The central principle of Frost's poetic theory emphasises the notion of a "dramatic necessity" as fundamental to good and effective poetry. According to him, a dramatic necessity goes deeper into the nature of a sentence. Sentences are not different enough to hold the attention unless they are dramatic. All that can save them is the speaking tone of voice somehow entangled in the words and fastened to the page for the ear of imagination. That is all can save poetry from sing-song, all that can save poetry from itself. Frost has defined poetry as a performance of words. Through the use of dialogue and monologue, he gives genuine treatment to realistic situation in his poems like "The Death of the Hired Man", "Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening" and "West Running Brook" that present brilliance, vivacity and a sense of exhilaration due to dramatic techniques of presentation.

The healthcare industry in India is making significant headway into the future by ascending to the position of one of the primary service sectors. The term "healthcare" in India refers to not only the provision of medical care but also to all aspects of healthcare aimed at preventing illness. It encompasses both the medical care that is provided by the public sector as well as the initiatives that are carried out by the private sector. Due to the fact that India is the second most populous country on the planet, the country faces many challenges in its efforts to provide its entire population with essential services like healthcare and education. "Sub-optimal functioning" of the public healthcare system has been identified as a major obstacle in the process of developing a healthcare system in India. This is one of the major impediments. Greater organizational effectiveness, machines, technologies, procedures, and systems are, without a doubt, important; however, the quality of the individuals who are driving these initiatives is even more essential. This paper makes an attempt at conducting an analytical study on the practices of human resource management in private hospitals located within the Pune District of the state of Maharashtra.

Big data analytics has become a widely desirable skill in many places. Although programs are actually now on call on a variety of aspects of big data, there is actually a lack of a broad as well as available training course doe non-CS majors that enables them to learn more about big data analytics in practice. Students with limited or even no programming capabilities that want data science feature most pupils in scientific research, design and the liberal arts. This paper briefly explains about the data pre-processing and tranformation in big data analytics.

The macrocycles and their complexes have attracted the interest of both inorganic and bioinorganic chemists in recent years and have been the domain of the research work in view of their wide range of applications. Macrocyclic complexes have also received special attention because of their mixed soft-hard donor character, versatile co-ordination behaviour and pharmacological properties, i.e. toxicity against bacterial growth. Antibiotics are vital molecules used for the treatment of bacterial infections in both human and animals but due to their regular use resistance against them has increased substantially and is posing an ever increasing therapeutic problem. Transition metal macrocyclic complexes have received great attention due to their biological activities, including antiviral, anticarcinogenic, antifertile, antibacterial and antifungal1. Macrocyclic metal complexes of lanthanides, e.g., Gd (III), are used as MRI contrast agents.

The main aim of this paper was to review how artificial intelligence works in improving Citizen Services and Government. Several government agencies throughout the world are experimenting with artificial intelligence applications (AI). The most common use cases for citizen services are inquiries and information [1]. This article examined the many forms of artificial intelligence applications, as well as the existing and prospective software solutions of AI in the delivery of citizen services by the government, with a particular emphasis on citizen queries and information. It also provides solutions for governments considering the use of artificial intelligence. Most artificial intelligence (AI) published studies in citizen services now fall into the following categories: responding to inquiries, filling out and finding papers, routing requests, translating documents, and generating paperwork, among others [1]. These technologies have the potential to increase the efficiency of government operations while also providing personnel with more time to create stronger ties with residents. Artificial intelligence (AI) may be one solution to bridge the gap between the dissatisfaction of citizens with digital government products and enhancing citizen participation and service delivery [2].

In this paper we introduce the concept of intuitionistic fuzzy Hv-subgroup and prove some related results. We also consider the fundamental relation defined on Hv-group H and for an intuitonistic fuzzy subset of H, we define an intuitonistic fuzzy subset of and we prove a theorem concerning the fundamental relation .
