Background: Burns are a global public health problem caused by the high rate of burn mortality and morbidity. Based on the medical records of RSUP Haji Adam Malik Medan, there were 353 cases of burns in 2011-2014, the most common cause was flame burn injury. ). The optimal concentration of topical vitamin C which has a biologically significant effect with a concentration greater than 8% and a concentration greater than 20% does not have a significant biological effect. Objective: This study examined the effect of topical vitamin C administration on mid-dermal burns on increased collagen deposition. Methods: This study is an experimental study. The research design used in this study is a simple experimental design (Post Test Only Control Group Design). A total of 40 samples were analyzed on the 14th day after burns induction consisting of 2 groups, namely 20 samples from the control group and 20 samples from the experimental group (vitamin C). Results: In the analysis of collagen scores, most cases in the experimental group had moderate and intense collagen scores with 8 samples (40%) of each case. Whereas in the control group, most cases had a focal collagen score (55%). Using the Mann Whitney test, there was a significant difference in collagen scores between the control group and the experimental group (p = 0.001). Conclusion: Vitamin C is effective in the healing process of burns. Topical use of vitamin C can be an option for patients who have large burn areas.

For increasing of transport system and industrial system, the amount of Diesel-Gasoline Exhaust Particles (DGEPs) are also increasing day by day. DGEPs contains various gasses such as nitrogen oxide, Sulphur oxide, many carbon compounds like carbon monoxide, ammonia, cyanide, organic substance like benzene, toluene etc. Worldwide urbanization and industrialization are cause of horrible pollution. We can divide DGEPs into two parts like DEP (particles emitted from diesel combustion) and GEP (particles emitted from gasoline combustion). DGEPs show the harmful effects on human respiratory system, immune system, cardiovascular system, nervous system, endocrine system and reproductive system. We review ultimately the human exposures to DEPs and GEPs and summarized the investigation into association between DGEPs and effects on various human systems.

This research explored how AI and DevOps work together in information technology and also examine its significance to the United States. The study found out that DevOps systems can be very difficult to handle and supervise without artificial intelligence. These two components work together in information technology to bring efficiency when handling various tasks. The increase in the amount of data available makes it very difficult for DevOps teams to quickly consume and incorporate new information with the ability to fix consumers' problems. The automation trend has surpassed IT, teams, wherever making DevOps a critical component of information technology. DevOps enhances efficiency by enabling software delivery and enabling businesses to bring software to market quicker thus producing a more stable product. In essence, there are a lot of important issues (like national security) that can be tackled through AI-powered technologies. The research also states that organizations should turn their DevOps environment to having a more AI-led deployment. As computers will only be able to handle a limited amount of information at any given time, artificial intelligence has become the solution that can be used to store, process, and analyze large amounts of data. To understand the role AI would have in DevOps, it is important to first understand the connection to DevOps, and how that relationship affects AI. Many companies quickly understand the potential of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Nevertheless, this awareness may be held back, since they haven't yet imparted the proper knowledge required to truly start exploiting these technologies. In software growth, DevOps software has certain natural deficiencies that are very difficult to overcome without the computational feature that artificial intelligence systems have to offer. They are crucial to the progress of the digital transformation.

The plants have been distinguished as trees, creepers, small trees, with flowers, bushes, hydrophytes, bulbous, roots, and grass etc. The shape, colour, taste, texture of flowers, fruits, leaves wood are very keenly marked by the Ka?lida?sa.The taxonomy, classification of plants are also the subjects where he to some extant ventured into and managed to depict the basic of plant science. The most striking is that he very accurately mentions the time of growth of trees, creepers, flowers, fruits, buds, leaves.

Language is the primary way to communicate with others, but language error is common in almost every discipline. In this paper, examples of errors are selected from English language. This discussion highlights three points about language error: some importance of error analysis in language, examples of some language error and some factors behind language error. Studying these errors, we may determine the incidents, nature, causes and consequences of an effective language learning process. By knowing different types of language error, a learner can be aware of using the language. Finding the factors behind mistakes committed by him a student will be able to avoid them. All three issues about language error are essential for meaningful learning.

ABSTRACT Assessment of cryoinjury of rat spermatozoa is crucial to improving the probability of fertilization. The epididymal rat spermatozoa were subjected to 15, 30, 45 and 60 days freezing separately, and then determined the antioxidant and non anti oxidant enzymatic system were observed after thawing each sample. The results of thawed samples showed that the cryopreservation has significant effects of cryopreservation on rat epidydimal sperm lipid peroxidation, antioxidant and non enzymatic antioxidant system in different times of preservation (p ?0.05). The reduced activity of antioxidant enzymes in extreme cold is a common effect which accelerates the accumulation of ROS in higher amount. Our research findings have suggest that cryopreservation makes rat spermatozoa susceptible to external and internal damage, in particular during cooling process.

In this paper design and modeling of modified instantaneous reactive power theory (IRPT) has been discussed. Complete elimination of harmonics has been attempted by using modified IRPT and conventional IRPT method. Voltages of non- sinusoidal as well as non-sinusoidal grid are taken in the result. The harmonics induced due to reactive load are reduced by a compensator designed in the project which can improve voltage quality, and rectify impaired power factor. In this paper we are using three phase three wire system where several aspects of control are being compared.
