- As the time passes by, there is a huge increase in the amount of people who are being affected by the disease called Diabetic Retinopathy. The reason behind this is due to increase in blood sugar level which damage the blood vessels in Retina. There are some early manifestations of this disease which includes Floaters, Dark area of visions, Distorted vision. In order to detect the Optic Disc here we have used different methods to identify & separate the optic disc from Retina. The transform which we have used here are Krisch Transform, Discrete Wavelet Transform, Bottom Hat Transform. So, first of all we will do the Separation & Segmentation of bright objects and after that the windowing process will takes place. After applying the respective transforms in the datasets i.e. DRIVE Dataset which is publicly available we will find the Spectral density, Standard Deviation and Energy for each Window to separate the Optic disc

The Internet of Things (IoT) make smart objects the important building blocks in the development of emergency health care system. The IoT has various application domains and E-health-care is one of them. The IoT revolution is designing a modern emergency health care system with promising technological, economic, and social prospects. This paper surveys about developing an IoT based modern Emergency health care system. IoT technology has made a tremendous improvement in E-health care domain using its hardware like highly advanced sensors in collaboration with the cloud computing. But there is also a need of developing a proper well-organised system which could serve the society during the time of emergency health problems. So the proposed model is an IoT based system developed using embedded system hardware and cloud computing. The system is fully decentralized or distributed network controlled by the main server. Another dimension to the system is making people available the information regarding new health related scheme put forth by the government. The system is particular designed keeping into consideration the emergency health problem in rural areas but it is also applicable in urban areas with few hardware changes.

The main purpose of this project is to provide continuous power supply to a load, by selecting the power supply from any of the four sources namely mains, inverter, solar, generator automatically in case if one of the source is absent. the need of electricity is increasing in todays life and the frequent power cuts of electricity are causing problem in many different areas like colleges, schools, banks, industries. thus there is requirement for an alternate(others) arrangement of supply. This arrangement can be designed by using arduino uno(micro controller) and relays. when a source, say mains fails the supply automatically shifts to next priority source inverter) and so on. LEDs (light emitting diodes) can be used to show that which sources is used to provide the supply

Changes are constant, so said always comes true. Nature changes everything with it in a given time for any stimuli. Education is no different to it. From ancient time, to medieval and now modern. In ancient time students used to recite whatever was given to them and passed it on with a verbal transfer. Then came about writing down the things to study, till printing was invented and all changed, with its course of academic. Books began to write, published in multiple copies and stored, to refer whenever one felt. But men use to make progress and, changed the future with binary codes. Now we have digital books (e-books), powerpoint presentation, motion pictures, and many more modes available on the internet and digital form in various forms like pdf, doc file, word pad and of lately kindle to add as a library, which facilitate the reading among students of every age. As a curiosity, we are tempted to analyze, now, when students have got various sources of learning, what is that students are following, or in other words, what is the current studying practices followed by students to acquire knowledge, and be competent enough to face the open market. Followed by a research survey and analysis, an attempt has been made by this paper to focus on the study practices and use of various tools for studying and gaining knowledge by today's undergraduates.

usually involving the process of task creation and synchronization. The synchronization of task requires the clear definition about existing dependencies in a program or data-flow restraints among functions(tasks), or data usable information of the tasks. This paper describes a method called Symbol-Table method which will used to exploits and detects the task level parallelism at inner level of sequential C-programs. This method is made up of two levels: a normal symbol table and an extended symbol table. A sequential program of C language is the input to the normal gcc compiler in which the procedures are defines as functions(tasks).Than wegenerate a normal symbol table with specific command by gcc compiler in Linuxas an output. Then we use the information of that symbol table for generatingthe extended symbol table with additional information about variable's extended scopes and inner level function dependency. This extended symbol table is generated by the use of previously generated normal symbol table on the basis ofvariable's scope and L-value/R-value attributes. By that table we can identify thefunctions and variables those who are sharing the common variables and those who are accessing the different functions with extended scopes respectively. Thenwe can generate the program dependency graph by the using of that extended symbol table's information with a specific java program. A simple program forusing this method has been implemented on a 64-bits Linux based multiprocessor. Finally we can generate the Function graph for every variable in the programwith the help of table's info and dependency graph's states. From that graph wecan get the info about extended scoping of variables to identify and exploit thetask level parallelism in the program. Then we can apply the parallelism withMPI or other parallel platforms to get optimized and error free parallelism.

Adsorption is a recognized method for the removal of heavy metals in low concentration from wastewater containing heavy metals. The high cost of activate carbon limits its use in adsorption. Many varieties of low-cost adsorbents have been developed and tested to remove heavy metal ions. However, the adsorption efficiency depends on the type of adsorbents. Bio sorption of heavy metals from aqueous solutions is a relatively new process that has been proven very promising for the removal of heavy metal from wastewater. The main objective of this study is to evaluate the feasibility of using the Banana Peels powder for removal of copper, optimize of the different operating parameters such as pH, adsorbent dose, contact time, and initial copper concentration were studied , to find the equillibrium values ,in order to get maximum efficiency study the comparison of adsorption capacity of locally available adsorbent

This paper presents Space Vector Modulation of Inverter fed with three phase Induction Motor using MatLab Simulation. Induction motors are the most widely used electrical motors due to their reliability, low cost and robustness. However, induction motors do not inherently have the capability of variable speed operation. Due to this reason, earlier dc motors were applied in most of the electrical drives. But the recent developments in speed control methods of the induction motor have led to their large scale use in almost all electrical drives. Voltage control is required to meet the variation in the input voltage and to regulate the output of the inverter and it is an algorithm for the control of Pulse Width Modulation technique. SVM gives better harmonic response and higher efficiency compared to pulse width modulation techniques.

Day by day the electricity demand is on increasing. To provide the electricity demand for the customer we have to find different resources to generate the electricity. Up to the 2022 electrical power target include achieving 175 GW of energy from solar power, 60 GW from wind power, 10 GW from biomass and 5 GW from small hydro power. Every year, about 55 million tonnes of municipal solid waste and 38 billion litres of sewage are generated in the urban areas of India. In addition, large quantities of solid and liquid wastes are generated by industries. Waste generation in India is expected to increase rapidly in the future. As more people migrate to urban areas and as incomes increase, consumption levels are likely to rise, as are rates of waste generation. It is estimated that the amount of waste generated in India will increase at a per capita rate of approximately 1-1.33% annually. This paper introduces the new hybrid renewable source of energy that is cow urine power Powered Battery and microbial fuel cell has been designed and proposed for sensor, LED display applications and to compensate the demand at urban village sites to electrify the villages which are under darkness by means of LED. In this hybrid source we are going to used cow urine as well as organic matter which is obtained from mud, soil, waste water treatment plant has been utilised as a source of energy extraction. The natural cow urine and Inorganic or organic Bactria has been used as an electrolyte in the design. The proposed hybrid system consists of series parallel combination of cow Urine and MFC cell. The electrodes have been dipped in to hybrid system and potential across the electrodes has been measured. The selection of materials for electrodes, amount of urine per cell, requirement of soil content number Of urine powered cells in each row and number of rows to be connected in parallel are some of the important aspects urine power battery and MFC battery. The single cell urine power battery, having Cu-Al electrode combination can generate voltage of 0.56 V using cow urine. In addition to this we are going to used microbial fuel cell (MFC) uses bacteria as a catalyst to oxidize organic and inorganic matter and generate current and voltage by using aluminium mesh electrode as anode and cathode. the hybrid output of both urine powered battery and MFC cell is fed to load by using buck regulator LTC-3388 because the load regulation of both cells is very poor. Analysis and simulation of buck regulator is done on LT-spice.

In this project, the speed of an induction motor is controlled by indirect vector control using PI as well as fuzzy logic controller. Sensorless vector control is achieved by model reference adaptive control where voltage model is used as reference model and current model as the adaptive model. Sensorless drive system increase reliability and compactness of drive. In sensorless vector control speed is estimated from machine terminal voltage and current measurements. Fuzzy logic controller based sensorless induction motor drive is used in providing the smooth dynamic performance of induction motor. The performance of PI and fuzzy logic controller based sensorless induction motor drive is compared at dynamic load condition to verify the robustness of fuzzy logic controller based sensorless induction motor. For precise description of fuzzy variable higher order of fuzzy rule (9*9 fuzzy rule) is used. In indirect vector control slip gain tuning is required to avoid the misalignment of direct axis and quadrature axis component of vector control, caused by the parameter variation specially rotor resistance variation. Rotor resistance of induction motor depends on mainly the temperature, as temperature varies rotor resistance varies and misaligning d-q component of vector control results in overfluxing or underfluxing thereby deteriorating the torque control characteristics of induction motor. In this work, rotor resistance variation is compensated by using current control system. The current control loop is constructed in ( -?) coordinate, converting the d-q voltage and current components into -? coordinate. The - axis is coincident of stator current or voltage component of stator resistance and ?-axis is perpendicular to - axis where the stator voltage or error due to rotor resistance variation will appear. The effect of stator resistance will not appear on ?-axis voltage. The rotor resistance is compensated in such a way that the voltages variation on ?-axis becomes zero. There is no special detection circuit required for compensation, thus compensation circuit become simple. The effectiveness of this scheme is tested through simulation.

This paper presents the vector control of induction motor by using artificial intelligence. In scalar control or V/f control of induction motor, flux is maintained constant by keeping voltage to frequency ratio constant. This control method gives the wide range of speed control with full load torque capability even at lower speed. This cause high energy savings but it is disadvantageous when the transient response is consider. Speed transition or change in loading there is change in the flux which is responsible for poor transient response. The change in flux is recovered in sluggish manner. This lead to over current, over heating during transient period which necessitates a drive to be oversize and no longer cost effective. The causes of deviation of the flux from the reference value is inherent coupling between flux and torque. They can be decoupled and controlled independently to obtain high transient response. This method of decoupling and controlling the flux and torque component is known as the vector control method. For precise control used artificial intelligence(fuzzy logic control). The theoretical basis of each algorithm is explained in detail and its performance is tested with simulations implemented in MATLAB/SIMULINK and performance of induction motor control verified with MATLAB simulation result at dynamic load condition.
