The recent confusion and uncertainty among the public regarding the implementation of new banking rules and regulations highlights the critical need for financial education. Effective financial education can not only aid in attracting customers to financial institutions, but it can also play a crucial role in ensuring the long-term sustainability of these customers within the banking sector. Financial inclusion is the process of ensuring that individuals and businesses, particularly those in disadvantaged or marginalized communities, have access to appropriate and affordable financial products and services. In the context of the Kudubi community in Karnataka, financial inclusion efforts may involve providing education and training on financial literacy, as well as working with financial institutions to create products and services that meet the specific needs of Kudubi women. Human Capital/Asset assessment has always been a point of interest in research. Its estimation leads to evaluate the overall capitalization of a firm, which in turn, is important for the calculation of the weighted average cost of capital ( WACC). Weighted average cost of capital is used to calculate the economic value added of the firm, EVA measures the increase/decrease in the shareholders fund. Therefore, human capital assessment goes far into assessing financial status of the organization. Human capital assessment also helps in estimating cost and productivity of human assets. In this paper, the cost theory of capitalization has been used to calculate the value of human assets.

Communication is the act of sharing or exchanging, ideas or feelings. It is well known that one main element for good communication is usage and delivery of the right words at the right time, which is generally termed as dialogue. If there is a conversation happening between two performers on the stage through a non-verbal medium, will the same tone of the dialogue reach the viewers ?

Shashi Deshpande is one of the leading Indian English novelists of today. Her persistence with the theme of "Woman Question" in her novels and short stories occasionally raises doubts in our minds that she has taken sides with the problems of womankind, pushing the other half into the subordinate role, but this is far from the truth. She is not an aggressive feminist-quite unlike Lord Tennyson's princess who set up an academy solely for women, having barred the male entry strictly-who wants to live in an isolated tower, having no truck with the male world. Deshpande knows it well that this kind of existence is not possible in the real world, and that man and woman are the two equally important wheels of the chariot of life. Her attitude is, therefore, balanced one, and does not create any fissure or fragmentation in man-woman relationship. And it is clearly reflected in her fictional writings. That Long Silence (1988) is precisely a novel of this nature.

Education in commerce is crucial to economic expansion. It is one of the keys to success across all economic domains. Because commerce-related activities are also impacted when the business cycle is in good shape, commerce education has gained such significance. Students learn about the business world's environment through commerce education. It makes it possible to see how crucial it is to distort economic ideologies when making business decisions. It makes them aware of issues in politics, the economy, and society. Any business's distribution characteristic is shaped by commerce. Consumption is required; This consumption can be aided by a suitable distribution channel. In addition, by establishing a market for surplus goods, commerce accomplishes this. It has widened the global market and accelerated the exchange process in local markets all over the world in a similar way. It is already established that effective commerce plays a significant role in the country's economic development. The significance of commerce education to India's expanding economy is investigated. Under the WTO regime, Commerce Education had a significant impact. It is well known that commerce education plays a role in the development of a nation. Only qualitative systemic change can accomplish the goals of commerce education. The product of commerce education ought to be multifaceted and fully competitive on a global scale. However, we must acknowledge that graduates of commerce lack practical knowledge. An age-old requirement is practical-oriented commerce education. With the goal of achieving inclusive growth and sustainability, this paper examines the role that commerce education plays in economic activities (profession, business, employment generation, and entrepreneurship development). It examined the significance of financial management strategies and the role that commerce education plays in agriculture. It also looks at how the Indian business community views commerce education.

Abstract: The present paper deals with the mineral analysis of fruiting body of fungus Hexagonia tenuis (Hook) - (F.Polyporaceae) conducted on Jan. 2023. The dried fruiting body was acid digested as mentioned by Toth et. al., (1948) method, minerals such as magnesium, iron, zinc, copper, manganese, etc. were estimated by Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (CHEMBIOTECK-CB-AAS-3510), Whereas calcium, potassium and sodium were estimated by Flame Photometer (LABTRONICS LT-671) model. The element phosphorus was estimated by Sekine et. al., (1966) method, and sulphur by Balanchar et. al., (1965) method. The fruiting body of Hexagonia tenuis (Hook) reveals, major amount of magnesium, sulphur, potassium, calcium and sodium contents, while copper and zinc content show less quantity but least quantity of iron and manganese contents were recorded.

Disasters are the result of natural or man-made hazards that exceed society's ability to manage them. The impact of a disaster is determined by the magnitude of society's vulnerability to the hazard, which can be evaluated using the hazard's impact, society's vulnerability, and ability to manage the disaster. To minimize the impact of disasters, technology plays a crucial role in disaster mitigation by improving predictions and reducing risks through innovations such as remote sensing systems, GPS systems, and communication technologies. Science and technology have greatly influenced the integrated approach to natural disasters, with significant advances in global meteorological models, earthquake-resistant structures, and early warnings. However, solutions to disasters must also consider economic, political, and social factors, and science must be seen as part of a larger picture. By utilizing science and technology, we can work towards a safer and more resilient future.

In recent years, The impact of global warming and green house gases are increasing on its extreme level in the globe. The concept of Kyoto protocol was adopted in 1997 to tackle the problem of global warming. But, due to complexity in rules and regulations of protocol, it came into force in 2005. Under the Kyoto protocol, the theory of carbon credit trading was generated. A carbon credit is a certificate which allows a company to sell its excess carbon emission above its permit. All the countries who have signed and ratified the protocol are divided into two categories called Annex I parties and Non Annex I country. Annex I countries are legally bounded by Kyoto protocol for emissions reduction of Kyoto protocol. The developed countries are the buyers of carbon credit while developing countries and least developed countries are sellers of carbon credits. The paper mainly focuses on Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) among three mechanisms (International Emission Trading, Clean Development Mechanism and Joint Implementation) established for countries by Kyoto protocol. The Carbon credit earned with the help of clean development mechanism are called Certified Emissions Trading. The objective of the paper is to discuss the status of CDM in India. The paper also discusses about the contribution of India in registration of CDM projects. Moreover, the sectoral scope of CDM projects are discussed. From the available data, it is clear that the highest projects are registered under the scope of energy industries. The details of CERs issued to India by UNFCCC are also given in the paper.
