High-beam headlights are the significant cause in road safety problems. These problems may be in the form of glare, discomfort, or minimal awareness for other vehicle operators. As a result, unsafe conditions are created, particularly at night, which greatly results in the occurrence of accidents. In the case of conventional headlight adjustment being manual, it entirely depends on the driver's concentration and often insufficient. The adaptable capacity of manual headlight regulating systems concerning traffic conditions, lighting environments, and the vicinity of other cars, is very confined. In this context, a project will be initiated that aims at the development of an innovative YOLO (You Only Look Once) based intelligent headlight control system.

The development of analytical procedures in a methodical manner is of the utmost significance in the pharmaceutical sector. It is of the utmost importance to strictly adhere to the norms and standards that have been created, such as those that have been developed by respectable organisations such as the International Council for Harmonisation (ICH) and the Food Development Administration (FDA). The concept of Quality by Design (QbD) is a fundamental idea that emphasises having a full understanding of both the product and the process, as well as including control and risk management. When compared to the conventional empirical method development, the science-based approach of Analytical Quality by Design (AQbD) offers a number of significant benefits. These advantages include the ability to get consistent results, the concentration on essential factors, and an increase in cost-effectiveness. In addition, the book digs into the primary factors that were reviewed throughout the process of method development. These criteria include specificity, linearity, limits of detection and quantitation, range, accuracy, and precision that was considered. In addition, it highlights the crucial role that regulatory organisations play in enhancing the quality of pharmaceuticals and in standardising the methods that are used for drug regulation on a global scale. Last but not least, it emphasises the value of AQbD in terms of facilitating regulatory communication, accelerating approval procedures, and monitoring alterations to analytical techniques once approval processes have been completed.

Video based vehicle recognition is a functioning exploration region in wise Transportation system. Real time identification systems are very important and needful for safety rule following and socialism and also for own safety concerns. The point is to extricate the necessary information from enormous productively measure of recordings caught by reconnaissance cameras by distinguishing, following recognizing objects of interest and examine their exercises. Nowadays two-wheeler is the most popular modes of transport. However, because of less protection there is a high risk involved. As a solution to this, it is highly desirable for bike riders to use helmet. Observing the usefulness of helmet, Government have made it punishable offence to ride a bike without helmet and have adopted manual strategies to catch the violators which has limitations of speed. Using video surveillance of the street, the proposed approach detects if the bike rider is wearing a helmet automatically without manual help. If a bike rider is detected not wearing the helmet, license plate of the vehicle read and noted, categorizing violations accordingly and issuing the fine which will help increase the efficiency of traffic rule enforcement.

The preamble to the constitution of India provides for social, economic and political justice and equality of status and opportunity to all its citizens. Article 17 of the constitution provides that " Untouchability" is abolished and its practice in any form is forbidden. The enforcement of any disability arising out of untouchability shall be an offence punishable in accordance with law. The abolition of untouchability is the arch of the constitution to make its preamble, meaningful and to integrate the Dalits in the national main-stream. The practice of Untouchability in any form is therefore, a crime against the constitution. Despite of stringent provisions of the Laws dealing with the prohibition of untouchability as well as the hard attitudes of the courts against untouchability, the atrocities against untouchables even continued in all states.

The paper has examined trends and patterns of crop diversification scenarios in India and at the Regional level from 2001-2023. The share area, Compound annual growth rates and Simpson Index of Diversification (SID) are used to assess the extent and speed of diversification among food crops, commercial crops and high-value crops. The study reveals that in India there is a gradual shift in the cropping pattern from foodgrains towards commercial crops and high-value crops. A similar trend is seen in most of the States barring a few of them. However, the transformation from foodgrains to high-value crops is not uniform among the States under reference which is reflected in SID. SID varies from 0.47 in Assam to 0.96 in Maharashtra. The Central and Southern states are relatively highly diversified in comparison with Northwestern and East & Northeastern states. CAGR for foodgrains was significantly low as compared to high-value crops and Commercial crops during the study period. The results indicate the movement of Indian Agriculture towards a more economical and ecologically sustainable agriculture without compromising the food security of the Nation.

The timing of umbilical cord clamping has been debated in obstetric care, impacting maternal and neonatal outcomes. Early cord clamping (ECC), performed within 15-30 seconds of birth, was historically the standard practice, partly based on the belief that it reduced the risk of postpartum hemorrhage and facilitated neonatal resuscitation (1). However, increasing evidence suggests that delaying cord clamping (DCC) -- generally defined as waiting at least 30-60 seconds before clamping the umbilical cord -- offers significant neonatal benefits without adversely affecting maternal outcomes. The article is written to explain and understand the different concepts related to early and delayed cord clamp. Many research studies from different sources have been studied to draw a conclusion on the early and delayed cord clamp.

Abstract: To tackle the competition every company, try their best to attract consumers. Celebrity endorsements accepted to be a "ubiquitous feature of modern-day marketing" (McCracken 1989). Early Research has found that "celebrities are more effective than other types of endorsers, such as the professional expert, the company manager, or the typical consumer" (Friedman and Friedman, 1979). By using celebrity endorsers, companies may tap into consumer's symbolic association to an aspirational reference group, as they are perceived as dynamic, attractive, and likable (Assael, 1984; Atkins and Block, 1983; Kamins, 1990). Companies are using celebrity endorsement instead of focusing just on material as consumers are not feeling associated with just a material. Researches shows that consumers are more favors the brand endorsed by celebrity. In the case of attractiveness related products, the use of physically attractive celebrities increased message recall; product attributes, and purchase intention (Kahle and Homer, 1985). Current study is focusing on different features of celebrity and their impact on consumers. This study will helpful to marketers in making communication strategy as per consumers perception towards celebrity.

The Indian stock market has witnessed a significant rise in share buyback activities in recent years, as companies strategically utilize surplus cash to optimize capital structure, enhance shareholder returns, and signal confidence in their financial stability. While buybacks are often associated with positive outcomes, their impact on share prices and market sentiment remains a topic of extensive debate and analysis. This study investigates the implications of share buybacks on shareholder wealth and market dynamics in India, focusing on data from 154 companies that conducted buybacks over the past four years. A refined sample of 76 companies, selected based on their use of tender offers and market capitalization exceeding INR1,000 crore, serves as the basis for detailed analysis. Data was sourced from credible platforms such as BSE, NSE, Chittorgarh, and Investing.com, encompassing critical details like buyback size, record dates, and acceptance ratios.Findings indicate that buybacks often result in favourable market reactions, with share prices frequently surging within three months to a year following the announcement. This is largely attributed to perceptions of undervaluation and confidence in future profitability. Calculations of actual and assumed acceptance ratios reveal that the actual acceptance is often higher, enabling participating shareholders to realize substantial gains. Additionally, residual value analysis provides a framework for investors to optimize selling prices for shares not accepted during buybacks, ensuring profitable outcomes. While buybacks are widely regarded as a signal of positive future prospects, they can also serve as a defensive mechanism during periods of declining stock valuations to stabilize market perception and protect the company's capital base. The study underscores the importance of analyzing factors such as stock price trends and earnings per share to discern the motives behind buybacks, offering valuable insights to investors, analysts, and corporate decision-makers.In conclusion, share buybacks stand as a powerful financial tool, driving shareholder value, enhancing market confidence, and shaping perceptions of corporate governance. However, their broader implications depend on market conditions, company strategies, and investor interpretations, emphasizing the need for nuanced decision-making.

Surya namaskar is considered a part of modern-day yogic practice though it was neither considered an asana nor a part of traditional yoga. Practicing Surya namaskar before beginning routine activities vitalizes the practitioner and give a completely energized day. Starting from Raja of Aundh who first introduced Surya namaskar, there is line of eminent people who popularized this dynamic group of asanas including T Krishnamacharya, Swami Sivananda, Swami Satyananda from Bihar school of yoga, so on and so forth. Their efforts led to the introduction of this wonderful set of asanas to the practitioners. A comprehensive practice including asanas and pranayama is provided by this amazing set of postures, which also incorporate dynamic breathing patterns at each pose. Surya Namaskar practice consists of 12 postures in total, with 24 steps in a single round. Based on available research, we highlight the significance of Surya Namaskar in this review, emphasizing its impact on the physiological, psychological, and physical components of the body.
