India has a long-standing tradition of utilizing medicinal and aromatic plants for treating various ailments, including fever (pyrexia), a common condition characterized by an elevated body temperature and associated symptoms such as lethargy, anorexia, and shivering. Although conventional antipyretic drugs help in temperature regulation, the rise of antibiotic resistance necessitates alternative approaches. Herbal antipyretics offer a promising solution, leveraging natural bioactive compounds to combat fever and associated infections effectively. This review explores the pharmacological potential of medicinal plants such as Neem (Azadirachta indica), Tulsi (Ocimum tenuiflorum), Amla (Phyllanthus emblica), Nirgundi, Ginger (Zingiber officinale), and Baheda (Terminalia bellirica), highlighting their antipyretic, antimicrobial, and immunomodulatory properties. The bioactive constituents, including flavonoids, alkaloids, terpenoids, and polyphenols, play crucial roles in fever reduction through mechanisms such as prostaglandin inhibition, immune modulation, and anti-inflammatory effects. Clinical studies indicate the efficacy of these herbal remedies, demonstrating their potential as safe and cost-effective alternatives to synthetic drugs. Despite their advantages, considerations regarding dosage standardization, herb-drug interactions, and long-term safety remain vital. Future research should focus on elucidating molecular pathways, optimizing formulations, and integrating herbal antipyretics into mainstream healthcare. This study underscores the relevance of traditional herbal medicine in contemporary fever management and its potential to offer sustainable and effective treatment options.

In the contemporary world, the dilemma of climate change has deeply affected the lives of many individuals. It has evolved as a global menace. Often the terms Climate Change, Climate Crisis, Climate Breakdown, or Global Warming are used interchangeably. According to the United Nations, climate change refers to long-term shifts in temperatures and weather patterns. It is the continuing rise in the global average temperature. Climate change exerts different effects on different regions based on various factors including geographical and territorial formation. Climate Change is massively demolishing the lives and societies, leaving behind the loads of destruction that is unavoidable. Fertile grasslands that once accommodated millions of population are transforming into wastelands The torment of climate change has substantially deteriorated the present environment leading to the expansion of deserts, rise in sea levels, ocean acidification, melting of glaciers etc. These implications of Climate change have largely disrupted the ecological balance causing natural disasters such as droughts, floods, earthquakes, hurricanes and other extreme weather conditions. The outcomes of Climate Change are not only ecological but are largely socio-economic as it poses drastic Human Rights Challenges. One of the profound instances of such challenges is the Climate Induced Migration. This paper is a generous attempt to highlight the misery of climate-induced migration and it's associated human rights violations

Abstract: Human examination of security elements involves a recurring process: creating and implementing a plan and then monitoring and assessing outcomes. These steps try to determine the authenticity of the thing. These activities necessitate knowledge stored either internally (memorized) or externally (supplied by the object). Some claim that the world's knowledge is best suited for thorough examination of primary security elements. Knowledge stored in the mind is not dependable without consistent standardization. Five relevant questions arise from the action cycle. a) How readily can the user discern and comprehend the device's function? b) What actions can be taken? c) Perform the actions? d) Should we examine the outcomes? e) Compare the actual results with the anticipated results. Generic design guidelines are established based on the device's function, strategy implementation, and result assessment. Several initial security aspects are assessed from a human factors perspective. The features include substrate embedded elements such as watermarks and windowed threads, ink additives like iridescent pigments, printed characteristics like intaglio and tiny letters, see-through devices, latent pictures, and post-printed features like iridescent foils. Many current security features are found to not adhere to fundamental ergonomic design principles. Iridescent optically variable devices can meet these needs.

This paper delves into the heart-wrenching narrative of Pecola Breedlove, the eleven-year-old protagonist of Toni Morrison's seminal novel, 'The Bluest Eye'. Set against the backdrop of a racist and oppressive society, Morrison's work masterfully exposes the devastating consequences of internalized racism, family abuse, and communal trauma on the psyche of a young African American girl. Through a critical lens, this research examines the cluster of traumatic experiences that Pecola endures, including relentless ridicule and torment for her appearance, familial abuse, and the suffocating grip of societal expectations. This study argues that these experiences culminate in Pecola's debilitating depression, crippling inferiority complex, and ultimately, her destruction. Morrison's powerful narrative serves as a scathing indictment of the racist and patriarchal systems that perpetuate oppression, stifling the freedom and equality of African Americans. By analyzing Pecola's tragic story, this research sheds light on the long-lasting impact of trauma, the corrosive nature of internalized racism, and the urgent need for collective healing and liberation.

Feminism, originating in the West, is a global belief in social, economic, and political equality for women. Throughout Western history, women were confined to domestic spheres, with public life reserved for men. In medieval Europe, women were denied property ownership, study, and participation in public life. In France, they were still required to cover their heads in public, and in parts of Germany, husbands could sell their wives. Even in the early 20th century, women could not vote or hold elective office in Europe and most of the United States. They were also prevented from conducting business without a male representative, and married women could not control their children without their husband's permission. Women had limited access to education and were barred from most professions. These restrictions continue to exist in some parts of the world today. This Article explores Thomas Hardy's feminist perspective in books such as The Mayor of Casterbridge, by talking about the portrayal of the main female characters in Tess of the D'Urbervilles, Jude the Obscure, and Far From the Madding Crowd, among other books, and the author's critique of patriarchal hegemony and the mindset towards customs around marriage. Women were viewed as second sex in Victorian culture. They fell prey to patriarchal hegemony. A patriarchal social structure is one in which men dominate in positions of political leadership, moral authority, social privilege, and property ownership. To define, develop, and achieve political, economic, personal, and social equality of sexes is the shared objective of a variety of political groups, philosophies, and social movements together referred to as feminism. This involves working to provide women the same access to professional and educational opportunities as males. Feminism's primary goal is to refute the idea that men rule women. We require a shift in both genders in order to achieve equality between men and women. A socially created concept of men and women is called gender. It is not the same as women or sex (the biological traits that distinguish men and women). The duties, responsibilities, and tasks that are assigned to men and women in society, as well as in both public and private spheres, define gender. The male must lessen sexual harassment, abuse, wife-selling, wife-beating, and suppression of women.

The present study was carried out to demonstrate a comparative account of distinctive histological features of the thyroid gland in male and female redheaded buntings (Emberiza bruniceps) maintained under natural and artificial laboratory conditions, during pre-breeding and breeding seasons, with respect to their physiological indices. 48 adult birds were procured during the over-wintering season in India and divided into two groups each of 24 birds (12 birds/ sex). One set of birds was housed in an outdoor aviary, while the other set was transferred to an indoor aviary. In both aviaries, six birds/ sex were used for collecting data on physiological indices and histomorphometry. Gonadosomatic index (GSI) and fatness index were significantly different between NDL/ artificial conditions, pre-breeding/ breeding seasons, and male/ female birds. GSI was also influenced by the condition of the study. Histologically, the thyroid gland was observed to be enclosed by a thin capsule that showed sex-dependent differences. Follicular area and follicular density were significantly different between pre-breeding and breeding season. The cross-sectional area of the thyroid gland was significantly affected by the interaction between condition x sex and season x sex. These results suggest that surrounding condition, life history state (LHS), and sex of the birds play a key determining role in regulating the seasonal phenotypic plasticity at the level of physiology and organ plasticity. Histomorphometric changes in the thyroid gland are suggestive of its season-dependent differential activity.

Methodology: 80 School Teachers were included in the study. The Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire was used to locate the joints involved and Numerical Analog Scale (NAS) was used to quantify pain. RESULT:- Neck pain was the most prevalent musculoskeletal complaint, reported by 60.2% of the respondents in which (23.9%) of teachers were severely affected, and (31.8%) of teachers were moderately affected. The prevalence of lower back pain (60%) was found to be higher than upper back pain (39.8%). The intensity of pain was moderate for the lower back (46.6%) & intensity of pain was found to be severe (42%).

Background: The burden of low lung efficiency among children in India is increasing rapidly varying across different states and Union territories. The effect and frequency of food consumption on the functioning of respiratory system had received less attention when compared to other non-communicable diseases until the recent pandemic of Covid-19. Aim: This study aimed to find the association between Peak Expiratory Flow Rate (PEFR) and frequency of food consumption among school going children aged 10 to 14 years in the Union Territory (UT) of Puducherry. Methods: A total of 1926 school going children (10-14 years) were screened for lung efficiency using Food Frequency Questionnaire and Mini Wright Peak flow meter. Results: Results revealed that egg, musambi, grapes and strawberry resulted in a higher Peak Expiratory Flow Rate (PEFR) value that was statistically significant (p<0.05) when consumed weekly rather than daily. A highly significant PEFR value (p<.001) was noticed among those who included fish daily in their diet. Eating orange and banana daily was also found to have a positive effect on PEFR. Conclusion: Type of food as well as the frequency of intake strongly influences PEFR and has salutary effects on respiratory health.
