Among the galaxy of Urdu writers who have made their contribution in different genres of literature at the same time the name of Khalil ur Rahman Azmi is also of great appellation. Apart from critical books, three poetry collections of Khalil- ur- Rehman Azmi namely Kagazi Pirhan, Naya Ehad Nama and Zindagi O Zindagi have been published. The Naya Ehad Nama is his best anthology of scriptures. This is the poetry of the era when he felt his emotional transformation while going through the chaotic conditions of external nature. Azmi is among the poets, who felt the call of changing times. He felt the crisis of life, society and politics on a personal level and innovated his style of expression for it. Azmi also dived deep in the field of ghazals and poems. As far as his poems are concerned, the poet adopted various thematic tones and experiences that led to show his matchless nature. He gave this oratorical tone to his poems Instead of doing an internal and emphatic familiarization, he garlands his poems with oratorical accent. Initially the subject matter of his poems revolves around love. Notable among them are; Zulekha ki Ankhain, Khayaam kay Naam, Takhayyul ka Daiwata, and Ajnabi Saaye. The poems of this era were full of soulfulness and sea of feelings as they have presented a beautiful marriage of externality and internality. What is more important is that he gives his poems a creative luster that creates a cosmetic inner ambiance and unearths the voices of several characters. His early poems are included in Kagazi Pirhan. According to Asloob Ahmad Ansari, despite the maturity of emotions and feelings, there is a sense of a slight rustle. Most of the poems in this compilation revolve around individual feelings of joy and sorrow, and even in these the feelings of melancholy are more dominant in terms of their quality and quantity. Adopting a self- talk style opens up new levels of meaning. By doing this, the poet is able to see his own soul.(1) The second collection of poetry Naya Ehad Nama; includes 37 ghazals, 23 poems and one; shahr-e- aashob; ( a poem describing a ruined city). The poems included in the second collection are full of lullabic emotions and nuanced insights. According to Ale Ahmad Suroor, Naya Ehad Nama is the reincarnation of life and a deep devotion for beauty.

The study was undertaken with a beautiful idea to collect various Motifs from Mugal Carpets to design Khadi Suits. To attain the specific objective of the study, methodology was divided in 4 phases and 30 arrangements were sketched using these motifs, out of which 5 arrangements were selected and rated by respondents on a scale from excellent to poor. These top 5 suits were stitched and designed to see ready effects of design. The cutting of suits was done directly on fabric. After cutting, designs were made with the help of prepared screens by using pigment colours. Thereafter, final embellishment was done by using accessories, hand embroidery and patch work. Finally consumers' acceptability and market value of designed suits were determined. Designed Khadi Suits were pleasing and attractive to respondents. Hence, they were ready to pay more than the estimated cost of the suits. Thus, on the basis of results, we can say that designing of Khadi Suits with unique with attractive colour combination made by using Mugal Motifs is a successful technique.

ABSTRACT Consumer behaviour refers to the psychological processes that consumers go through while identifying needs, determining how to meet those needs, making purchasing decisions, interpreting information, formulating plans. Previously, consumer purchasing was oriented on financial value, with shopping being about getting required products and services. Modern customers, on the other hand, buy something to reward themselves, to meet psychological demands, or to make themselves feel better. Modern customers purchase items to make a statement, display their individuality, or increase their self-esteem. The purchased object has become a psychological confirmation. The study aims to investigate the customer purchasing behaviour towards premium branded items. The interaction between the independent variables (Price, Perceived Quality, Perceived Societal Status, and Brand Loyalty) and the moderating variable (Income) and the dependent variable (Consumer Buying Behaviour) has been examined. The primary data has been collected from 100 respondents by mass email to friends and colleagues, abbreviated and descriptive statistics has been used for data analysis. The perceived social status and brand loyalty are highly connected to the factors influencing consumer purchasing behaviour, although price and perceived quality are not. The monthly income does not impact the interactions between the independent variable, Brand Loyalty, and the dependent variable, Consumer Buying Behaviour.

The aroma in basmati rice grains is one of the most preferred quality characteristics (next to cooking quality, taste and elongation after cooking) for the determination of its market acceptance by the consumers which in turn determines the adoption of the variety by the farmers and marketability. Among 200 volatile compounds associated with aroma in rice grains, 2-acetyl-1-pyrroline (2-AP) is considered as the main compound responsible for the aroma. Presently, researchers are focusing to revive the basmati rice aroma using Gene editing technologies like Clustered Regularly Interspaced Short Palindromic Repeats (CRISPR)-associated endonuclease Cas9 (CRISPR/Cas9) system via identified mutations in betaine aldehyde dehydrogenase (OsBADH2) gene to produce aroma in rice by increasing the level of 2-acetyl-1-pyrroline (2-AP). This technology has opened new paths for the enhancement of basmati rice grain quality through targeted mutagenesis.

Public procurement is one of the very necessary aspects that a nation can do, which refers to the practice of procuring goods and services on behalf of a government organizations. The procedure that governments go through to obtain the goods or services that are required in their various countries is referred to as procurement procedure. The expenditures made by various countries government all over the world amount for approx. 15% of the total GDP. There is a wide variety of different estimates on the percentage of India's GDP that is provided through public procurement, however most of them fall somewhere between 20% and 30%. When it comes to the budgets that are at their disposal, many departments within the Indian government allocate nearly half of it to the expenditures that are associated with public procurement. As a consequence of this, the requirement for honesty in the procedure for acquiring government contracts becomes not just a moral demand but an economic and a social one. As a means of resolving this issue, the Indian Government launched the portal Government e-Marketplace, often known as GeM, in the year 2016. In year of 2017 the General Financial Rules (GFRs 2017) of the government of India was updated, and one of the changes was the addition of a new enabling rule. This rule was intended to provide support for government policy, along with this; it also shows the intention of the government to bring reforms in this sector. Since then, this Business to Government (B2G) platform has eliminated many steps of human, sequential verification and decision making, which has resulted in significant reductions in the amount of time limit that is necessary for government procurement. Examining orders & documents revealed how GeM was implemented. We have statistics on 2017 and 2019 purchases. The gateway simplifies procurement, eliminates paper, provides a clear, time-bound method, and requires little human intervention. GeM helpdesk and GeMmy are used. After conducting this research, it was found that on GeM, serious quality assurance, rate contracts, extended warranties, annual and comprehensive maintenance contracts may require reform.

The objective of the study was to prepare ready to eat product using whey syrup which could be used by all people starting from children to adult. Whey syrup, palak spinach, lemon, sunflower seeds, pistachios were used in the preparation of whey syrup incorporated rasagulla with vitamin B6. Sensory properties, nutritional composition, physio -chemical properties, cost calculation, packaging and labelling of the whey syrup rasagulla of the selected variation sample was discussed. Spinach is a rich source of vitamins, iron, calcium and many other nutrients. Like most other plants spinach contains a series of powerful antioxidants such as flavonoids, p-coumaric acid, carotene and other water-soluble antioxidants, such as ascorbic and folic acids . Finding shows that the sample with increased amount of palak spinach extraction is suitable for consumption and more liked by everyone. The effect of various treatments on the non-enzymatic browning of lemon juice and model systems under aerobic conditions has been studied. Because of the high acidity (pH 2.5) of this product, it was unlikely that browning was due to sugar-amine condensation and the results showed that ascorbic acid was the main precursor. Browning of lemon juice and model systems was proportional to the level of ascorbic acid; the presence of amino-acids in model systems increased the intensity of browning. A tiny sunflower seed is a package of healthy unsaturated fats, protein, fiber and other important nutrients like vitamin E, selenium, copper, zinc, folate, iron and phytochemicals.

The present work is to formulate and evaluate the ointment of neem and turmeric extract for antimicrobial activity and anti fungal activity. The ethanolic extract was prepared by maceration method. The ointment base was prepared and three formulations of ointment were done by incorporating extract in the base by levigation method. All the formulation were evaluated for their physicochemical parameters like colour, odour, pH, spreadability, extrudability, consistency, diffusion study, solubility, washability. Also the formulation was evaluated for its stability at various temperature conditions which shows no change in the irritancy, spreadability and diffusion study. From three ointments, F3 was found to be the best formulation as it shows 98% drug release within 6hrs, drug content 98.8% and it shows more zone of inhibition against bacillus as compared to other three formulations.

This paper is focused on finding the root cause for the development of serial killing tendencies by taking various psychological pointers into account. Theories by Freud, Hirchi, etc were used as references for correlating the behavior expressed by Theodore Robert Bundy with the probable causal factors, followed by a detailed case study of Bundy's major life events including his educational background, and testimonies of those near to him. The causal factor was ascertained to be a blend of genetics and environmental variables, along with the individual's will to follow the urges. Another approach was taken wherein the emphasis was on the preventive measures and areas to focus on including the importance of parental love, surroundings, etc.

In the search for the origins of the Slavs, many fields of science are referred to, of which in recent years, when it comes to ethnogenetic research, population genetics has clearly come to the fore. Genes, they say, don't lie. The only issue is the correct assessment of the data obtained, because we have already encountered a similar problem in historical research, where the same messages were interpreted differently, in linguistics, where various etymologies of individual ethnonyms or local names, including the name 'Slavs', were given, as well as in archeology where some people attributed the finds to the Germanic tribes, others to the Celts, and there were those who associated them with the Slavs. The dispute over the origin of the Slavs has been going on for a long time, but today we have easier access to data and knowledge from various fields, thanks to which it may be easier for us to solve this puzzle. In this review article, I focus on online sources of knowledge in the field of population genetics. I am discussing here mainly the views of the so-called. genetic bloggers who deal with the issue of the origin of the Slavs. I believe that some of their analyzes of the available fossil DNA results are even more accurate than the archaeogeneticists themselves, who are great at obtaining data, but sometimes have trouble interpreting it, or even avoid it.
