Indian sago starch extracted from Tapioca roots finds its application not only as a food but also numerous commercial applications. In the present review we are discussing concisely the extraction, physiochemical properties, chemical modifications and pharmaceutical applications of Indian sago starch. The sago starch is a cheap, easily available, biodegradable and a versatile polymer. Starch has always been an important excipient in the pharmaceutical industry. It is conventionally used as a binder, disintegrant, diluent. granulating agent. It is also a starting material for many other chemicals like ethanol, glucose and cyclodextrin. Several modifications were attempted on native starch to improve and modulate its physiochemical properties.

The extensive type of fish farming by utilizing wastewater into fishpond is a inimitable illustration of aquaculture thorough resource recycling in East Kolkata Wetland, Ramsar site in India. The current study exposed the pressure of urban effluence and poor management of use wastewater in the Ramsar site. The current paper lean-tos some lights over the quality of different water parameters and heavy-metal concentration of chromium content at EKW and their effects on prevalence of infection in fishes cultured at EKW area. Grounded on the recent study, it can be assumed that pollution level is increasing day by day at alarming rate, hence affecting the fish health severely in recent times. The incremental changes and proper management practice through pretreatment of sewage water, proper sanitation can easily solve some problems related to the pollution and fish health, may increase the fish production. Proper management practice can also reduce the probabilities of contamination of cultured aquatic organisms with perilous heavy-metals such as Chromium (Cr.) thus can also reduce the health hazards of the population of peri-urban Kolkata.

Sugar is the generic name for sweet-tasting, soluble carbohydrates, many of which are used in food. Simple sugars, also called monosaccharides, include glucose, fructose, and galactose. Compound sugars, also called disaccharides or double sugars, are molecules made of two bonded monosaccharides; common examples are sucrose (glucose + fructose), lactose (glucose + galactose), and maltose (two molecules of glucose). White sugar is a refined form of sucrose. In the body, compound sugars are hydrolysed into simple sugars. Longer chains of monosaccharides (>2) are not regarded as sugars, and are called oligosaccharides or polysaccharides. Starch is a glucose polymer found in plants, the most abundant source of energy in human food. Some other chemical substances, such as glycerol and sugar alcohols, may have a sweet taste, but are not classified as sugar. Sugars are found in the tissues of most plants. Honey and fruits are abundant natural sources of simple sugars. Sucrose is especially concentrated in sugarcane and sugar beet, making them ideal for efficient commercial extraction to make refined sugar. In 2016, the combined world production of those two crops was about two billion tonnes. Maltose may be produced by malting grain. Lactose is the only sugar that cannot be extracted from plants. It can only be found in milk, including human breast milk, and in some dairy products. A cheap source of sugar is corn syrup, industrially produced by converting corn starch into sugars, such as maltose, fructose and glucose. Diabetes, obesity and cardiovascular disorders are associated with high sugar intake directly or indirectly. Consumption of more sugar having several difficulties on human health which diminishes quality of life. In this situation artificial sweeteners are play beneficial role in controlling blood sugar level. They also have several health benefits like they have zero calories, they do not have any adverse effect on Dental cavities. They are supportive in controlling body weight. Therefore artificial sweeteners are decent alternatives of glucose. Honey and stevia like natural sweeteners are helpful in diabetes and cardiovascular complication.

In order to compete successfully in today's global market, businesses must first integrate their internal and external operations. Processes like PPC (production planning and control) fall under this category. Cascade planning is used in the automotive industry for both long- and short-term production and sales strategies. Costly manufacturing issues emerge due to a lack of communication and coordination between the various stages of planning. Along the planning cascade, this study presents a unified approach to sales, buying, supply chain, and production planning. We can save money and unlock untapped value by coordinating our long-, medium, and short-term goals. Production of customized vehicles is used to demonstrate the fundamental strategy for unified planning.

The quick development of information technology and the expertise required to support it has sparked rivalry among investors to find the finest talent. Additionally, the candidates have a wide variety of possibilities to pick from due to the vast spectrum of technological orientations. It is crucial in this situation to secure and economically connect the best funders and developers. Blockchain technology aids in the development of a decentralized user network where transactions are tracked in an accessible distributed ledger. These characteristics of blockchain make it possible for many apps to run on a transparent and affordable platform. It is suggested that a global crowdfunding platform based on the requirement for an efficient platform for establishing smart nations and the inherent benefits of blockchain technology. Different nodes of the network might take the roles of funders and developers. To find the best solution for the funders, a smart contract is used between the funders and the developers. The developers debate this issue until the best outcome or equilibrium is found. The results of the experiments demonstrate that the suggested model outperforms previous generic algorithms for crowdfunding.

ABSTRACT: Hypertension is the most common cause of mortality in both developed and developmental countries. Experimental animal models of hypertension have become a valuable tool for providing information on etiology, pathophysiology, and complications of the diseases and on the efficacy of various drugs and compounds used in the therapy. Compared to human model, animal model is easily manageable, as compounding effects of dietary and environmental factor can be controlled. Cardiac tissue and blood samples can be taken for thorough experimental and bimolecular review from such animal models. An animal model is often resolute by the research object, as well as financial and technical factors. A complete understanding of animal model used and complete analysis must be validated so that the data can be extrapolated to humans. Animal models of hypertension are invaluable in improving our understanding of cardiovascular diseases and developing new pharmacological therapies. Among this the most studied model is SHR (spontaneous hypertension in rat) model. SHR was established and discovered as a result of the deliberate inbreeding of rats with the greatest blood pressure and the development of a novel technique for monitoring rat blood pressure.

ABSTRACT The HR manual of any organization is formulated to enable the managers and supervisors to accomplish the human resources obligations meted out to them efficaciously. This is done by supplying parameters and guidance for making decisions, along with supplying all staff members with user-friendly and approachable data. HR manuals are usually developed and revised by Human Resources Departments, of various companies. The company HR manual is one of the most important communication tools between your company and your employees. Not only does it set forth your expectations for your employees, but it also describes what they can expect from the company. The company HR manual and related personnel policies should be one of the first formal communications that you will have with an employee after they are hired. The manual should contain enough detail to avoid confusion, but not so much as to overwhelm. In the present era employees are very conscious about the policies and procedures of the company. Before joining the organization the employees should be aware of the policies and procedures followed in the company.HR manual briefly describes about all the policies and procedures followed in the organization.

One of the library's activities is removing obsolete books. The primary collection should not contain any books or reading materials that are no longer in use.The purposeful removal of items from a library based on predetermined metrics is known as weeding. Though the decision, it is something different from selecting material. The process of permanently removing anything from a library's collection is known as weeding, or deaccessioning. Books, periodicals, related requesting, handling, inventorying, or limiting costs or administrations, reference information databases, classifying or potentially security frameworks, maps, records, microforms, computer programming, or pre-recorded general media assets to support student learning are all considered to be library materials. The importance of weeding, reasons for weeding, who should weed and when, what to look for when weeding, how to weed, obstacles to weeding, and benefits of weeding are all covered in this essay.

Shrubs are an integral component of any ecosystem and are important from both ecological and economical point of view. In arid regions shrubs have distinct significance, as these are hardy, have more adaptive power and are the source of food, fuel, fodder, fiber, gum, dye, and other products in these biomass deficient areas. Shrub as a vegetation form is hardier than the tree is proved beyond doubt by the presence of shrubs beyond the tree limit. A survey is conducting for listing the naturally growing shurbs in the vicinity of Sri Ganganagar city. Abutilon indicum, Acacia Jacquemonti, Calotropis procera and Verbesina encelioides are dominant shrubs species in the study area.

This paper proposes a new metaheuristic algorithm inspired by gorilla troops social intelligence in nature, called Artificial Gorilla Troops Optimizer (GTO) has been used to determine the optimal values of the proportional-integral-deviation (PID) controller for the load frequency control. Single area power system has been designed as a model network for MATLAB-Simulink simulation. The comparison has been done between the PID controller tuned by Particle Swarmoptimization (PSO) and Bacteria Foraging optimization (BFO) technique. Based on time settling, transient and overshoot analysis, it can be concluded and profoundly proved that PID tuning by GTO technique is better than PSO and conventional BFO based PID controllers.
