Bayesian Mathematics occupies an important place in decision making. However, even there exist many different ranking methods use of this method is scarce in ranking of multi-criteria alternatives. In this paper, we consider Bayesian decision analysis and then discuss prospective ranking of multi-criteria alternative performances using Bayesian Mathematical methods.

India is the world's largest automotive sourcing destination, accounting for roughly 52 percent of the $ 200 billion market. India employs over 15 million people and continues to make important contributions to the country's economic transformation. As a result, the automobile industry is considered to be one of the most important contributors to GDP. Because this is such a chance-based industry, the rate of attrition is also rather high. Furthermore, the rate of attrition in terms of unhappiness with the performance appraisal methodologies employed is eighteen.7%. Thus, the organization's performance appraisal procedures have a vital influence in determining an employee's performance, as does the worker's satisfaction with the performance appraisal method used. It's seen to be one of the most essential variables in encouraging employees to meet or exceed quality standards. This paper examines the performance appraisal methods used by the top ten automobile companies in India (based on revenue-2020): Tata Motors, Bajaj Auto, Honda Motors, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, TVS Motors, Ashok Leyland Ltd, Force Motors Ltd., Hyundai Motor India Ltd. (HMIL), Maruti Suzuki India Ltd., and Hero Moto Corp Ltd. These companies, by coincidence, use either 360-degree feedback or the Balanced Score Card. As a result, this article might also be a review of 360-degree feedback and balanced score cards, examining their benefits, drawbacks, and reasons for use.

Kadnasamy’s When I Hit You is a minute analysis of modern marriage . An unnamed narrator tells this story. She presents a misogynist husband, an embarrassed father with a possible divorce and a mother who asks the author to be silent advising her that time will pass and all her trouble will be forgotten. The narrator is a supporter of feminist ideology but still has to undergo through the pre-decided norms of Indian patriarchal society. She undergoes various types of pressure and agonies. The narrator’s inner voice always expresses her inner emotion and psychological conflict. The present paper presents a critique of traditional values which creates a hindrance in the progress of the present woman. It also investigates the oppression, suppression and self-determination of the protagonist as a present woman. This study shows that contemporary Indian woman does not lead her life submissively, but strong enough to react judiciously. This signal is a radical transformation in a modern Indian woman.

The article discusses the impact of internal heat generation/absorption and viscosity dissipation on the two-dimensional boundary layer stable flow and heat transfer of an incompressible viscous dusty fluid in the presence of a transverse magnetic field. The boundary condition equations are translated into a list of non ordinary differential equations and numerically solved using the Runge-Kutta-Fehlberg 45 technique using the Maple software. Prescribed exponential order surface temperature (PEST) and prescribed exponential order heat flux at the sheet are the two situations examined for heat transfer analysis (PEHF). The numerical results obtained are compared to those from the previous study and found to be in great agreement. The effect of the various parameters in the problem just on velocity and temperature profiles is deduced, discussed quantitatively for various physical parameter values, and displayed in graphs and tables.

Consumer behavior is evolving, and they are moving away from old methods, especially in the digital modes of payment arena. The emergence of the digital payment mechanism is a turning point in digital India's marketplace. With their increasing popularity, digital payment systems are currently in a transition stage, pointing to a potential future of uncertain possibilities and technological improvement. One of the most critical aspects of e-commerce is the digital payment system. The use of e-commerce to make commercial payments in the form of money transfers electronically results in digital payments. It is a payment service based on information and communication technology. Data transmission is important to support systems required to improve consumer data security when using e-commerce. The rise of e-commerce is a worldwide phenomenon that has an impact on all countries around the globe and also considerably influenced the upcoming digital payment trends.

Social sensitivity is an important social skill and having high levels of social sensitivity can make people more well-liked and successful in social relationships. It is described the proficiency at which an individual can identify, perceive, and understand cues and contexts in social interactions along with being socially respectful to others. The reflections on morality including the moral teachers and moral students are one of the prerequisites for ensuring social sensitivity in educational scenario. For this reflection in action and reflection on practice is needed. Education should develop moral behaviour, moral values, moral character, moral emotion, and moral reason among the students. The moral reflection is not setting up a right value over a wrong value; it is a question of finding the possibility of action so as to take into account as far as possible, converging all the values involved in personal and social life.

Gender ratio plays a pivotal role in maintain the social and cultural equilibrium. Falling numbers of girl child over male child is serious hampering this equilibrium which shall not only affect the social set-up but would also affect the environment of the state of Maharashtra. Alarmingly high literacy is not a factor that would lead to good gender ratio as proven by example of Mumbai. This paper makes an attempt to explore the current status of Gender Ratio in Maharashtra.

Abstract: Millennium development goals have now been replaced by Sustainable development goals. Some unfinished jobs have been prioritized again within Sustainable development goals in a more holistic way for making a better planet for future generations. It has targeted to achieve access to adequate and equitable sanitation and hygiene for all and end open defecation, paying special attention to the needs of women and girls and those in vulnerable situations by 2030. UNICEF (2018) estimated that, 1 in 7 people or 946 million people practice open defecation, 9 out of 10 people who practice open defecation live in rural areas and India has the largest number of people still defecating in the open. Now, lack of proper sanitation facility, improper disposal of human excreta, lack of personal hygiene lead to various diseases, increase in morbidity and mortality. Apart from affecting the health of the people poor sanitation creates social as well as economic poverty. Girls and women suffer the most in search of a safe and suitable place for defecation. Increasing dropout of girl student and incident of sexual harassment have become matter of shame for India. From this backdrop this paper tries to represent the status of sanitation of rural Sundarban of West Bengal. Namkhana block of South Twenty Four Parganas district in West Bengal has been selected as the study area and a part of Amarabati village of Namkhana block will represent the profile of individual households in rural Sundarban as a case study.
