Cloud Computing refers to the network used for distribution of computing power, storage and applications among computers with the assistance of net. Within the current era of technology each company needs to form progress i.e., mechanisation. For start-up firms it's not terribly economical to possess personal servers and workers for the upkeep of the servers. An improved choice for them is to use cloud computing as a result of its low-cost and reliable. Amazon EC2 and IBM cloud services are an example of such suppliers. It's terribly troublesome to settle on an improved supplier. During this paper, a comparison of Amazon EC2 and IBM cloud services is given, which can facilitate in selecting the cloud supplier.

Visually impaired persons find themselves challenging to travel out independently. Millions of visually impaired or blind people during this world are always in need of helping hands. While walking into an unfamiliar place, Person has to completely depend on other people to reach destination, this restricts their mobility. Hence, we are developing a smart walking stick which will help them to know about their surroundings and also guide them during travelling. Blind stick is an innovative stick designed for visually disabled people for improved navigation. The blind stick is integrated with ultrasonic, IR sensors in conjunction with motors. On sensing obstacles, If the obstacle is close enough then buzzer and vibrator motor get activated. The system has another advanced feature integrated to assist the blind man to seek out their required location. The main objective of this project is to style a sensible walking stick that alerts visually impaired people over obstacles ahead could help them in walking with less accident. It outlines a much better navigational tool for the visually impaired. The Smart Stick will help the blind man by providing more convenient means of life.

Yellow fever was once one of the most feared epidemic diseases in the world with the capacity to bring devastation to almost every continent. Mass vaccination campaigns in the mid 20th century. Succeeded in bringing the disease under control for over 40years but since the late 1980s, this deadly disease has returned, putting at risk a new generation in west and central Africa and threatening to erupt into devastating urban episodes. The yellow fever initiates led by WHO and UNICEF with the support of global alliance for vaccines and immunization(GAVI alliance )has now been launched with the aim of dramatically reducing the risk of yellow fever outbreak in 12 endemic countries in Africa through the vaccination of 48 million people over the coming four years.

Seizure Emergencies Are Potentially Life-Threatening Events That Are Under-Recognized. Status Epilepticus Is Associated With Considerable Rates Of Morbidity And Mortality. Experts Currently Believe That Any Episode Of Seizure Activity Lasting 5 Minutes Or Longer Should Be Considered Status Epilepticus. Treatment Should Be Initiated As Early As Possible; Evidence Has Shown That Once Seizures Persist For 5 To 10 Minutes, They Are Unlikely To Stop On Their Own In The Subsequent Few Minutes. Prehospital Treatment With Benzodiazepines Has Been Shown To Reduce Seizure Activity Significantly Compared With Seizures That Remain Untreated Until The Patient Reaches The Emergency Department. The Consequences Of Delayed Treatment Of Status Epilepticus Include A Serious Risk Of Subsequent Prolonged Seizure Activity Or Epileptogenesis, Memory Deficits, And Learning Difficulties. The Importance Of Timely Intervention In Generalized Tonic-Clonic Status Epilepticus Must Be Emphasized. Recent Research Has Found That Emergency Department Personnel Fail To Recognize The Condition In Children In 34% Of Cases.

Tuberculids are hypersensitivity reactions to distant focus of M.tuberculosis in a immunocompetent individual. Clinically they presents as popular, papulonodular and necrotic lesions with a predilection for extremities. We are presenting a patient with predominant involvement of face and neck and on detailed clinical workup diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis was made.

Warts are benign proliferation of skin caused by Human Pailloma virus. A large treatment modalities exist for treatment, but none are proved to be 100% effective. We evaluate the efficacy of intralesional bleomycin for treatment of warts and found this modality to be effective treatment with 90.47% cure rates observed at the end of study.

Expressing gratitude or thankfulness is not only a 'feel good' emotion attached with the organizational environment but can help employees in many ways. Practising gratitude generates a sense of worth in an employee and also has physical, psychological and interpersonal benefits. Job satisfaction on the other hand is the extent of contentment, satisfaction and self-motivation to do the current job The sample consisted of 100 employees of which 50 were males and 50 were females between the age group 35-45 years from aviation sector. For the purpose of assessment Gratitude Questionnaire (GQ-6) by McCullough (2002) and Minnesota satisfaction questionnaire (short-form) by David J. Weiss, Rene V. Dawis, George W. England and Lloyd H. Lofquist (1977) were used. The results consist of Descriptive Statistics (i.e., mean and standard deviation), Pearson Correlation and Independent t-Test Analysis. Findings suggest that the average level of gratitude and job satisfaction of males and females are same. Further, positive correlation between gratitude and job satisfaction was established which was significant at the 0.01 level with a correlation of 0.695. On analysing the t-test, no significant difference between gratitude and job satisfaction of males and females was found. Thus, the relationship between gratitude and job satisfaction in aviation sector among males and females is positive but no significant difference between males and females.

Pityriasis versicolor is superficial mycosis caused by malassezia furfur and presents clinically as multiple macules of varying color with fine scaling over surface and usually easily diagnosed on clinical appearance and KOH mount. However our patient had predominant involvement of hands and initial diagnosis of cutaneous warts was kept. As the lesions ware showing scaling, KOH mount was performed, which lead to diagnosis of pityriasis versicolor.

For human diagnosis, image processing can be used to evaluate pictorial data. Since the malignant tumor which is cancerous, will spread to other tissues of the bod. Consequently, it is important to identify the bone cancer in a prior stage with more accuracy. CT (Computerized Tomography), Ultrasound, X-ray, MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging), etc. are the different techniques in medical imaging. In this paper, a low-cost and high-efficiency tumour detection method based on deep learning and x-ray images is proposed.

The purpose of the current review is to provide updates on the most common risk factors or medical conditions associated with kidney stone formation, current available methods of metabolic investigations, dietary recommendations and treatment. Laboratory tests for hypercalciuria, hyperuricosuria, hyperoxaluria, cystinuria, hypocitraturia, renal tubular acidosis, urinary tract infections and decreased urine volume are based on the results of 24-hour urine and urine collection and urine collection. and pH. Blood tests for creatinine, calcium and uric acid should be obtained. Bone mass should be determined primarily between hypercalciuria and primary hyperparathyroidism to be ruled out. Current information does not support calcium channel recommendations as it may lead to the treatment of hyperoxaluria and osteoporosis. Reduction of animal protein and salt intake, high liquid consumption and potassium consumption should be done. Medications include the use of thiazide, allopurinol, potassium citrate or other drugs according to the disorder. Correction of these abnormalities in the body is a basic tool to prevent or reduce the formation of recurrent stones.

We describe here the main natural ingredients used for cancer treatment and prevention, the historical features of their application and pharmacognosy. Two major applications of these compounds are described: such as cancer treatment and chemotherapy. Both natural and synthetic compounds, either derived from plants or animals or produced by antibiotics, and synthetic compounds, derived from natural extracts, are used. Other current critical aspects of cancer chemistry are also being discussed, focusing on genes and genes, as well as the latest cancer-changing concept: aneuploidy as the premium movens of cancer.
