This research focused on India's shrimp culturing system, which is no less essential than shrimp culturing in other nations. India ranks second in aquaculture farming, however there has been a significant fall in shrimp production from 2019-21. Andra Pradesh is India's top shrimp-producing state. The shrimp causes various illnesses, which prevents production from reaching its height in India. Climate, location, land, water parameters, correct feed, probiotics, and environmental characteristics are just a few of the aspects that shrimp growers must consider. Furthermore, illness outbreaks are a serious impediment. Litopenaeus vannamei, a white shrimp farmed in the Bhal area near Bhavnagar, was heavily affected with blackish spot infections despite the use of probiotics and strict adherence to environmental criteria that promote shrimp growth. In this investigation, samples were collected, and white shrimp from infected and healthy shrimps were isolated and compared. After homological, phylogenetic, and morphological analysis, the organism identified from diseased shrimp was Acinetobacter indicus CIP 110367 strain A648 and Bacillus subtilis strain NCDO 1769 from healthy shrimp gut flora.

Corporate Governance at moment the conception of Corporate Governance has taken a new dimension due to globalization and liberalization. With the opening up of frugality and to be in line with WTO conditions, if the Indian corporate has to survive and succeed amidst adding competition encyclopedically, it can only be through translucency in operations. Excellence in terms of client satisfaction, return, product and service, return to promoters and social liabilities towards society and people cannot be achieved without rehearsing good commercial governance. The main objective of Corporate Governance is to enhance the long-term shareholder value while guarding the interests of other stakeholders, maximizing long-term shareholder value legally and ethically, ensuring fairness, courtesy and quality in all deals within and outside the bank with guests, workers, investors, partners, competitors, the government and the society. The system of corporate governance is important for banks in India because the majority of the banks is in the public sector, where they aren't only competing with one another but with other players in the banking system as well as in the financial services system including Financial Institutions, collective finances and other financial intermediaries Further, with restrictive support available from the govt. for further capitalization of banks, numerous banks may have to go for public issues, leading to the transformation of power. This paper focuses on corporate governance in the banking sector and how they cleave to Corporate Governance practices. It further indicates the part and relationship of corporate governance with the Indian Banking Sector. Both private and public sector banks are clinging to obligatory conditions of corporate Governance attributes as a result it is bringing further transparency and minimizing the chances of fraud and malpractices

Millingtonia hortensis Linn. is cultivated in most parts of India, both in gardens and avenues. Tall and straight, with comparatively few branches, its popularity lies in its ornamental value. It is a fine tree, fast growing, but with brittle wood, liable to be damaged by storms. In favourable positions it can grow to 24 m tall. The ashy bark is cracked and furrowed and the numerous fissures make removal of the cork an easy matter. It is used as an inferior substitute for true cork. From April until the rains and again in November and December, a profusion of silvery-white, delightfully fragrant flowers crown the foliage. Upright open clusters with arching blooms terminate every branchlet. Each flower is a tiny bell-shaped calyx, a long slender tube of palest green dividing into four waxy, white petals and several conspicuous yellow anthered stamens. Many flowers are delicately tinted with rose. As the flowers are short-lived, the flower sprays mostly consist largely of long whitish buds, while the ground below is spangled with innumerable little stars. Between January and March the leaves are shed and renewed during April and May, although the tree is never quite naked. Trees do not seed very easily in India

Introduction: More than 800 million people in developing countries do not have adequate food supplies and at least 10% of food is lost due to plant disease. Plant diseases are caused by pathogens such as fungi, bacteria, nematodes and viruses. Material and Methods: The present investigation was aimed to study the antifungal activity and preliminary phytochemical analysis of Duranta erecta L. and Tragia involucrata L. The ethanol leaf extracts of D. erecta and T. involucrate were tested against two phytopathogenic fungi Curvularia lunata and A. alternataby poisoned food technique using eight different concentrations (0.1%, 0.2%, 0.4%, 0.6%, 0.8%, 1%, 2% and 3%). Results: Assessment was carried out in terms of percentage of mycelial growth inhibition of the test fungus. The results of antifungal activity of ethanol extracts of D. erecta and T. involucrata against C. lunata and A. alternata were observed mycelia growth inhibition ranged from 27.77 to 100%. Phytochemical analysis of ethanol extractsrevealed that thepresence of phytocompounds such as alkaloids, flavonoids, tannins, steroid, saponins and phenolic compounds which be responsible for the observed antifungal property. Conclusion: The ability of the crude leaf ethanol extract of D. erecta to inhibit the growth of fungi is an indication of its broad spectrum antifungal property which may be employed in the management of fungal infection.

In terms of time and traffic, there is a major issue in many places. Men and women are both employed concurrently in a variety of houses. According to this perspective, they don't have a lot of time to prepare meals because they spend most of their time working, either at home or in the office. Also, they don't want to eat out, which is another reason why ready-to-eat food has gained popularity. The market for ready-to-eat food products has grown as a result of the advantages of such foods. Ready-to-eat food is convenient to prepare and is preferred by everyone from college students to bachelors to those working in offices. Additionally, this study aids in pinpointing the variables that affect consumers' decisions to purchase ready-to-eat meals.
