics and structures.

Sira, Dhamani and Srotas Sharir is basically Ayurvedic concept which deals with the study Ayurvedic aspects interms of Rachana Sharir related with these three structures. According to Ayurved, minute structural difference is present in between sira, dhamani and srotas. More or less functionally these three structures are differentiable with their contents which they carry. Primarily, all 3 are tube like structures which carries respective material within them. Aacharya Sushrut established novel opinion of Rachana Sharir (Anatomy- Framework) and Shalya Tantra (Surgery). He has explained various discernment in Rachana Sharir in the Sushrut Sharirsthan. In 7th adhyaya of the Sharirsthan, he has given the in depth information on the topic of the Siras of the human body (Sharir). In the similar adhyaya the Acharya Sushrut has named some Avedhya Siras which must not be punctured during the treatment phase. Dhamnis are also tube or cords like structure filled with Vata dosha, and having pulsations are called as dhamani. The walls of dhamanis are not collapsible due to pulsations. There are 700 siras and 24 dhamanis are mentioned by the acharyas which are again gets distributed further. This comparative study of sira and dhamani is helpful in understanding the difference between the sira, dhamani and also srotas with the help of anatomy.

Marma is vital point in the body. Total numbers of marmas are 107. Sushrutacharya has explained the notion of marma in Sushrut Samhita Sharirsthan 6th adhyaya. The pact is based on four types by Sushrutacharya. It is given as marmaprakar (types of marma) as per Shadanga, Rachana, Parinam and Pariman. Rachanatmak (Structural) classification of marma is based on five fundamentals as Mansa, Sira, Snayu, Asthi and Sandhi. According to the fundamental meaning of marma as per Sushrutacharya, the marma is the site where mansa, sira, snayu, asthi and sandhi are collectively present. At a glance study of marma includes its name, number, location, classification according to four basic types and its modern correlation with injury symptoms.

Crowdfunding is a method of raising funds from a large number of funders to start a new business or for charitable purposes using the internet. An important factor for the people involved in raising these funds is trust and the temporary funds of the recipient is stored in the fundraising organization, so to attract funders to donate their funds to the recipient, trust is the important capital for the fundraising organization. In the existing method of online crowdfunding, the contributor does not have any control over the money that they have contributed. Since in the existing method the fundraising organization has all the control over the money contributed, they can very easily perform malicious activities. The problem faced by this existing system can be addressed by using blockchain concept. Blockchain in crowdfunding allows decentralization which suggests that nobody within the network as control over the blocks which makes it transparent to everyone within the blockchain. In this proposed method all the activities performed in a crowdfunding campaign are managed by using the blockchain concept. Each transaction is recorded in the blockchain network to ensure that the amount is received by the valid recipient.
