Unsustainable industrialization and pollution are having long term effects on our environment. Voluntary methods of environmental performance certification and labelling for textile products and stringent rules on wastewater discharges are forcing textile processors to reuse the discharged water and chemicals. This challenge has provoked the researchers for an intensive research in new advanced treatment technologies, which are currently advancing at a faster pace to full-scale installations. Some of these processes are filtration, chemical oxidation, specialized flocculation techniques, anaerobic digestion, fixed-film bioreactors, and electrolysis and foam flotation. Despite the fact that all of these technologies are economical and efficient, like the two sides of a coin, they are also subject to limitations. Optimisation of reaction parameters was done using repeated applications.

The performance of the best relay selection on Hybrid relay mode in cognitive radio relay networks is studied. Some important factors, such as the bit error ratio (BER), the outage probability, and the average channel capacity, are analyzed in this paper. The impact of spectrum sensing process as well as the spectrum utilization efficiency of primary user on the performance of Hybrid selection-based cognitive radio relay networks is considered. The proposed scheme is validated by simulations by using MATLAB, and the analyses of closed-form expressions for some figures of merit, e.g., the outage probability, the BER, and the average channel capacity, are all consistent with the outcomes of simulations. The simulations also prove that the performance of the proposed scheme is impacted considerably by some other critical parameters, such as the number of relays. In this paper the hybrid decode and forward (DAF) and amplify and forward (AF) using Huffman coding is used for a single relay and multiple relays, the whole arrangement is done in MATLAB environment. It is noticed form the result and discussions that our proposed approach is able to achieve less bit error rates and high capacity to reduce the vulnerabilities in cognitive radio networks (CRN).

In data communication, security plays a vital role when transmitting the data packets from one place to another. On the other hand intrusion on the networks makes the data communication vulnerable. MANET is a Mobile Ad hoc Network with wireless nodes that are communicated each other without any predefined infrastructure. Because of dynamic topology the security may very much challenging in MANETs and intrusion detection techniques become wide. The comprehensive analysis of security measures in MANET defines the various techniques that provide the intrusion detection techniques. In this paper we compare the proposed decision tree based model with Naive Bayes classifier which gives the better accuracy of finding the intrusion in Network. The decision tree based model works efficiently with Information gain that helps to find the relationship between the nodes. The malicious node is detected and the result shows that decision tree based models achieves the better results when compared with previous techniques.

Ground water is the major source of drinking water and over 94% of the drinking water demand is met by groundwater. Water quality monitoring shows that nitrate is present in ground water throughout country at relatively low concentrations, but in areas of intense farming the nitrate-nitrogen concentration may approach or exceed the WHO and IS 10500 ground water permissible limit of 100 mg/L. There are isolated cases where the concentration of Nitrate -nitrogen is very high. This is attributed to disposal of high nitrogen containing waste on land. This study focuses on the actual status of nitrate contamination in various regions of Balotra block of Barmer District, Rajasthan, India. The maximum limit of nitrate is found to be 286mg/l, 285mg/l and 152mg/l in Buriwara, Bhimarlai Station and Jagsa region of Balotra respectively which is higher than desirable and maximum permissible limit for nitrate in drinking water by IS10500 and WHO Standards. On basis of our results we found that most of the groundwater sources are unfit for drinking purposes.

This paper describes our first research experience in Visual Cryptography using AES algorithm by using open-source software tools such as Java(Eclipse), My Sql and etc.Visual Cryptography uses two transparent images. One image contains random pixels and the other image contains the secret information. It is impossible to retrieve the secret information from one of the images. Both transparent images/layers are required to reveal the information. Using secret sharing concepts, the encryption procedure encrypts a secret image into the so-called shares which are noise-like secure images which can be transmitted or distributed over an unsecure communication channel. Using the properties of the human visual system to force the recognition of a secret message from overlapping shares, the secret image is decrypted without additional computations and any knowledge of cryptography.Any visual secret information (pictures, text, etc) is considered as image and encryption is performed using simple algorithm to generate n copies of shares depending on type of access structure schemes. The simplest access structur is the 2 out of 2 scheme where the secret image is encrypted into 2 shares and both needed for a successful decryption.

If there should be an occurrence of digital safeguard a few security applications Key-presentation protection has all the time a critical issue. As of late, the best approach to deal with the key introduction issue in the settings of distributed storage evaluating has been proposed and considered. To manage this issue existing arrangements all need the customer to refresh his mystery enters in each time period , which may definitely acquire new neighbourhood weights to the customer especially those with restricted calculation assets, like cell phones. In this paper, we centre around how to make the key updates as straightforward as feasible for the customer and plan another worldview known as empowering distributed storage inspecting with irrefutable outsourcing of key updates. In this worldview, key updates can be outsourced to some approved gathering, and thusly the key-refresh trouble on the customer will be kept insignificant. Specifically we tend to use the outsider inspector (TPA) in a few existing open reviewing plans, In our case it assume the part of approved assembling, and make it responsible for both the capacity inspecting and furthermore the safe key refreshes for key-presentation protection. In our outline TPA just needs to hold an encoded rendition of the customer's mystery key while doing all these troublesome errands for the customer. The customer just require to download the encoded mystery key from the TPA while transferring new documents to cloud. What's more, our outline likewise gives the customer capacity to further confirm the legitimacy of the scrambled mystery keys gave by the TPA. All these remarkable highlights are precisely intended to make the whole examining method with key presentation protection as straightforward as workable for the customer. We formalize the definition and furthermore the security model of this worldview. The security confirmation and furthermore the execution reproduction demonstrate that our itemized outline instantiations are secure and proficient.

Multiplication is one of the important operations in many signal processing and image processing applications. The performance of the multiplier has a direct effect on the final output of these applications. Due to this, there is always a need to design a multiplier with high speed and low power consumption. Accuracy is a term relative to the application. In our work, we have designed 6 different types of compressors, which were implemented in an 8 bit Dadda Multiplier evaluated in 45nm technology. The compressors are 4:2 Compressor, Exact Compressor and four approximate compressors, namely DQ4:2C1, DQ4:2C2, DQ4:2C3 and DQ4:2C4, with different levels of accuracy. The results have shown that the DQ4:2C3 compressor has the lowest power consumption among all.

The self concept has been recognized as a key Psychological factor of the learners which contributes significantly in the academic achievements. The present study aims at to study the relationship between self concept and performance in mathematics of middle class students whose parents are in transferable job, as the children of transferable parents are subjected to frequent mobility causing them emotional stress and remain disadvantageous at many socio-emotional fronts. Mathematics is considered as a difficult subject comparatively among the majority of the learners consequently they remain anxious and stressful with the subject. There is unavoidable need to explore all the related aspects in teaching and learning of mathematics exhaustively so that the intricacies in learning of the subject could be simplified. 8 Schools were selected randomly in Faizabad district of Uttar Pradesh affiliated to CBSE board. A total of 231 (113 girls and 118 boys) students of class VIII standard whose parents were in interstate or intrastate transferable job formed the sample of the study. Children Self Concept scale (CSCS) developed and standardized by Dr SP Ahluwalia (1986) was used to collect the data on self concept, whereas the average scores of mathematics achieved by the students over the academic year was taken for the mathematics performance. ANOVA and t-test were statistical tools used to analyze the data. The result showed positive relationship between self concept and performance in mathematics. A significant difference was found between performance in mathematics of students having high and average self concepts and having high and low self concepts. However, gender was not found strong variable in relationship between self concept and performance in mathematics, as out of three comparisons only one was found significant. The study was concluded with discussion on the result and valuable suggestions.

There are several hundred panels of human cancer cell lines and number of anticancer drugs available. But predicting the most effective anticancer drug for specific cancer cell line is still remains challenge. Analyzing each anticancer drug response with cancer cell lines is manually difficult. It takes more time to test each anticancer drug with cancer affected cell lines to predict the effective anticancer drug. So, our project helps to identify the most suitable drug for affected cell lines. The cancer cell lines are characterized with genomic and pharmacological data. An analyses is done with these pharmacogenomics data and the most effective anticancer drug response for cancer cell lines were predicted by identifying the IC50 (Concentration of Inhibitor) and AUC (Concentration of Drug) for the cell lines. From these values the suitable anti-cancer drug can be selected and that can be prescribed in future.
