Pleural cavity is filled with minimal amount of fluid sufficient enough to facilitate the free expansion of the lungs. Pleural effusion is a condition where excess of fluid gets accumulated within the pleural cavity resulting in breathlessness, pleuritic chest pain and dry cough. The precise description of this condition although available in later period lexicons of Ayurveda, the above presentation of clinical features is found in multiple conditions like Shwasa (breathing ailments), Parshwashoola (Flank pain), Kasa (Cough), Sosha (Pulmonary Tuberculosis) etc. Bhaishajya Ratnavali, documents the condition named Ura?stoya which exactly correlates to pleural effusion. A female case of 58 years reported to outpatient dept was diagnosed with Ura?stoya (pleural effusion) and managed by a Shodhana (detoxification) procedure called Nitya Virechana (Gut cleansing on daily basis). Simultaneously patient was subjected to Vatanulomana (facilitating movement of Vata Dosha in its natural direction), Kapha pacifying, Mutrala (diuresis), Vishaghna (anti poisonous) and Jwaraghna (antipyretic) medicaments. The patient showed steady improvement over five months of active treatment i.e., from 9th April to 31st August 2018, which was consistent and complete with no relapse during follow up till 11th January 2019.

The main aim of this research is to assess cloud-based applications and their roles. Cloud-powered Internet of Things (IoT) apps are at the heart of United States transformations, overhauling several sectors such as smart urban areas, farming, health care, production, supply chain management, environmental tracking, and education. By relying on cloud computing and IoT gadgets, these applications deliver flexible data-oriented results. In smart metropolises, they optimize traffic management, energy preservation, and public protection [1]. Within agriculture, they maximize crop yields while encouraging sustainable farming approaches. Healthcare profits from remote patient monitoring as well as telemedicine whereas the manufacturing industry witnesses efficiency gains by way of automation and anticipatory maintenance. Cloud-based IoT boosts chain transparency, contributes to environmental monitoring, and backs remote learning pursuits [1]. As technological progress marches forward these apps keep molding the American surroundings by delivering cost-friendly data-driven answers for various challenges and opportunities.

The main objective of this study was to assess the research directions of IOT technologies in meeting the demands of smart health research. Technology is changing the delivery and access to healthcare services around the world in many ways. One of these technologies is the IOT has brought unprecedented impact on healthcare service delivery. IoT technologies are becoming more impactful to healthcare in many ways. Healthcare practitioners can now diagnose, treat, and monitor their patients remotely using IOT devices integrated with medical systems [1]. Remote monitoring of patients has allowed healthcare practitioners to track the progress of their patients in real-time. They can also receive quick feedback allowing more personalized healthcare to the patients. This tremendous impact is expected to increase exponentially especially in keeping the patients safe and improving the methods of healthcare delivery [1].IOT also improves patient satisfaction through direct interaction with their physicians. It also can increase the efficiency of other technologies like Electronic Health records systems. Integrating IoT in medical devices will improve the precision and accessibility of better healthcare. The end goal of integrating IOT into medical services is to ensure faster delivery of service while allowing health practitioners to get closer to the patients [2].

Northeast, the region being embedded in a geographical land surrounded by superabundant natural beauty, its literature is enriched with multifarious representations pertaining to the diverse socio-cultural background. It is however undeniable that the violence and terror rising out of the insurgency caused by regional militant groups fighting for their own land and identity and the counter-insurgency operations infest upon its people with a deep sense of alienation and denial, partly as a result of the geographical location of the state and negligence from the centre. It is therefore natural that most of the literature from this region carries a deep-rooted concern for the various social issues of these areas. Ecofeminism argues about the traditional androcentric approaches towards the socio-political , ideological and economic issues related to women and environment and the affinity between the two. Temsula Ao's concern for her region and women reflected in her writings, her projection of women as protector of the environment and the human habitation to which she belongs and her portrayal of the symbiotic relationship that women share with Nature highlight eco-feministic under-currents. The paper will aim to explore the presence of eco-consciousness in the select poems of Temsula Ao with particular emphasis on the eco-feminist aspect.

The carbon based nanomaterial graphene oxide is emerged as an alternate path for the synthesis of graphene. From the structural point of view, graphene oxide is similar to that of graphene sheet with the oxygen-containing groups on its base which can be removed easily by dissolving it in water or other water like solvents. There are a numbers of methods reported in literature for the synthesis of graphene oxide, which satisfies its own pros and cons. Here in the present work, we have reported successfully the employment of an easy and important method known as the improved or modified version of Hummers' method for the synthesis of graphene oxide. The formation of graphene oxide in the experimentation is confirmed by the appearance of strong characteristic peak of graphene oxide at the two theta value of 9.080 and oxygen containing functional groups during the XRD and FTIR characterization, respectively.

This study takes a look at the Indian pension system as it is at the present time. The experience that India has had might possibly impact the policy choices made in other developing nations, particularly those that rely on the national provident fund system in a similar manner as India does. The shortcomings of different retirement benefit plans are examined; along with the various retirements benefit plans' institutional characteristics. It is argued that the current system is ineffective and cannot be maintained because of factors such as low coverage levels, poor performance of provident fund schemes as a result of investment restrictions, and financial challenges associated with the administration of unfunded public pension programs. The recent history of unsuccessful attempts to alter the system via ad hoc measures serves to further highlight the need of making fundamental and long-lasting changes. The study comes to a close with a discussion of several potential approaches for revamping the pension system in India.
